Slam Jam

Would definitely recommend if you’re coming to Milan and are interested in modern streetwear and underground culture! Wonderful staff, very attentive and friendly. I went in the store not really expecting much, but the store’s items (both clothing and books/records/decor) were wonderfully curated, displayed and organized. It feels more like walking into a museum of modern fashion of sorts. Sadly I didn’t take any pictures, but they had pieces by everyone from Maison Margiela to Kapital, Kiko Kostadinov, Reebok and even the new Adidas x Song for the mute collab that dropped 3 weeks ago. The staff member who was working on the day - Andrea - was very knowledgeable about all the pieces, brands, trends. We also had a great talk about music and record stores in Milan, since he is also a DJ besides working at Slam Jam. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

had a very frustrating experience with Slam Jam regarding returns and import duties. Despite not paying any customs fees, the company repeatedly claimed I would be charged for import duties on items I never accepted or received. Their customer service initially sent conflicting messages, including emails from an AI agent with inaccurate information. Even after clarification, they insisted on deducting hypothetical import duties from my refund, which is not legally correct under Italian customs law or EU consumer protection rules. It was stressful, misleading, and gave me no confidence in their handling of orders and returns. I would caution others to be very careful when ordering internationally from this company.

Ordered things online. The service is excellent. I'm amazed by how fast and smooth everything was delivered. I also exchanged an item. Every delivery was in 2 business days and the pickup of the item was the next day after the return ticket submission. Amazing

Came to the shop looking for a specific look. The stuff helped me till i found the perfect fit. They were also really nice. Will be back.

I’m disappointed by the poor service and the lack of knowledge shown by your staff. It feels like people are being hired more for their image than their understanding of the brands and culture they represent. Streetwear and apparel carry deep historical and cultural meaning — they’re not just about looking cool. I believe Slam Jam stands for much more than this, and I hope you’ll invest in properly training your team to reflect that. Please ensure your staff can speak authentically about the brands and stories behind them.

After primark the worst shopping experience for me so far. Extremely unfriendly and lazy personnel. No hello, no goodbye, even though I bought something. Very sad
