Hilton Gdansk

I’ve stayed at Hilton Hotel Gdańsk several times and it never disappoints. The reception team is always incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes every stay smooth and welcoming. I highly recommend the King Hilton Deluxe Room with river view — the view is beautiful and adds something special to the experience. That said, I’ve also stayed in the King Hilton Street View room, and it was surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. The hotel also offers a lovely SPA and well-equipped gym, plus two excellent restaurants on-site, making it perfect for both relaxation and convenience. I always look forward to coming back.

Perfectly located hotel for access to local sites a short walking distance to everything in the city. Very comfortable beds with lovely linen. Incredibly clean and spacious. We ate in here few times found the food was excellent, attention to detail perfect. The staff are super friendly and very attentative. Could relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

We can't say anything other than that we are 100% satisfied with the hotel and the service from the staff. We were a group planning to go down. The help we received from Beata Skwarzec before the trip was unbeatable. The staff on site were nice, everything from the cleaners to the breakfast staff. The breakfast has everything and then some. Nice that you can make your own juice. Order your personal omelette etc. The rooms are large and quiet. The spa is good. The hotel is also in the best place in Gdansk. We are simply incredibly satisfied and will be back soon.

Dining at Mercato, proudly recommended by Michelin, is a delight, and the cocktail bar is perfect for ending the day with style. In short: luxurious, friendly, and effortlessly charming—Hilton Gdańsk knows exactly how to treat its guests.

Perfect located at the edges of the old town we loved our high floor deluxe room overlooking the river. Great views! We were looking up the river with views of the old town and the carousel. |Rooms are large by European standards.|The hotel is very modern and contemporary. |Staff are welcoming and efficient/professional. |Room amenities are great. Huge tv, large ensuite with separate shower and bath. Good quality toiletries.|The aircon was adequate given that its winter - but we struggled to get the room to a cool enough setting to avoid it being stuffy. |Full mini bar in the room. Water provided from a machine on each floor.|Reasonably large work area and good closet/storage/drawer space for unpacking.|Bedding is luxurious though the mattress a bit too firm for this quality of hotel...I've noticed this a lot in Hiltons recently.|The breakfast is excellent quality.|Can't say anything about the restaurant other than breakfast - but I can recommend Fellini just opposite the hotel. |Very happy to have chosen this hotel and we'd do so again.

Perfectly located hotel in Gdansk, which made everything super convenient. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with great views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, fresh, and well presented—exactly what you want after a long day of travel or to celebrate a special day, like birthday as me🎂 What truly made this stay exceptional was the personal. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the whole experience feel effortless and premium. Comfort, location, service, views—everything was on point. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Fantastic hotel with a great location. Set on the banks of the canalside it offers easy access to all the local sights. Everything is walkable. Restaurants, bars & cafés are everywhere. Room as lovely, although we asked to move upon arrival due to being allocated a room with no shower, just an 'over the bath' hose, with no curtain? We had booked a deluxe room with separate shower. We were moved immediately with no issue. Great views of canalside & big wheel. Wellness centre was lovely. Sauna & Steam rooms available. Pool was great, but cold. Rooftop bar was disappointing. Very small indoor area meant it felt cramped and impersonal. I would stay here again, but Gdansk has a large selection of hotels to choice from, but not many have a pool?

We loved our stay two night stay at the Hilton Gdańsk! The professionals working at the reception desk were very helpful. We received a lovely room overlooking a small street below. The room was large and very clean. All plumbing and electrical fixtures we used during our stay functioned well. The twin beds were very comfortable. HVAC unit was quiet and kept us comfortable. In face, our room (315) was very quiet despite it being an adjoining space. We were part of a Gate1Tour, and so received complimentary breakfast. I have never seen so many fresh, and delicious breakfast options in one Hilton space before! I recommend trying breakfast at least once during your stay. You will not be disappointed. Hilton's location on the water is prime. We enjoyed some the nearby shops, sights and eateries. That said, you will enjoy Hilton's insight restaurant too should you choose to dine there. The fine dining and excellent service were top notch. I highly recommend Hilton Gdańsk.

We loved it here. Our 1st stop hotel feet on the ground in Poland, and we were so comfortable. The amenities were wonderful including bottled water every day, and snacks we needed after our long flights. The bathtub was hands down the longest I have ever been in. The shower was wonderful with slate flooring throughout. I loved the Crabtree and Evelyn soaps and shampoos. It really showed a level of class to have quality throughout. The bed was so comfortable and huge! It was bigger than our California King at home. We loved our room facing the canal. What a joy to wake every morning across from the Gdansk sign, a pelican going by on the water, a boat, everything coming alive. Then late in the evening after our adventures of the day, we could enjoy the lights glimmering on the canal and comforts of being home for the night in our room. We did the breakfast plan every morning which sustained us through the day. There was such a wonderful selection including herring, lox, eggs, sausages, cereals, and breads. We were able to enjoy eating outside when we wanted not far from the canal allowing us to people watch, and take it all in. The location of this hotel is perfect. You are able to walk the canal left and right, or access town behind you. We walked everywhere, and we loved it! Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant was very welcoming, and made us feel so comfortable. I want to go back right now to my roots...to Gdansk and the Hilton.

Hilton Gdansk is a rather new hotel that hosted the conference i attended. The rooms are fine all is new and modern. On the 5th floor it has a terras overlooking the city of Gdansk. Niece place to sit and relax :).

Stayed here as part of a tour for two nights. Very modern hotel and great location to dining and sites in the city. View from the third bridge is incredible. Buffet breakfast is excellent. View from 5th floor bar area is outstanding. Stay here while in Gdańsk

Hilton hotels are always nice, almost always anyway. We had a non smoking room but some smell from a neighbour managed to come into our room. When we told the staff about our concern they promised to fix the problem but the only thing they did was to spray some kind of perfume in our room. Apart from that we had a nice stay here. One really nice thing is the roof top terrace where you can sit outside and just have a drink enjoying a really nice view. And by the way it's open for everyone.

This is possibly the best Hilton I have come across, I'm hard pressed to pick between this one and Hilton Bankside in London. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and tastefully decorated, the views are spectacular, and the location is as good as it gets. There was a bottle of wine, chocolate, and a card from the management waiting for me in my room when I arrived, which is surprisingly nice considering I stayed there using points. The suites located on the corner front side of the building offer stunning wrap around views of the harbor at a more than reasonable price. It is one of the few Hilton properties that truly deserves five stars.
