i had a really wonderful experience at Hiatus for my first time. i was looking for an exfoliation treatment and booked their wrap service. it was so wonderful: i felt like i was in a little warm cocoon, i wouldn’t change anything about it. Brianne was my provider and she was wonderful as well, i am personally not self conscious of my private areas but she made sure i felt comfortable throughout the treatment. the spa and amenities were impressive as well. 10/10 would recommend, i will be back :)

The BEST of the best! I have only done so far the most amazing facials there and decided to go with a membership, just in time when the pain started…and here we are - relief! Went in with lots of pain. Came out at ease, released and cannot wait to come back! Thank you to everyone that has given me services! I jumped due to time restrains and can confidently say: All of them are just wonderful! For me, the service of the therapist is THE MOST important value I need out of a spa. They deliver! Even more so! Sure, I do wish they had a sauna and a plunge, yet, the service got me hooked! Thank you all!

I love this spa! I've had massages, facials, and nail services, and they are all great. the service providers are fantastic, they know their stuff, and the ambience is so relaxing. One of the best things has to be the front desk staff. They are so kind, welcoming, helpful, and fun to talk to. Dakota in the nail department is the best! AND - Free parking, which is KEY.

The people who work at this location make it the gem that it is. I appreciate the kind patience of the receptionists, the behind-the-scenes magic of the spa attendants, and the unique expertise of the practitioners. The monthly membership fee is a reaaaaally good deal if you have a bit of spare income to invest in yourself.

First let me say that if this review were just about the staff it would be an easy five stars. They have amazing staff who give excellent service. Unfortunately an experience at a high end spa takes more than great people to make it a good customer experience and the management is doing their staff a huge disservice with the management of this location. First they’re making a critical error before people even step foot inside. I reviewed the website in full and received several appointment update emails and texts but not one of them had parking information for the location. It was only after I had paid for street parking that I learned that complimentary parking was available for guests. There was no signage indicating that. Also none of the information from my profile I completed upon booking was relayed to the venue and I had to redo it all by hand. That’s very annoying. Second the equipment at the venue is visibly faulty. The lockers had overly complicated locking mechanisms that did not work so I was unable to store my things. Even the staff struggled with them. Why they’re not using a key system I cannot understand. The towel warming equipment was also faulty to the point where my technician visibly grimaced in pain despite wearing gloves and had to play hot potato with the towels before they were safe to use. That’s just ridiculous. Staff should not be getting their hands burned by damp towels. In addition the set up of the room I was in was inefficient and was set up in a way that made the technicians work more difficult and my experience less enjoyable. My chair was crammed up against a window which had no sound proofing so a majority of my appointment time was spent getting blasted by ripping roar of a leaf blower outside and the obnoxiously loud vapid yakking of the patron next to me who spent over an hour droning at full volume about various varieties of pasta. Even with noise canceling headphones these would have still been an issue because the placement of the seat was set up in a way that amplified the surrounding sounds towards my head. The chair set up also meant that the technician could not fully recline my chair without smacking me into the glass. A lot of the space in the room that could have been used to place the chair in a better location was wasted by unnecessary decorative furniture that the technicians had to constantly shimmy around. Both of the technicians I encountered during my appointment are clearly talented, skilled and provided amazing service so it was frustrating to see them have waste time overcoming their environment. I have a hard time relaxing when people are visibly struggling. For a service that costs over $80+ I would expect a little more care to be put into the environment to ensure that those providing the services can do so effectively and safely. While the end result of the service was very nice I do not feel like I got the full value that I could have received had the venue been managed with more thought and care.

Was treated to a happy, happier, happiest package- it lived up to the name as I am a happy camper. Mable, Cheyenne & Tara were all amazing. Great amenities, beautiful decor, all around amazing. Can't wait to go back!
