The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality, making every visit comfortable and welcoming. It was my first visit to Lotte hotel Hanoi, I will definitely come back and also tell my all friends to visit here to meet these staffs!!!! ||Their prompt service, warm demeanor, and attention to detail greatly enhanced my overall stay. We spent a few days on vacation in Hanoi and chose Lotte Hotel Hanoi as our place to stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and well equipped with modern facilities.|There were three complimentary meals for our whole family, along with free access to the swimming pool and gym. Lotte Department Store is also conveniently located right next to the hotel.||All the staff were very friendly, especially Ms. Thuy Pham from the Club Floor team. She welcomed us with a warm smile, delicious welcome tea, and refreshing cold towels. Thuy also introduced us to many great facilities in the hotel such as the swimming pool, gym, bar, and the restaurants both inside and outside the hotel. In addition, she recommended many interesting places to explore in Hanoi — something that would have taken us a lot of time to research on our own without her support.||We would like to send our sincere thanks to Thuy and all the Club Floor staff, as well as the entire hotel team. You are all very well trained and truly dedicated to delivering excellent experiences to your guests.||We will definitely choose Lotte Hotel again whenever we return to Hanoi and will highly recommend it to our friends who are planning to travel to Vietnam.

Our family had a great stay Lotte Hotel. It felt like a true retreat amidst the bustle of Hanoi.||The rooms were quiet, modern, and comfortable. The service was excellent throughout, especially in the Club Lounge. The Club staff were attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A highlight was the surprise birthday cake for my husband.||We appreciated Thanh in the Club Lounge, who took amazing care of our family with genuine warmth and friendliness.||This will be my hotel of choice for future Hanoi travel.

Amazing stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi! I absolutely loved my time here. The staff were so kind and attentive — they made me feel truly cared for from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless with a stunning city view, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had. The rooftop bar and pool were perfect spots to relax and take in the incredible skyline. Everything about this hotel felt warm, elegant, and thoughtful. I can’t wait to come back!

The hotel has plenty of facilities, the rooms are very spacious, the night view from the 51st floor was stunning. The hotel also includes a mall with luxury brands like Chanel, Prada or even Dyson and a supermarket. The hair products placed in the bathroom are very high quality and the smart WC is something i've never seen before.

Great hotel although slightly old. I love the big gym and well maintained equipment. The room is quite spacious with multi chrging points by the bed side. Adequate working table. Nice scenery as the room starts from 38th floor. The hotel is on top of Lotte mall, great location. Breakfast/dining on 63rd floor. There is a Cantonese restaurant as well

I stayed at Lotte Hotel Hanoi for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is modern, clean, and everything looks high-class. The room was big, with a very comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The bathroom was also nice - big, with a good shower and clean towels every day. Staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was quick, and everyone spoke good English. Breakfast was excellent lots of food, both Asian and international. The rooftop bar is a must-visit the view is just incredible, especially in the evening. The hotel is inside a tall building with shops and restaurants, so everything is close. Very good place to stay in Hanoi. I would happily come back.
