Less than 1 star, if possible. Save your money--there are plenty of newer venues that are far nicer and more professional.
Our group of 11 women was in Scottsdale for a bachelorette trip. Compared to some of the rowdier bachelor groups nearby, we were calm, respectful, and fully capable of handling ourselves in a rooftop club environment (we're from Miami, after all). Yet we were removed from the venue for the reason of someone being "visually intoxicated" simply for leaning on another friend's shoulder.
Meanwhile, where was security when we requested assistance with a nearby bachelor party that was harassing us--grabbing at us and even trying to take our bottles? That concern was dismissed.
What makes this worse is the timing: only 20 minutes earlier, our server told us she was leaving and asked if she could close out our tab. When management arrived to remove one of our group members, bussers simultaneously began clearing out our bottles, even though we still had hours left with our table. It's hard not to see this as intentional.
The booking coordinator was also unprofessional. When I asked about a pre-ordered bottle, her response was, "What bottle?"--only for it to show up 20 minutes later. This felt careless at best and dishonest at worst.
Yes, Arizona law allows private businesses to refuse service, but removing a guest for sitting with her head on a friend's shoulder, while ignoring actual harassment from another group, is unacceptable.
Overall, our group felt disrespected, dismissed, and taken advantage of. I strongly recommend choosing another venue.
