"Le Comptoir Belge, South Pigalle by 4uatre. This is the place to try the authentic Belgian waffle, drizzled with a delicious chocolate spread and made by a talented Belgian artisan."
Decent Belgian waffle. Ordered the francaise, which was served with sea salt crunchy topping and a delicious caramel sauce. Long line out the door for this place, but it move fairly quickly. Worth the wait.

Best waffle in town (according to me). Don’t miss the chocolate waffles with choc bars directly inserted inside the dough. They melt while the waffle cool down. And your hands stay clean!

We visited this store 7 years ago on our first trip to Paris and went hunting down the place this time around. Good to know the waffles are as good if not better! The Leige waffles are better than the ones found in Belgium. Must must try!

The waffles were delicious but the tables were dirty, there were animal hair like things on the tables. The napkins were unfortunately left on the tables in this condition by the woman in the shop.

The best waffles, crisp and golden on the outside and soft and fluffy inside.

Easily the best waffle I've ever had. Six months later, I'm still upset that I only got to try it once (and split with my partner). I just made the effort to find this place again on Google Maps so I could favorite it and try this place again whenever I make it back to Paris!

Yelp
A friend came back from Brussels and raved about the Belgian waffles, that they had these sugar crystals that made them amazing. I'm glad I found Le Comptoir Belge, because now I don't need to go to Belgium for waffles!
Between the original and the chocolate, I'd stick with chocolate. The chocolate is pumped into the waffle itself, and the heat from the fresh waffle melts it perfectly. It's a shame that they close so early (7:30pm) because late night waffles are the best!

Yelp
This is the closest thing to Belgian waffles in Paris! Their waffles are freshly made with that crisp sugar on the outside and if you order the chocolate waffles- you get it done the right way: the chocolate sticks are inserted INSIDE the waffle and the heat will melt the sticks. Perfecto. Tres bon!!

Yelp
Exactly the type of treat you would want on a cloudy day: a chocolate filled waffle! I never knew I needed in my life until I tried it.
Imagine a really good belgian Waffle ( made in front of you) with the tiny chocolate bars (the same as the ones in the Pain au Chocolat) that would be nested inside the Waffle and melt t every bite...
They do have other toppings I believe but I stick to this one.
The excellent hot chocolate hit the spot too with its flavourful taste of cinnamon and vanilla. Not too thick and not too liquidy.
The service is attentive and the place tiny that looks like a mini store where taking away is a good option.
It smells wonderful there.
The prices are steep (4€ the chocolate filled waffle) but let's say it is due to the quality of the ingredients.
It is a real treat if you are in the area.

Yelp
SERIOUS waffle game. We got a waffle with honey and one with chocolate/cream/speculoos. Both SO good. Warm and crispy and not a bad price either! Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
SO delicious!
Great snack to grab if you're feeling hungry after climbing up to the Sacre Couer. I had the salted caramel waffle (which I would highly recommend), but seeing them melt the sticks of chocolate inside the waffles made the chocolate ones sound compelling, too.

Yelp
I have been in search of the perfect Liege waffle and this is it! Well worth the trip! We got a variety (6 different ones) but the natural is by far th

Yelp

Yelp
A local friend recommended this little shop to us. I haven't been to Belgium, so I can't compare to the real deal, but these are by far the best waffles I've had.
I live close to a Maison Mathis, and the waffles there are airy and empty. These, on the other hand, are just the perfect density and sweetness. We opted for the basic - no toppings - and I recommend you start with that, just so you can be one-on-one with the waffle itself.

Yelp
Excellent waffles and very good coffee. The waffles are actually better than waffles I eat in Brussels... and the place look good. They put the chocolate inside the warm waffle in front of you.... and it melts. Mmm. My friend had a salty buttered caramel and told me it was delicious. He also had a fresh apple juice (they put in whole apples, and make the juice in front of you).
I will have to go to Paris for my waffles from now on.

Yelp
Best Belgian waffle in Paris! Highly recommend this gem on ones return trip to the center of town from Sacre Couer...

Yelp
This tiny store is obviously the best place to waffles in Paris, as the products are home-made and delicious. The waffle is warm and toppings (salted butter fudge, whipped cream, cinnamon) are perfect to face winter. You can take the waffle away or eat it on the small terrace. Don't miss the excellent hot chocolate!
