Retrock Designer Vintage Store

Retrock is pure heaven for vintage lovers! The selection is amazing — I honestly couldn’t leave without picking up a couple of pieces. Everything feels curated with such great taste, from designer gems to unique finds you won’t see anywhere else. Thank God I don’t actually live in Budapest… otherwise my entire salary would disappear here every month 😂 The vibe is stylish yet welcoming, and it’s the kind of place you can get lost in for hours. If you love designer vintage, rare fashion, or just discovering treasures, Retrock is an absolute must-visit.

If your looking for some unique items, Retrock is your place. Prices are onto the high side though. But worth checking out when shopping in Budapest if you're looking for a different experience. Beware the cash only policy or else you'd be spending so much time trying stuff and leaving empty handed

👖🧥 🥾🧣💼 High quality vintage, upcycled, and new artisanal clothing (w local artist bios—super cool). Expensive for East Europe (see prices below), but you’re paying for a curated, clean, quality item in a trendy setting. Everything is easy to find. 💰Average Prices: vintage leather satchels €100, Barbour jackets €150 (large selection upstairs and downstairs), long sleeve men’s button ups €10-20, vintage silk Japanese kimonos €100+, silk vintage Americana bombers €35-60, leather jackets €80-120 Mostly Americana vintage, with some Italian and Eastern European. Plenty of denim, fur, corduroy, knit, cashmere, & leather options. All genders. Changing rooms on both floors. ♿️ Second floor is not accessible (large flight of stairs). First floor is accessible. Lighting is great. Music is soft.

Personally I really like this store a lot, well organised & spacious! It is definitely true that it is quite pricey, but the clothes they are selling are mainly very good quality, so the prices are correct

Really loved this store, felt it was quite over priced when converting it back to gbp rates. If cheaper stock id of been inclined to buy more which in turn would probably mean I'd of spent more..... However, going back this morning and hope they'll do a discount.

Beware of all US rock band tees apparently from the 90s: they are NOT vintage but modern reprints from Thailand. The shirts in itself are good fabric, single stitch, faded, but all the labels are FAKE counterfeit Giant, Brockum or Hanes tags.

Pricey, but there are many nice things and a huge variety. This place had been recommended in some travel guides I saw before coming to Budapest. Definitely worth a visit to judge it yourself. Beware that they only take cash though, it wasn’t very obvious. I think it’s wild to only accept cash when your prices are this high, I personally didn’t have enough bills on me, so I had to leave empty-handed. It must be bad for business. 🤷

This is really nice shop. Unique pieces and the dressing room is great
