Friendly and unique place…. We’re fans. ||Two things-in increasing order of importance||1. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE (and this is for all of Grenada)- update your websites and information. ||Lighthouse parties ended well before 2021 and we’ve been here twice a year since then….. still see info up about lighthouse concerts||2. WAITSTAFF (again, all over island except for Umbrellas now) They MAKE OR BREAK guest’s experience.||Our waitress yesterday was surly, barely acknowledged us, didn’t understand a simple request such as no fries and extra salad, even though she pretended she did, didn’t apologize for anything, and in general didn’t smile…||I have seen this type of behavior ruin my friends experience of this island and specific venues here time and time again- and we ourselves stop visiting establishments who don’t work on the customer service experience and training their staff.||You’ve worked with Brits, Americans, Canadian, Germans, etc long enough to know||Service means:||1. Looking up and acknowledging customers no matter what you are doing. - with a smile and friendly words||2. Letting them know when you will tend to them. ||3. Happily meeting them to take their orders, announce specials etc…. ||4. Bringing water and drinks promptly and before anything else….||5.Repeating their orders to them so you and they are clear.||6. Checking up on them to make sure all is ok-||7. Utensils and condiments on the table||7. If anything is wrong, apologizing and rectifying.||Very little if any of this is ever done and this was the case at this dining venue
