Game Exchange of Colorado

Had great experiences in the past but not the most recent interaction. The pinball machine I bought was fine but the delivery was anything but. Crew was late and I had to call for updates, they left a huge scratch in my wood flooring that they acknowledged and failed to set the game up properly. I complained to my sales person who apologized and said he’d forwarded the issue to his VP but then I never heard back from anyone. Would advise using another company if you have the choice.

I got my first pinball from them and they are excellent people with fast response and got my pinball with zero problems plays great and it was nicely wrapped Pool sharks Bally 1990 thank you I did all the LED light upgrades

I paid almost $3000 for a classic arcade game as a gift to myself for my birthday. The game was delivered non-operational and damaged after contacting my salesman, I was promised repairs that never happened. I have a very expensive doorstop in my living room. Thanks for nothing and happy birthday to me.

Fantastic experience with Game Exchange of Colorado. The sales process on my new Venom machine was transparent and pleasant. Thanks Rob! The machine is a new model and had quite a few issues. The service team was extremely responsive and professional. Jim always responds to issue the same day and we were able to schedule service calls quickly. My game is fully functional and a ton of fun! Can't wait to do business with Game Exchange again.

Do NOT buy from Game Exchange unless you’re buying a new game that you can take with you. I have had one of the worst customer experiences with trying to get an air hockey table delivered. The first scheduled delivery was moved without any communication. There was never a second delivery time scheduled. When I reached out, no one would respond to my requests. Finally after hounding them, over a month later I got a refund, but they forgot to refund sales tax back to my credit card. So, now I have to follow up on that portion of what’s owed to me. All of this with little or no concern about how my experience has been or how they might accommodate an arrangement to fix the issues. I’m really just flabbergasted by the whole experience. I’d be careful to anything that requires follow up. You will not get it.

Game Exchange of a Colorado should be your only source for new and used pinball machines, arcade games, and billiards. Customer service and price are the best in the industry. Really happy with Game Exchange of Colorado with Rob and Phil helping me out when I sent my 1996 Rush the Rock alcatraz edition monitor chassis. The flyback transformer went bad and they fixed it for me and shipped it back to me after on the house. Great communication back and forth with me. I am really happy with them and how much they've helped me out. Highly recommend this company. Definitely talk with Rob and Phil when getting your stuff fixed. Thanks again everyone!!
