We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and seated. It wasn’t busy even on sunday morning. The staff was kind and helpful. We ordered sweet simit platter and çılbır. Everything looked good and tasty but unfortunately the portions were small. Considering the it has turkish breakfast consept similarity we would expect something with more options. Maybe to add few more things to platters. The prices were cheaper for brunch place but maybe they could increase the price and portion too. Overall it is good experience.

Amazing café - truly a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and the atmosphere is charming. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. But the highlight for me is the coffee - you can tell they use quality beans and that there’s a real barista (or at least someone who truly knows their craft) behind the machine. A solid 10/10 for breakfast!

The food was amazing and the staff were super friendly. I ended up going there twice during my trip! I tried cılbır for the first time it tasted like heaven. Later, I wanted something sweet with my Turkish tea, and while chatting with one of the staff, I had a feeling she might be Turkish and she was! Such a lovely surprise. She was really kind and welcoming. She also recommended the baklava pancake, but I was too full at the time. Honestly, if I hadn’t gone back to try it, I would’ve seriously regretted it. So two days later, I went back just for that and wow, it was insanely good. The flavors totally blew me away. On my second visit, I even got to meet the chef, which was such a nice bonus. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks so much for the great food and warm service!

The place is really nice, and the food is delicious! Both the quantity and quality were great, and the prices are very reasonable. Even though it’s a fully vegetarian restaurant, as a meat lover I still had a good meal here!

Super cozy cafe with amazing brunch menu with strong Turkish influence and amazing flavors, high quality in food and drinks. Really good service with a relaxed style, good music and great location.

We stopped in for lunch here earlier today. This is an excellent place to enjoy lunch or breakfast. I loved having the matcha latte and my friend also tried the pancakes and enjoyed them. I had something I can’t remember the name but it was cheese and like baklava. It was all so delicious and the staff was excellent!!

A peaceful little gem in Budapest – perfect for a relaxing brunch. The Garden Café is a gorgeous spot tucked away in the city. The interiors are beautifully designed, giving it a calm and cosy atmosphere—ideal for a quiet morning or solo chill-out session. The staff are lovely, super friendly and welcoming. The vegan options are excellent—I had the gozleme and a kombucha, and both were absolutely delicious. You can really tell they put care into both the food and the overall experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed, high-quality brunch in a stunning setting. Will definitely return!

The first time we visited this place, it was at their old location. We really enjoyed their gözleme and had a pleasant time. We even met the lady who owns the place — she took our order and chatted with us a bit. Our second visit was after they had moved to their new garden location, and it was a completely different experience — in a very negative way. The waiter dropped the menu on our table and left, then took a very long time to return for our order. The eggplant gözleme they used to serve was no longer available. The food took ages to arrive, and when it did, it was nothing like the delicious flavors we had tasted before. We waited a long time for a waiter to bring the bill, but since no one came, we got up to pay at the counter. There, a different woman — someone we hadn’t seen before and assumed was a waitress — clearly expected us to leave a tip. I want to highlight that there’s already a 12% service charge listed on the menu, which we were paying. Yet this woman, who hadn’t served us and didn’t ask anything about our experience, still expected an extra tip. The moment we subtly indicated that we wouldn’t be leaving one — since we weren’t satisfied and she hadn’t served us — her attitude suddenly changed. She rudely crumpled the receipt from the card machine in her hand and turned her back on us. Our “Thank you, have a nice day” was left hanging in the air. This café, which we liked on our first visit, hasn’t just changed its location — it has turned into a place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who values basic respect.
