12/18/25. Cho Hoi An.
Woke up early so took advantage and headed to the wet market to witness the crack of dawn excitement of different produce arriving from farms, off the boat seafood catch from the river and nearby sea, freshly butchered meats from the abattoir.
Market was crowded with people coming to buy fresh meat, fish, seafood, vegetables and fruits.
The smells of local dishes waifed through the air in the food stalls area. Fresh Vietnamese food on the spot like - Spring rolls, Fresh noodles Soups, Steamed local delicacies and more.
Must visit for those like to witness actual "a day in the life of locals". Very different from Cho Han and Cho Con in Da Nang.
