I recommend Glazer's for purchasing any camera products & accessories you need, however, for anything dealing with Glazer's Repairs, do NOT do it. Horrific communication, that's the real problem. The guy who leads up the repair team, Pat, clearly doesn't like his job, in any way. Then when delays happen for parts orders, which they def do, with Sony, Canon, etc., their communication with you, the customer, is the worst I've ever seen in 35 years on earth, in any industry. They just don't respond to you. When they have your livelihood, your gear, in their hands.
The technicians are good at what they do & they'll make the fix with success, but if there are other repair services out there who will fix your gear successfully AND treat you like family, then just go elsewhere. Mail it into the OEM if you have to.
To Glazer's management... Please evaluate Pat & why he doesn't wanna be there. Bc now my lovely brand experience & admiration for Glazer's has completely changed. I hope your repair team can have a change of attitude & communication style. Bc whatever I just went thru was an atrocity.
I never write negative reviews... maybe twice in my entire life. But I couldn't just let other customers go thru this.
