Food Quality - My family has been in the restaurant business since 1960. We know quality. This woman cooks food fresh, with great care, and with the kind of flavor only an authentic chef can offer. My daughter is 6 years old and she LOVED the beef tibs. I am vegetarian. I had the veggie platter. ALWAYS A WINNER! One of the BEST features of her food is the injera. She makes it herself. Her technique should not be overlooked. I’ve been eating Ethiopian food for YEARS. I usually get very bloated because of the fermentation but NOT WITH HER INJERA. Eat her food. Eat a lot of it. Feel amazing afterwards. It’s worth it!
