A heartfelt thank you to Kesari and Sakib! They are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive people. They prepared our room several times a day with great care and attention to detail. We especially loved the little surprises: beautifully folded towels shaped like swans, and for the children, creative figures such as elephants and other lovely touches that brought a smile to our faces every day. Kesari and Sakib are truly valuable members of the hotel team, and their kindness and dedication made our stay even more special. We would like to thank them and the entire team for the wonderful time we were able to spend here until the end of February 2026. We will keep this stay in the very best memories and can highly recommend it!

Jumeirah Beach Hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the atmosphere throughout the property was calm and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’ll definitely be back!

We recently stayed at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and had a fantastic experience, made even more memorable by the outstanding service around the pool. A special mention must go to Karim, one of the pool waiters, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, proactive, warm, and genuinely focused on making sure we were comfortable at all times. Whether it was organising drinks quickly, checking in at just the right moments, or helping with small details that made a big difference — he consistently went above and beyond. What really stood out was not just Karim, but the entire pool team. Everyone worked seamlessly together, always smiling, always helpful, and clearly taking pride in delivering first-class service. With children in tow, that level of attentiveness and professionalism makes a huge difference to the overall experience. It’s service like this that turns a good hotel stay into a great one. The team around the pool genuinely elevated our trip, and it’s a big reason why we’ll absolutely be returning. Thank you to Karim and the whole team — you made our stay very special.

How anyone could rate this hotel less than 5 stars I don't know. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave it's absolutely flawless. Stunningly beautiful interior,exterior,views of the Burj and the sea/beach are a few steps away. Stayed in a two bed suite which was amazing, gorgeous balcony, food was amazing,afternoon teas and 'happy hour' were fab. This hotel has everything and in the perfect location. Was my first time here and now I understand why all my family return each year. What makes it extra special though is the highly trained, attentive and friendly staff, we had a good chat and laugh with quite a few, the guys in the door sorting the taxis and generally being helpful were great as well Will definitely be returning. If particular note Julie the manager in the exec beach club,what an ambassador for your hotel and Hussein in reception from his initial greeting with coffee and dates he was a ray of sunshine every time my sister and I saw him, another excellent ambassador for the hotel. Highly recommend

We had the most wonderful stay over the Christmas period at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, made even more special thanks to Saiful, Licu, and Jahangir. Their service was truly exceptional — always so friendly, warm, and attentive, and they kept our rooms absolutely immaculate every single day. Turn-down service was a highlight, with thoughtful little touches that added such a special twist each evening. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine care and professionalism really stood out. They are a real credit to the hotel and absolutely deserve recognition for the outstanding job they do. Thank you for making our Christmas stay so memorable!

Our stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary and truly unforgettable. We were celebrating our engagement and my birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt incredibly special. The staff treated us like absolute royalty, going above and beyond at every opportunity to make our celebrations memorable.||The teams at the Executive Pool, Afternoon Tea Lounge, Sunset Club, and breakfast were exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every detail was thought of, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The level of service was consistently outstanding and made us feel so valued throughout our stay.||A very special mention must go to the Executive Lounge Manager, Amir Kuanyshbekov, and his incredible team. Amir’s leadership, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated our holiday and turned it into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thanks to him and his team, our celebration became something we will cherish forever.||This was 5-star treatment in every sense of the word. We cannot recommend Jumeirah Beach Hotel highly enough and will absolutely be returning.

We stayed at Jumeirah Beach Hotel from 18th December to 26th December for our honeymoon, and it was truly the best time ever. Everything from start to finish was flawless. A very special thank you to Abbas, Shadakat (apologies if I’ve misspelled his name – he was always helping us on the beach), and Mr Yusuf. They went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcome and looked after throughout our stay. We would also love to thank the housekeeping team for room 838. Although we didn’t catch their names (lost the name card😞), they made our room beautifully every single day, creating towel ducks and hearts with rose petals on our bed – such a thoughtful and romantic touch that made our honeymoon extra special. The surprises didn’t stop there. We were given a free cake by the pool as a honeymoon gift, and we also returned to our room to find special chocolates and fruit waiting for us. These gestures meant so much to us and truly showed how much the hotel cares about its guests. From the service to the atmosphere, everything was 10/10. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon and will definitely return. Highly recommended! Cant wait to visit again. Thank you to the whole team!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and very relaxing. The beach is stunning, clean, and perfectly organized. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality, fresh options. The restaurants offer great food, well-presented dishes, and attentive service.
