*visited Nov 2025* The wait can be quite long depending on when you come. All of the staff are Chinese, I can’t speak to their English since I was fine communicating in Chinese. While waiting, my friend was able to take advantage of the complimentary nail service, which was a nice touch. The menu feels less extensive compared to what you’d find in China, but that seems to be the norm for locations in Korea.

This restaurant was one of my highlights while I was in Seoul. When you’re tired of Korean food, you should definitely go here! Service was great, staff was friendly and attentive unlike usual in Seoul. The food was fresh and tasted great. The mushroom broth was my absolute favourite! The only downside is the waiting time to get in the restaurant, it’s usually very long especially on the weekends. I waited 1.5 hours on a saturday, but that means the food is good and it is worth it.

We couldn't enter since the queue was very long (around 2 hours). But seeing people were very eager to eat there, I think it is worth to try later on. Maybe you need to come early or during lunch to eat comfortably.

You can never go wrong with hot pot. Especially here since they close at 3!! They offer free nail service to all guests so take advantage of this. The bathrooms are underwhelming compared to other HDL but they still have hair dryers and mouth wash. Everyone that works here speaks Chinese and apparently prefers Chinese, because when I tried to call to reserve in Korean, they replied back in Chinese? 🤔

Definitely on the pricier side but still very worth. The customer service and good quality is just great. No ice cream or watermelon in this branch though. However they have free manicure service!

The staff was kind and the food was pleasant! There were birthdays celebrations during the meal, which definitely added to the fun

One of my most favorite places to get great food (it's chinese hot pot tho). Prices are bit higher but the quality and amount of food you can get is great. I would recommend it to anyone, anytime

It's Haidilao. Expect Haidilao. Good quality hotpot, good service, high price, extremely long waiting time with no reservatio .
