My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Thomas Kinkade Studio in Monterey, where we were fortunate enough to purchase a beautiful painting that truly spoke to us. Our experience was made all the more memorable thanks to Marys Babora, whose assistance during our visit was nothing short of exemplary. From the moment we expressed interest in a piece, Marys exhibited an extraordinary level of patience and attentiveness. She went above and beyond by changing the frame multiple times, ensuring we could visualize how each option complemented the artwork in our own space. The manager at this store is straight up rude and brutish. I came to this store back in March to see the Thomas Kinkade Disney paintings. The lady at that time let me take post cards free of charge. I took my mother to the store to check it out too because she is a fan of Disney. This other lady who is the manager immediately grabbed the post cards from my mom's hands without even asking what she was doing. She immediately walked away with them in her hands without even looking at us saying a random price for them. I mentioned to her last time they were free. Her remark was "oh now we are charging". This manager made us feel like just because we are not dressed in fancy rich clothing we didn't belong in her store. I was going to come back to purchase the new maleficent frame for my mom's birthday next week, but after that experience forget it.

Lovely store. Beautiful artwork. The front desk (owner?) was a bit passive aggressive. She also stated all the paintings were painted by Thomas Kinkade, but he passed away in 2012. 🤔

Linda was phenomenal! She was super friendly and informative! I'm definitely getting my next paintings here! Thomas Kinkade was a magnificent artist and his studio really grasps the embodiment of his style.

I know some artwork can be both valuable and expensive, but it seemed like for some the prices were just ridiculous. However I also haven't bought many pieces of art from Galleries, so it might just be my lack of experience.

Came for the Disney sketching and highlighting artists on Mothers Day. Nice event, always nice to talk to the artists about the piece and their stories.
