Bee Cheng Hiang Ginza Store

Chanced upon this place while strolling around Ginza. They have one of the best jerky I've tasted. They're tender, moist, sweet, spicy, delicious flavors for your mouth. Really good to walk and eat on the go. There is no sitting area. The shop is just big enough to go in and select what you want and take food out. It's not in English so I just pointed at a few things (especially the ones that had the chili pepper 🌶️) and bought it. I ordered too much but it did not go to waste. Still tasted yummy the next day. Throw it in the microwave a few seconds to make it warm and yuuummmmyyy!

It's soul food for Singaporeans. I don't think it's just right for Japanese tastes, but after eating it a few times, you'll be fascinated by its mysterious deliciousness. I think it was sold at food stalls a long time ago, but now it has a slightly luxurious feel and has become a traditional food that can be used as a gift for Chinese New Year and other occasions.

If you are looking for Singapore style Bah Kwa in Tokyo, this is the right place. Cozy location, friendly servers and the smoke meat smell is very reminiscent of Singaporean Bah Kwa. While it’s abit on the pricey side, 900 yen for 100g, the BBQ minced meat is delicious and just as I remembered.

It is great to have one of my favorite Singapore beef jerky places here in Tokyo. Staff are friendly, the meat is freshly made and prepare on site, and the location is easy to get to.

Delicious dried pork products! These are much better than jerky since they come in multiple different flavors and meat types. A little long of a line can form outside, but we were happy that we waited.

Famous Singapore Pork Jerky store. Honey glazed pork jerky freshly made everyday very delicious. Can accompany a glass of red wine or whisky. Highly recommended.

Order the sliced beef. Get it hot to go and uncut. So yummy! Each slice should be under 700¥
