It has been a few weeks since I got my haircut by Kevin and my hair still looks perfect! Kevin took his time to go through cut options with me and to understand my likes and expectations. Thank you for listening Kevin! Besides the great personal experience, I also enjoyed the space of the salon. It’s definitely quirky so check it out.

I moved from the UK and had no idea where to begin with finding a good hairdresser in Spain, especially because the language barrier may not allow me to explain what I want! I happened upon Isaac Salad and was instantly drawn to their stunning and unique exterior. The language turned out not to be an issue as a lot of staff speak great English. I was welcomed in with all the necessary CV19 measures carried out in an excellent funky style. During my consultation Isaac told me what HE thought would suit my face (something I had NEVER had before). I immediately felt in good hands and let myself be led to the hair washing section where I was given a mask. I left with what is called, 'a graduated bob' and 'California highlights'. I had never had hair colouring before so I was nervous but without reason! My hair used to be frizzy and now I don't even need to straighten it. Isaac cured my hair in the cut and Valero gave me the most natural balayage so that when my hair grows out the blonde / brown does not look like roots. I am addicted and will definitely go back. EVERYONE NEEDS AN ISAAC SALIDO SALON. Thank you <3

Its always one of my favourite experiences to come to this salon I have my hair cut by Kevin , who is lovely ,entertaining and totally professional. A hairdresser who actually listens to what you want and delivers every time. Highly recommended!

I go there to get my nails done (great service) BUT they ALWAYS have incredibly loud and obnoxious music which guarantees you leave with a migraine. Employees say the owner doesn’t allow them to lower it. He’s basically abusing his own people and customers as well. Instead of being able to get your hair/ nails done and relaxing you have to sit there with earplugs and even this doesn’t help. HORRIBLE

It was my first time in a hairdresser in Madrid as I used to go where we used to live before. Therefore a bit stressful. I must say that I have been extremely well treated with a lot of attention to details. Lana, who took care of me, has been very nice and caring and has delivered a really good result. I have definitely found my hairdresser in Madrid!

Unbelievably rude experience when I went to pay for the very expensive service. I’ve been a loyal customer for years - wonderful colorist and Isaac’s cuts are great. I’ve referred 10+ clients. While paying for the service I told them that the conditioner I bought 2 weeks ago on my way to Portugal would not open and finally the plastic Container cracked spilling half the 22 euro conditioner to the floor. The assistant refused to honor this purchase and mocked me - mimicking my surprised response to his poor behavior. Disappointingly rude - I’ve never experienced this type of reaction from a service professional. It ruined my entire experience there - perhaps they don’t know that there are so many good options in Madrid - and when clients pay their prices it should come with respectful service.
