I love this place! The interior is so fancy and the service is very friendly! I got a caramel frappe & 2 eggs any style and it did not disappoint! The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the sausage links & hashbrowns were so delicious to eat! The pancakes definitely had a buttermilk flavor into every bite! My waitress was very friendly and calm. I left a tip with the attached note! Her service is definitely wonderful, and I wish this place the best in the future 😊

We went here for brunch on and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is very nice. It is very clean, modern with elegant designs. Food and service was great. I didn't read the menu description, so my fault, but I ordered the Acai smoothie and it came out like a milkshake. I was expecting more of a crushed ice smoothie. But they use frozen yogurt in all their smoothies. Overall, we had a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Great spot for breakfast! The food was fresh and delicious, especially the avocado toast and egg dish. Cozy atmosphere and a nice presentation overall—would definitely come back.

A good quality breakfast after a good pickleball session! Can go wrong with any of the food here. The service was kind of slow. The ambiance is great very open and welcoming for sure.

Almost every weekend, my husband and I find ourselves drawn back to our favorite brunch spot - a cozy, welcoming restaurant that feels like a second home. The food is simply outstanding, with each dish crafted to perfection, making it impossible to pick a favorite. What truly sets this place is the warmth of the service. From the moment we step in, we're greeted like a family. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, and there is a genuine sense of care in everything they do. It's a place where you can relax, knowing you're in good hands. To top it all off, the owner is always there a kind gracious man who never fails to make us feel special.

This was a great experience on a warm, sunny, bright Friday afternoon (8/23/24 at around 1PM). Parking was easy. There is plenty of outdoor seating, but my friends and I choose to sit inside and enjoy the inner cool vibes and atmosphere. I ordered the Cajun Avocado Burger with Hot tea. I loved them. My friends ordered different dishes such as biscuits and gravy, Cracked egg Burger, side sausage links and fruit medley. The hostess and waitress were super friendly. We ordered a pineapple juice but this drink was not delivered to us. The waitress (N Torres Z according to the receipt) did remove this charge from our final bill. We found out that this was locally owned and operated and was pleased with the overall appeal and friendly neighborhood hospitality.

Discovering this modern and clean restaurant was like finding a hidden gem. The staff here were very pleasant, took our order and made me and my colleague feel comfortable during our stay. The food was delicious and the portions were large, so we ate to our fill and had to bring back leftovers. Although it's not close to my home, I will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area.

This place is a hidden gym. The food is flavorful and plentiful. We came on a sunny day and had a table right by the window/street side. This made the view spectacular. We ordered a hot latte and the açaí smooth. Both were really well made. The latte cup is large could serve two people and the foam is done just right. The açaí wasn’t too sweet and that’s just how I like it. We had the steak skillet, Mediterranean skillet and steak salad. The steak salad is one of the best salad we have tried in the area. It has nuts, fruits and dressing on the side with all the greens. The skillets were good but there were a lot more potato’s than we expected. But they also taste great. So this is a place you should definitely visit!

Yelp
03/30/25 - Stopped @ Grade A Cafe this morning for breakfast. They have an enormous menu selection that is overwhelming. They serve breakfast & lunch from 7am-3pm. This time I ordered the corned beef hash skillet. It was ok but nowhere near as good as Edgebrook Coffee corned beef hash. I should have stayed w/the pecan, avocado, apple, walnut & skirt salad which was remarkable.

Yelp
Greetings! If you are looking for a SOLID choice for breakfast or lunch, point your car to Randhurst Mall and get ready to be impressed by the food, service, and ambiance you'll find at Grade A Cafe. Today I was there for lunch and decided that the Cracked Egg Burger was the way to go. Fresh patty, excellent house sauce (with quite a zip!), crisp pickles, and a quality bun. Solid effort! They also make a killer chilllaquilles with a great salsa verde...my go-to for breakfast...yum! Other menu items served at other tables always looks on point. They pour a great cup of coffee...better than most! Bathrooms are clean and fresh visit after visit. Service is attentive and focused. I hope you will see for yourself why Grade A Cafe is one of my regular haunts! Until next time...tk

Yelp
Great Service! Excellent food. Real corned beef hash too! Nice atmosphere & quick seating.

Yelp
This is your average american breakfast place. There are a lot of different food and drink options so there's something for everyone. I came on a Saturday and was seated right away. Our waitress was attentive and overall nice. The food order ended up being 2 smoothies (one banana, one pomegranate), french toast, and the farm stand frittata. The smoothies were good since they use frozen yogurt. The french toast had plenty of berries however they forgot the mascarpone so I had to mention that. Flavor was fine. The quiche frittata had way too much cheese and I had requested to go easy on it but they did the complete opposite. It was still good but I would probably try something different next time. The pancakes were standard. All in all, the food was pretty regular. The ambiance is clean and minimalist so it's a pretty casual atmosphere. This is a good place for a cheap american breakfast.

Yelp
Grade C for lack of preparation for a busy day like today on Mother's Day. Place was packed, even if you have reservations. We waited around 25 minutes or so and got seated and ordered right away, but it took about 40 minutes to prepare the simplest food to cook which was breakfast. When the food arrived it wasn't hot and fresh but warm and unappetizing to eat, overall will probably not be back for any upcoming holidays ,till they can handle a massive crowds if ever they will return?

Rick R.

Yelp
Came here on a Mother's Day so I expected it to be super busy and it sure was. Waited about 20 min to be seated which wasn't bad but the wait for the food was worse, about 40 minutes. I have to say the the breakfast skillets, I had the corned beef skillet was delicious! Service was a little spotty and they def needed more help and preparation for busy holiday. I'd probably come back for breakfast but it's really not a destination place to go. This place used to be the Eggsperience and it's pretty much the same stuff.

Yelp
Solid option for breakfast if you're shopping at Randhurst. The prices are on average a little lower than other similar options in the area, but they don't compromise on portion size or quality. The menu is quite varied with everything from pancakes to waffles to omelets to skillets to sandwiches. The food is cooked pretty well here, fresh and hot. The flavors are solid, pretty similar to what you get at other similar restaurants -- maybe a bit less seasoned and less salty. Textures could be improved up on a little bit as there wasn't as much contrast on the crispy and fluffy items as I would've liked. With that said , for the price -- I don't have any complaints as it met all my brunch needs well. The dining room is also quite large and spacious with fast and friendly service. Overall, worth a visit if you're shopping in the area for a hot and delicious breakfast.

Yelp
A good quality breakfast after a good pickleball session! Can go wrong with any of the food here. The service was kind of slow. The ambiance is great very open and welcoming for sure.

Yelp
Located in randhurst next to Mr. Kimchi. Came by for brunch with a friend. We were quickly seated and were the only table in the restaurant. Our food came out rather quickly. I ended up getting the corned beef skillet with my eggs scrambled. The skillet was super hot, but it was so salty I almost couldn't eat it. After adding some ketchup it broke up the saltiness a bit and wasn't too bad to eat. Once you're done eating they bring over the check for you and you go up to the counter to pay we didn't know it at the time so the staff kept staring at us and our waiter eventually took care of it. I wish they had just told us instead. Overall we had a good experience, and I would consider coming back when in the area.

Laurie N.

Yelp
We were looking for a place for breakfast after an appt at NCH in the area. What a great surprise this was! In Randhurst Village. The service was fast and welcoming. The menu was vast. The service friendly and prompt. I ordered the mederteranian omelette with herb roasted potatoes. Crispy potatoes and very tasty omelette. My husband had a patty melt with fries. The coffee was very smooth and pleasant. Used the women's room and found it spotless. Highly recommend this place!

Julie E.

Yelp
I wanted to like this place. Staff is very nice, place is clean. I am sorry to say my food was not good! Eggs came to the table in a pool of water. Bacon way over cooked. Hash browns under cooked. Sorry won't be back!

Yelp
Grease A Cafe is a new and familiar restaurant at the same time. I have been to this restaurant before when it was under a different name. After having a delightful conversation with the manager, I learned that the chef changed the name of the restaurant in order to cook more to his personal style. I could taste the difference. I had the French toast waffle, which intrigued me when I saw it on the menu. This is their Belgian waffle dipped in their French toast batter. This was light and fluffy with a great taste. I highly recommend Grade A Cafe and can't wait to come back to try more!

Bianca S.

Yelp
I LOVED IT HERE!! Me and my family got seated pretty quick and we were a party of 6! I met the owners of the restaurant and they both have such an uplifting personality so sweet and kind! I ended up getting the strawberry waffles with a Carmel frappe 10/10 combination. Overall 1000/10 would come again.

Yelp
I used to visit this particular location when it was Eggsperience. We used to really enjoy visiting that establishment. Looks like they basically repainted and sprayed everything for a fresh makeover. We arrived and sat down immediately. Service was good and our waitress checked on us several times. Food was passable but coffee was just a tad on the bland side of things. Eggs were OK. Hashbrowns were decent. But bacon seemed like it may have been sitting out for several hours. All in all I've had much worse, but I've also had much better. I think we're gonna take a break from this place. There are far too many breakfast joints in the region that are more impressive.

Rebecca A.

Yelp
Nice place, your typical breakfast brunch menu. Modern interior. We were on a time crunch for a movie and were very pleased we were served quickly. All very tasty. I liked the iced shaken expresso.

Karen N.

Yelp
Under new ownership. We went on a Sunday morning and there were not many customers. Service was excellent from start to finish. I had the make your own scrambler and my husband had the steak skillet. They each came with toast and pancakes. They have several toast options. The waitress put a pot of coffee on our table , which was nice. Prices were reasonable. Since ownership did change, I would have expected the interior to be updated or spruced up. They had the same decorations as the old restaurant and it needs a bit of updating.

Liz H.

Yelp
I ordered the Pecan Citrus Salad with steak instead of chicken. It was satisfying in size as well as in taste. I would definitely order this again. Few restaurants have great salads, I would know. We also ordered the Mediterranean skillet and the steak skillet. It had too many potatoes but it was over all good. Service is great; our waitress was cheerful and attentive. The restaurant has a clean airy athletic look with lots of sun light coming in which adds the the ambiance. The look is exactly what I look for in a breakfast/ brunch restaurant. Most tables are filled but we got seated down right away. I recommend this place! Family owned restaurant also.

Sharlene L.

Yelp
My husband and I enjoyed a delicious brunch here last week. After a busy morning, it was so nice to walk into a welcoming restaurant with lovely music streaming. My Greek-style frittata was wonderful! And my husband enjoyed his Corned Beef and eggs!! The sourdough toast and wheat toast were so good, and the hashed browns were light, fluffy, and not drenched in oil...just perfect! And our Acai and Healthy Green smoothies were yummy!! The food amount was generous so we enjoyed our leftovers the next day. We'll be back!

Cristel M.

Yelp
Grade A Cafe replaced Eggsperience in Randhurst Village. The place largely looks the same, and has a similar, if not the same, menu. You can't go wrong with the chicken pesto panini, and their sides of fries are enormous. We snagged an outdoor table and enjoyed dining in the sun, with an umbrella to block the direct light. We were warned there were bees near the tables, but we only saw a couple and they didn't bother us at all. This place is a nice option for breakfast, brunch or lunch! Just note that it closes at 3:00.

Janet K.

Yelp
Not sure why my reviews are not being posted. Unfortunately this is the same complaint that everyone had from yesterday. I typically love this place but obviously not on a holiday and will probably not go back especially since it is about a 30 minute drive from my home to get here. I expected to have a wait to get in (after all it is Mother's Day) but the service was just unacceptable. We walked in and I asked to be put on the list. The guy running the hostess desk says they are not doing a list. they remember faces and will seat us. After a while the poor girl that was literally running back and forth trying to find tables for people, I noticed people jumping in and telling her that they wanted to be seated. Of course, the guy I talked to never told her about my party. so I joined the group and said I was a party of 3. She did get us seated fairly quickly at that point. That was the last of it. Our server told us they were very busy and only had 5 cooks. We placed our order. After a while, we finally saw a tray come out. I said "Look here is our food" The server said no it isn't. She did go and check and said that our order had finally hit the counter. It had been over 30 minutes at this point. I was getting frustrated because at this point we had been there about an hour. the server new how frustrated I was getting and really didn't want to be spending my entire afternoon there. But I figured we had about 10 more minutes. I noticed that people were starting to get served who arrived after us and there were a LOT of faces looking around like "What is taking so long". 20 minutes later, we are still waiting, the server tells me that it wouldn't be fair to push my order to the front as they are working on orders as they come in. But people who came in after are eating. Ok, we'll wait. 10 minutes later another table is served who came in after us. I told my granddaughters we were leaving. We got up and went to pay for our drinks. The server called us over to her. Here I'm thinking she is going to us that our food is coming out. Nope, only to say that we don't have to pay for the drinks and she'll talk to the manager. I understand being busy for a holiday but there was no control of management, or service at all in this restaurant for a holiday. Hopefully, they will learn from it but I can say I won't be back.

Stacy T.

Yelp
I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I randomly discovered this restaurant was 30 seconds from our house about a month ago. We've ordered there the last 5 Sundays in a row. They now know us. Last week we had a small issue with our order (the first). They remade our in entire order without question. This week, when we ordered, they made sure my eggs were made exactly how I like them and went over the order with us before we left to make sure there were no problems before we even left the restaurants. And all this happened with a line basically out the door they were so busy. I could rave about how good this food is. It is literally one of the best brunches I've ever had - warm, fresh, made expertly. But the customer service is something to rave even more about. I don't like to get out of bed on Sunday mornings, so I don't know if we will pop in soon for a meal or continue to order takeout, but either way, run don't walk to this place. Truly incredible!

P B.

Yelp
Service was good , coffee was good . I ordered French toast and I was grossed out when I saw the egg on it . I've never gotten fecha toast where you can see the egg batter on it . I did not like this at all. I would have order egg on toast if I wanted this .

Janet Z.

Yelp
We had a gathering for a friend today and it was first time I was there. The food was very good and the service was great. Sharon was our server and she accommodated our group with pulling off a surprise for a birthday. Tony, the manager, was also very helpful. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we will definitely be going back soon.

Felipe C.

Yelp
The food presentation was amazing. Love what they did with the place. This is my 4th time here all the waitresses I've had were very nice. One specific always smile(Ms Linsey).

Kyle N.

Yelp
We went in around 130pm, I think we were 1 of 4 tables. We saw the server twice, when we made the order, and when she brought the order out. We asked for refills when the food was brought out, and then realized the order was wrong and planned to tell the server when she returned. She never came back so we had no refills and an issue with the order. We went to pay without the bill, as we never saw the server again. The lady at the register gave us an attitude because we didn't have the check with us. We had to point to her twice which table we were (right across from the register and the only table without customers that had dishes on it) I wouldn't go back. Complete lack of interest in customer service.

Yelp
Found this place for breakfast on Monday. I was going for a medical procedure in the morning, followed by another procedure. I needed to fast the night before , so I wanted a nice breakfast. So it's in Randhurst mall , you just drive in a circle and you will find it. The mall is quite sad , so many empty store fronts. Now about the food , I ordered a mushroom , spinach skillet . It was very good and filling , coffee was excellent and strong. I also decided to treat myself to a smoothie. Great idea , I had the mango with strawberry and I believe pineapple. Omg ! It was so good , I would honestly go back for that alone . Not crowded for a Monday morning, however they did have a table of 17 lovely ladies chatting it up over some eggs . So I recommend to check it out for yourself. I'm sorry my server was lovely as well , one piece of advice . Offer more coffee .

Briana E.

Yelp
The food was amazing and the workers were SUPER friendly. I would recommend getting The Chilaquiles. The workers always make sure we are satisfied with the food.

bob b.

Yelp
Stay away from this place. It took us 15 mins to be seated when they were not busy. Then it took another 15mins to be able to order food. On top of that they got the order wrong. 3 items. I Berry smoothie, 1 wanna milkshake, and a bowl of lentil soup. It was a joke. They did get the soup right. How do you screw up a banana milkshake. Don't go here. We won't be going back.

aubrey b.

Yelp
I absolutely adore this restaurant!! They always have the best food and I love coming for breakfast/brunch. The staff is so incredible and kind, wonderful service! The food is delivered in a timely matter and does not take long at all. I absolutely loved the way they made the grilled cheese, it looked so appetizing! (They also have free lollipops at the counter for all you candy lovers!) I have gone here so many times and they have never failed to disappoint me.

Diane S.

Yelp
Very disappointed this visit! The waitress took my order delivered it and then was missing in action. She didn't come to warm my coffee and didn't bring a to go container or my bill. The breakfast panini was tasteless!!!! Probably won't visit again

Lynda L.

Yelp
Ordered pumpkin pancakes and they were not more like gingerbread! If you don't know how to make them, then don't!!!! Also bacon was bad and coffee was bitter, potatoes undercooked, etc .. I would not go back!

Rich R.

Yelp
The food was excellent. We both had omelettes. The service was outstanding. The restaurant is very clean and very modern and well decorated in a great location parking on the adjacent street. Prices were very good. I would highly recommend you go to this restaurant. Besiana our server was one of the best servers I've ever had, totally attentive very nice and the food arrived hot and delicious.

Cheryl K.

Yelp
We dined here for Mother's Day this morning. We made a reservation for 11. They seated us 15 minutes late which is fine, I get it, it's Mother's Day. The food was average, they did raise the prices for Mother's Day which was not on their website. What really bothered me was we ordered a juice for my daughter while she was eating. The waitress came out with the juice 15 minutes later with the bill. She had the nerve to come back with another bill adding the $1.75 because she forgot to add it to the original one that my brother in law was already paying at the counter. Really picked a nerve with me, we won't be returning.

Tim W.

Yelp
Food and coffee is fairly good. Very similar to the previous place with a new paint job.

Gavino C.

Yelp
Amazing and friendly service! Loved the steak skillet, so delicious! The steak was perfectly cooked and tender, completely the entire delicious dish. Will definitely be returning!

Rosa P.

Yelp
Today was my first visit to grade a cafe after seeing photos of their food online. I went with my daughter on a Saturday morning. I ordered the avocado toast with egg whites and they brought me regular scrambled eggs. I didn't say anything but I'm not sure if the waitress got it wrong or the cook.

Giselle F.

Yelp
We made reservations for Mother's Day. I noticed they have a coffee/juice/smoothie bar while you wait. They were able to seat us upon arrival. It was quite busy. They had a limited menu because of the holidays but all the favorites were on there. It was still two sides full of options! Everyone was very happy with the food. Especially the FRESH corned beef hash, that is so hard to find. It's usually from a can. Our waitress was very attentive even though it was packed. The owner came to the table twice. The decor is different from the restaurant that used to occupy the space. It looks cute. We would definitely go back! They have a lot of patio seating, when it gets nice out that would be a great option.

Melissa M.

Yelp
First time dining at Grade A Cafe and I must say that this would not be the last. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We were seated right away and was immediately greeted by our server. Food was very fresh and came out quick and piping hot. I ordered the steak skillet and my husband had the classic french toast with a side of bacon. Both items were delicious and plentiful. We will definitely be back!

Beni M.

Yelp
We took our aunt there for breakfast. The place is very clean. Their Mediterranean omelette was fantastic. My aunt got all the attention she deserved and the service was great. Zima accommodated us, especially my daughter with her food restrictions.

Tim P.

Yelp
Breakfast just doesn't get any better than at GRADE A! Start out with an amazing choice of delicious teas - not sure which one? a tea leaf sampler makes this easy. Now on to the main event. I had two eggs with pancakes, crunchy hashbrowns, and bacon. And of course, the real maple syrup was served hot in its own decanter. Looking for something with a Mediterranean spin - My wife was delighted with her choice of the Greek Style Frittata. This is a skillet baked with 3-grade AA farm fresh eggs plus Kalamata olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Served with a choice of potatoes and toast or pancake. And the service? With a smile as warm and sweet as my syrup our server even offered a tea to go. YOU DESERVE A GREAT BREAKFAST! GRADE A is THE place to get it.

Lidia W.

Yelp
Amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere !!! AAA all around, I do highly recommend this place !

Nancy E.

Yelp
What a nice change for this space. Lots of good food and attention by all the staff. So convenient for before or after the movies. It also does not compete with the other restaurants surrounding it. I like that.

Stephen L.

Yelp
Complimentary espresso with great, friendly service In a cold rainy morning. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Robyn R.

Yelp
After a person who works there personally told my friend and I to come in to eat, we were looking at menu outside, we went in to eat and decided to eat outside. We were given 2 menus and were told to sit anywhere and someone would be out. We sat at a table literally up against the glass of restaurant. After a half hour someone brought us water. We asked if someone is coming to take our order and she said yes. After another half hour (in total an hour) we finally left. The best part was we walked past it an hour later and menus and water still on table. Very unacceptable first experience

Maria B.

Yelp
We went here with a 12 person party celebrating 6 birthdays. Food, ambiance, and the entire experience was great! They brought out enough ice creams to cover our dozen people and sang to everyone to celebrate. The staff are wonderful and kept all of our chaotic orders straight. Perfect restaurant!

Chris D.

Yelp
Stopped for a late breakfast with a friend. We were able to sit outside. Breakfast was avocado toast & Lox's Benedict. Both were excellent. Service was good & food was served promptly. The manager stopped at the table to make sure everything was satisfactory. Will be back & recommend everyone tries this place,

Vivian K.

Yelp
Been coming here for ages. Zima is always amazing, friendly and professional. Love the food and coffee is even better. If you are in the area or not, gotta try this place out.

Vicky H.

Yelp
Stopped by when they first changed hands and found it disappointing but I figured they still hadn't adjusted to new ownership. The restaurant looked pretty much the same as it did before. The waiter was soso, service was ok. We ordered 2 eggs with a side of bacon, toast and coffee. The coffee was so strong I had to kill it with sugar which I never use and 4 creamers that barely lightened the coffee. The toast was cold and eggs were warm. I always loved the place before, but this was no where near the previous standard

Jeanne W.

Yelp
I'm on the fence honestly but will give it another chance. The food and coffee were okay. My go to is eggs Benedict which was good but the hollandaise sauce was not good and it took away from my food experience The server, really just the person who took our order, was ok. She wasn't very friendly and never checked to see how things were or ask if we wanted more coffee. We finally had to motion for the owner/manager to bring us coffee. The server apologized for not checking on us.
