Don’t order online if you don’t know if you will keep the item. I did a return, their warehouse received it 3 weeks ago, still no update about my refund. Even though they mention to process it within a few days. Emailed customer support several times, without ever receiving an answer back. Still waiting to receive my money back. Horrible customer service and experience.
