Absolutely terrible experience. I will never come back and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The staff were deeply unprofessional and rude (especially the store manager herself). I bought an expensive wool jersey and after only a few days of normal wear it was already completely ruined. Even though I came back with both the original tag and receipt, they refused to offer me any solution or replacement. For the record, under Danish retail law (Købeloven), consumers have a 2-year right to complain (reklamationsret) if a product has defects that appear within this period. This includes clothing that fails under normal use shortly after purchase. The store is legally obligated to repair, replace, or refund if the product is faulty. Boii Studios — please, at the very least, ensure that your store managers are trained in Danish retail law and basic customer service.

They have a sign "alt utsalg 50%" outside of the store, however that only applies "downstairs". They also said they can't give money back (return) even we never left the store, they deliberately trick shoppers.

Would usually never leave a review like this but the staff were so rude that it completely ruined the experience. There’s so many lovely stores in the city with incredible, helpful staff - just go to those instead.

Terrible misleading store. Unfriendly and takes advantage of you. 50%off everything is 50%off only a few items

They try to scam you with their “Alt 50%” sign which in small cursive text notes something about sales items only. Though the wording here is pretty sketchy as well. I guess most people are too afraid to confront them about it. Other than that the items seem pretty decent.

Awful experience… bought a pyjama set and could not return only 2 hours later after I changed my mind. Staff was extremely rude and unfriendly- never again

I bought a sweater, wore only once and it got completely destroyed. They refused return because of course I no longer have the receipt, as I was not expecting the material be so cheap.

I very much recommend! The store is very nicely laid out. You can find some original pieces at good prices. Quality is good as well. And the customer service was lovely in my experience.
