Grande Centre Point Terminal 21

Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 Bangkok is an excellent choice for location and convenience. Direct access to the BTS, along with seamless entry into Terminal 21 mall, makes getting around the city effortless. Shopping and food options are well sorted thanks to the mall. The reception staff were helpful and efficient, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel also has a good, spacious gym (though not heavily equipped), along with a decent sauna, spa, and a play area. The only minor drawback was the lack of ventilation, but it wasn’t a major turnoff. Overall, a very practical and comfortable stay in the heart of Bangkok. Good for a couple of nights at max.

A convenient hotel that is stunning in public areas. We had a room with a breathtaking view of the skyline. Other than that the room was quite ordinary - clean with most typical amenities (including a Japanese toilet which was a highlight). The hotel has no alcohol on site which was a disappointing surprise. As a vegan, the breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about. The bed was medium firm with excellent pillows. The 'free mini bar' was a couple of soft drinks and for what you pay for the room this should be improved.

I truly cannot fault this hotel. It is exceptionally well equipped, offering a gym, pool, and a variety of additional activities. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, are outstanding, with the room cleaners in particular being both efficient and genuinely lovely.|The location is excellent, situated right next to the shopping mall and train station and with plenty to explore in the surrounding area in walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay and see you again.

Excellent interactions with all the staff. Very hard working and respectful employees here. The food is amazing. I've stayed in many countries but this one has been the best. Lots to do inside and within the surrounding vicinity. I was sad to leave but will be returning.

Had a wonderful stay with the city view from the 28th floor at Grande Centre Point Hotel T21! It was my first time in Bangkok, Thailand and I wanted to stay somewhere pretty central + convenient access to BTS/MRT and walking-distance to other nearby bars etc...this Hotel was it! My room came with an all-in-one washer and dryer which was convenient as well. Pro tip: when drying your clothes, set that thing to 3 hrs and go about your day! I will definitely be booking this place again on my next visit!

Visited in August 2025 and had a wonderful stay. The hotel facilities and rooms were very modern, and I especially appreciated the direct elevator access to Asoke BTS as well as the three ATMs conveniently located in the lobby. As a vegetarian, I found the breakfast buffet options a bit limited, but the manager was extremely helpful and kindly arranged a fresh portion of vegetable fried rice for me. Overall, a comfortable and thoughtful experience. Posting this a little late as I had assumed I’d already reviewed back then!

We stayed here twice already. They have the best breakfast with different varieties. They have good customer service. Their rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great. Very active. The Terminal 21 mall is next to the hotel which is awesome. Would love to stay again. Perfect example of a 5 star hotel.
