Ikaria Park

We loved this restaurant! We got the spicy pepper feta dip, seasonal beats, courgette fritters, dolmas, seasonal main dish rabbit, and broken mozaiko. I loved it all! The spicy feta dip was so good!! We were with two and very full afterwards! It was such a nice atmosphere with very friendly staff too! I would really recommend this place.

Ikaria Park is one of Amsterdam’s trendiest Greek restaurants, tucked away in a lush park in the Oud-West district. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The chef reimagines classic Greek dishes with a modern twist — from flavorful grilled lamb chops and hummus with pita, to fried cheese balls and tender grilled octopus, everything is delicious and perfect for sharing. Paired with Greek or natural wines, it feels like dining on a sunlit Aegean island.

By far, this has to be my favorite Greek restaurant outside of Greece! (And, I’ve never said that before in a review.) Customer service was top notch. The waiters were all attentive and friendly. The food came out of the kitchen rather quickly and the portions may look small, but they are super filling. I ordered the beet root salad, spicy feta dip with some pita, and the octopus ragout. I recommend coming here for a romantic/friend date, a birthday, or special occasion. Overall, the vibe was immaculate and will be coming back!

Absolutely amazing lunch at Ikaria Park. Next to the delicious food and drinks, i want to mention how capable the staff was. We had a great time

Had a little lunch in the park for our anniversary. The food was delicious and our waitress was so lovely. Although it was raining, we were kept dry under the umbrellas which gave a nice cozy vibe.

Great spot for some Greek food in a cozy setting! We especially liked the Saganaki Croquettes and the desserts. Langoustines were also good! Strongly recommend to book in advance as there are limited spots

Nice place, with good Greek dishes. Atmosphere and location (in the park) are good, wonderful in summerdays. Most people sit outside but since everything is wide open, you have the outside feeling when you’re inside. Do take into account that portions are more Dutch size than Greek size (so you can take some starters without being too full already). Totally worth the visit and away from the many tourists. Recommendation (chicken thyme 😱🥰)

Excellent experience. Great food, great setting and great service. It’s made for sharing, so order a few platters and enjoy ☺️
