Tora Sumi Tattoo

Late last year, I traveled overseas and got a tattoo at a highly-rated studio to honor my late mother. Unfortunately, the experience left me deeply upset, and I asked the artist to stop midway. Having had a positive experience with Tora in the past, I decided to return and met with Eduardo Tavares. We spent around 30 minutes discussing how to repair and transform the tattoo. Eduardo was incredibly patient, attentive, and full of creative ideas that aligned with my vision. When I left Tora, I was in tears — but this time, they were tears of joy. The result was beyond anything I could have imagined. The tattoo is absolutely beautiful and a perfect tribute to my mum, who truly was one in a million. A heartfelt thank you to Kahli for her support during the booking process, and an enormous THANK YOU to Eduardo for his artistry and compassion. I’m completely in love with my tattoo.

Jay did my tattoo, he was amazing and even went above and beyond with the design and colour (which makes me love it even more) . It was my first tattoo and he made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the process so I wasn’t as nervous. He made sure it was not painful (which it wasn’t). Will be back again

Myself and two of my best friends got matching tattoos done by Mattia. I first reached out to Mattia after seeing the amazing photos of tattoos he has done on his social media page that I had come across when looking for an artist. That’s exactly what we found in Mattia he is a true artist his work is amazing. We gave him our design and what we were hoping for it to look like with the colour incorporated into it that has a meaning for us three and our friendship and what he created for us was amazing it blew our expectations completely. If you are looking for a tattoo studio where you will get some awesome tattoos I definitely recommend going and seeing the guys at Tora Sumi you definitely won’t be disappointed. The staff there are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The communication from Mattia and the staff was on point and a very positive experience overall. We were made feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The studio is an amazing and unique place with true artists. We definitely will be returning for future tattoos with Mattia.

I have been going to Tora Sumi since 2015. Everyone at Tora Sumi is welcoming and its a comfortable environment listening to the buzz of conversation and artists at work. I have only had tatts done by the same artist however they have specialists that cover all types of styles you can think of! Reasonable pricing and a location that is quite easy to find. No negatives here! Highly recommend. 🤩

So stoked, had a sleeve I wanted to rework and luckily found Mick Medusa who is a legend! Anyone wanting some old or not fantastic work uplifted and revamped highly recommend going to Mick. Lovely studio too. Will be back soon!

Eduardo was great, very friendly and relaxed. Walked me through the process for my first tattoo, stenciled it to make sure it was in the right position and made sure it was all to my liking. Tattoo came out great.
