Order: Vanilla Drop Latte, large size, milk substituted with lactose-free milk. $7.50 -- very reasonably priced. It tasted really nice, wasn't cheaply diluted with ice, and contained the perfect amount of sweet cream and espresso. You'll get your money's worth. They also have a small self-serve station of napkins, sugars, powders, etc. Along with the coffee, they also served a free cup of iced water on the side.
Service: Great! I got to look over the menu with no pressure whatsoever, and the staff members were friendly.
Seating: It was a little packed when I arrived, but that's to be expected at any store in the afternoon. I wouldn't worry about finding a seat, as they have a lot of spots, and half of the customers stay for 1-2 hours. Even if you can't find a table, you can still sit on one of the long stone seats.
Ambiance: Cozy, despite the neutral colour scheme of the interior. Visually aesthetic in general. I appreciated the calm lo-fi songs they'd put on. Noise level was great, not suffocatingly silent nor overwhelmingly loud -- everyone was respectful of each other's space. This café seems to have built not only good atmosphere, but good community as well.
Washroom: One of the best public washrooms I've ever used.
A good study spot? Absolutely. It's the perfect quiet space for one to catch up on academic or work assignments. They've got outlets and free wifi. It was a really pleasant experience, I can see myself coming back to this establishment again.
