We had such an amazing experience getting my little sister's dress from here. We were so terrified from the bad reviews after putting down the deposit and going home to see many people's bad experience. Mariano and Susi reassure us so much for the whole process. They custom make dresses here so we were able to pick out the type of dress we wanted, color, and details. It was everything we wanted with a train and a big bow and all the beading with a beautiful crown and crinolina included in the price. We had such an amazing experience since day one they treated us so well. Most shops dont even let you try on the dresses or take picture but this shop encouraged it. It was such a stressful couple of months making sure my sister had the perfect dress but it was so worth it at the end. We are so happy to have a handmade dress and to be able to support a small Hispanic business. Thank you for all your love and for creating the dress of my little sister's dream.

This dress didn’t even last the night. My dress ripped very easily and the gold rhinestones came off as if they were not glued properly. I did not receive my dress until a week before my party and they were NOT on time and very horrible with communication. They didn’t even fix my dress the way I wanted it, they made it seem as if they did by pinning the dress when I tried it on but I did not realize until after my party. DONT RECOMMEND

We found my nieces dress here! To start we dealt with Dona Mari which I LOVED! She customized her dress as she wanted a color they didn’t have in stock! Between Dona Mari and the Owner it came out AMAZING! She LOVES IT!! Her package also came out AMAZING!! Garcias Dona Mari!

What a bad experience. We purchased our dress in Dec and we were suppose to have it in Feb 8. We were trying to get in touch to get an update on the dress and they kept pushing the dates. When we called around the 8th they wanted the pix for the dress because they couldn’t remember the info. They lost the fabric sample and decided to make the dress how they imagined it would be. I went in to confirm on the flowers that needed to be added and they put a completely different flowers. They needed to add flowers to the skirt part and when we went to pick it up no flowers. The dress looked like a darker shade. The tule was different. The dress had a lot of glue in the inside and was very noticeable and sticking to my daughter’s skin. I needed the dress for my daughter’s photo shoot and no dress. They didn’t want to refund ($700) or work with giving us half back. Very bad experience. They only care for the money so plz don’t go there if you want to avoid bad experience. Luckily we found a wonderful place to purchase same day take home dress. She found a dress she loved more and had her dress for her pix. (Moda 2000)

I don’t even know where to start. This place is so unprofessional. I bought a dress and received a total opposite color of what I paid for. They first told me the dress was getting to the store a certain day. When the day comes I called and still no dress. When I finally get the dress it’s a darker shade of what I purchased and no bow was at the store. When I called Susana she kept giving me the run around telling me her personal life story that she’s busy she can’t contact me because she’s at the hospital. Remind you I’m A customer idc about her personal life I care about the dress I purchased. Long story short she kept having me go back and forth. When I got the bow the sequence are a different color from what the dress had. They glued new sequence onto the dress. So me as a paid customer I get mad remind you all the time I would go to the store she would hide from me and have her employees she has feel the heat. I personally feel like they’re all in it together with her on scamming people. If you want to save time money etc. Do not go here Susana is scam artist. See pics of how rude she would message me. Acting like I’m the problem and I was bugging her after I paid her. If you also notice none of the nice comments ever get liked. Because I’m sure she’s the one making these false statements. This place needs to be shut down. She is ruining a lot of little girls special day.

🚨 WARNING: WORST STORE EXPERIENCE EVER! 🚨 If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This store is a complete nightmare and nearly ruined my daughter’s quinceañera. Before we even bought the dress, I had already read the nightmare reviews. I was skeptical, and I even told them straight up that I was worried because of what I’d read. But against my better judgment, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Biggest mistake ever. We ordered the dress in January and were promised it would be done by May so we could do her pre-shoot. May came and went — the dress wasn’t ready until ONE WEEK before her big day. That meant no pre-shoot pictures, nothing. Months of planning down the drain. When I went to pick it up, it was a disaster. The train was massive, and their “solution” was to pin it to the corset strings. Seriously? On a heavy dress like that? Of course, the pins popped right off, and my poor daughter had to CARRY her tail the entire night. On what should have been the happiest day of her life, she was stressed and uncomfortable. On top of that, their payment system is a mess. I had already paid over $1,000, and they acted like they had no record of it. I sat in that store for over THREE HOURS while they “looked” for my payment. It was humiliating and infuriating — it felt like they were holding my daughter’s dress hostage. If you ever deal with them (and I strongly recommend you don’t), save every single receipt, because they will try to double-charge you. And the final straw? By the end of the night, the dress was literally falling apart. The sleeve came undone, the bottom of the skirt unraveled and had to be cut off, the bow fell off before we even got to the church, and the pins never held the tail. For the amount of money we spent, the dress should have been flawless — instead, it was falling apart piece by piece. I trusted them with one of the most important events of my daughter’s life, and they failed us at every step. Please, learn from my mistake. I read the reviews and didn’t listen — don’t ignore them like I did. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the heartbreak. This store is every nightmare review come true.

0 Stars for this place. A total scam. They promised what they couldn't give. Gave me something totally different than what I ordered. Never returned calls or messages on a timely manner, they were too busy. Same story, dress is being made in Mexico and was given months late. I was going to be sent pics for the progress, never received anything. They decided to do what they wanted with it. Poor customer service. Everything was just glued onto the dress, super sloppy job. Diamonds didn't match, beads didn't match, nothing compares to what my daughter had picked.. do not go to this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They sweet talk you to purchase here and promise you the world. They promised a whole quince “package” and a “handmade dress”. Beautiful of course, but we ordered the dress ONE YEAR PRIOR and one year later still no dress!!! We paid half the price of the dress as a deposit and they keep postponing the pick up date. Their excuses change every time we call. They said the dress was in the warehouse and then in another call after that one, they said the dress was in Mexico!!! They contradict their own lies! Our event date is one month from now and we still have yet to receive any proof of dress or the dress itself!!!!
