An absolutely fantastic experience. I cannot find a single fault with the hotel and it's staff. They have been accommodating to my family and young daughter. A great place for families with plenty to do. Our flight arrived very early and the staff helped us with an early check-in which was very much appreciated. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout all areas. I have already booked to come back here again next year. Highly recommended

His leadership, attentiveness, and warm professionalism were evident throughout our two-week stay. The housekeeping team under his supervision maintained our room with exceptional care, consistency, and kindness. Mr. Arcolas checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect, and his thoughtful approach truly elevated our experience. We felt very well looked after, and we are grateful for the high standards he upholds. ⸻ About the hotel We had a wonderful two-week stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. This was our second time here—we stayed for ten days almost ten years ago—and the quality of service has remained consistently excellent. From the reception to the restaurants, every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay comfortable. Their kindness and attention to detail made a strong impression on us. There were, however, two small drawbacks during our stay. There was ongoing work downstairs, which created some noise in the mornings. Although the team kindly apologized—and we appreciate that—we did miss the quiet mornings and the sound of birds we had enjoyed during our previous visit. Additionally, the Beach Bar was not as lively as it used to be. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was highly positive. The hospitality, the staff, and the service all remain exceptional, and we left with beautiful memories once again. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful kids club experience! The staff were amazing specially Poojani and Dishani who took such great care of the kids. So many fun activities and very safe welcoming environment. The hotel's greatest asset is its exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. I came to the hotel with my family when I was 6, and returning again with my wife when I was 32 was a delightful experience. The Burj Al Arab Hotel, located directly in front, enhances the view. The hotel's main amenities: The sea in front is slightly wavy, but unlike the beaches at Dubai Palm, it's not a warm lake. It's a slightly warm sea with waves. It has several pools. The best feature of the pools, however, is the free access to the Wild Wadi water park. There's also a dedicated sunbathing area within Wild Wadi and complimentary water service. The rooms are spacious and airy, with both bathtubs and showers. They seem very committed to sustainability measures. The hotel is within a complex, and you can also use an electric buggy to access other facilities free of charge. It was a pleasant experience at a hotel I'd love to visit again.

All the services provided by the hotel, along with its beautiful and pleasant atmosphere, were truly exceptional for me and my family. We were deeply impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and sense of responsibility shown by the staff in every department. We have just returned from a 5 day stay at jermierah beach and It was outstanding. From the moment we arrived and were met by the bell staff to reception check in it was just constant 5 star service We went half board which was really useful. There is a supplement to the more premium restaurants but these are well worth it. The ease of booking these restaurants at reception and on what's app is first class. Dhow and anchor do an amazing pint of moretti in the correct glass with great fizz. This is a great bar and they have a happy hour so if your into a good beer this is a great place for one. Sadly due to safety around the pool you are not allowed proper glass pint glasses which always effects the beer but if you want to nip off for a pint and a break go to Dhow. Shimmers was amazing and the staff there too. The breakfast here was amazing and I can honestly say the quality of the coffee at the coffee bar and the way that it is made beats most places I've been to in London. Even the takeaway cups are beautiful addiction. I found myself having at least 3 coffees at breakfast because they were so good. The Sunday lunch at one of the other restaurants I can't remember the name was outstanding .all you can eat lamb beef was amazing and included in half board. The beach is amazing and clean and the lifeguards work hard to keep eye on everyone. There was building works in the kids pool area which was a bit noisy during the stay but this couldn't be helped I suppose. One dissapointing thing was that you are not able to use any of the other pools at the other hotel and have to pay a day rate which is dissapointing. I cannot fault this hotel and the staff and quality of service from all the staff . I will be back again. So look forward to seeing all the staff and being looked after again so finely next time.

From start to finish, my experience at Jumeirah Beach Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of luxury, entertainment, and world-class service made it one of my best hotel stays to date. A special word of appreciation to Saskia, the hotel manager, for her warm hospitality and for going above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. Also, sincere thanks to Nazeer, the manager, for his exceptional attention and care throughout my visit. The team truly embodies what five-star service is all about. Our stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating for its 5-star hotel, service, and amenities. Everything went perfectly, and we were able to maximize our staycation to the fullest. It was our first time here and this stay was exceptional because we were complete as a family. We also took advantage of Jumeirah’s amazing offer that included hotel check-in plus access to Wild Wadi Waterpark and it was absolutely worth it! We enjoyed every ride and activity, which made the experience even more unforgettable. The food was also amazing, we had the breakfast buffet, and it was a great dining experience to start the day. The hotel itself is fantastic: top-notch amenities, beautiful ambience, and outstanding customer service throughout. All in all, it was a fun, memorable, and truly amazing experience. Given the chance, I would definitely go back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a complete luxury getaway.
