The St. Regis Doha

This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had in all our years of traveling. The St. Regis provides a level of service that truly goes beyond imagination. The staff is trained to perfection — you can feel it in every corner of the hotel and in every single moment of your stay. They were als so caring towards our little 4 month baby and made sure that she is safe and comfortable during our stay. A very special thank you goes to Ahmed, who will always remain in my memory. I kindly asked him if he could teach me a bit of Arabic during our stay, and he made my wish come true. He helped me order in Arabic and had small conversations with me, which made the experience even more meaningful. At the same time, he managed to fulfill every wish my family and I had with incredible professionalism and warmth. The pool, the gym, the rooms, the staff, the food — everything is simply on another level. The breakfast deserves a special mention: it was without a doubt the best breakfast buffet we have ever experienced. We even spent more than three hours there because we completely lost track of time — that’s how exceptional it was. We will 100% come back to the St. Regis to experience this outstanding level of service again. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We stayed for 6 nights, and from the very beginning the experience was exceptional. Even before our arrival, Nannu was amazing — she gave my daughter the most wonderful welcome and took care of all our needs, ensuring every restaurant booking was perfectly arranged. Zaki, the Food & Beverage manager, was always present, helpful, and greeted us each morning with a smile that made breakfast feel extra special. the beach side, Kandi was consistently attentive and cheerful, looking after my family with genuine care. This combination of thoughtful service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended! 🌟

I would give this hotel a hundred stars if I could! I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, but they often miss something special — something I found at St. Regis. From the stunning architecture to the flawless service, everything was perfect. They thoughtfully provided milk for both my sons and food for my baby, which is such a rare and caring touch. When my husband was in the hospital and I couldn’t get in touch with him, Reece noticed my struggle — we hadn’t eaten, the kids hadn’t eaten, and there was even some confusion with my delivery orders. She personally collected the food from the basement, brought it to us, and made sure everyone was taken care of. This level of thoughtfulness is something I’ve never seen at any other hotel. Keeping in mind Islamic tradition, they even kindly provided a women-only gym area, which I was so pleased to see — it really showed their attention to guests’ needs and comfort. The breakfast staff were amazing, always kind, polite, and attentive. The entire team went out of their way to make us feel cared for, and the hotel itself is simply fabulous. You can tell the staff are valued by management because the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, not cold or hostile like at some other places. St. Regis isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience, and the incredible staff make it truly unforgettable.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The St. Regis Doha and would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay. The valet service was excellent — efficient, courteous, and seamless at all times. We would also like to highly commend the butler service, who were always available at every call and ensured our needs were met effortlessly. A very special thank you to Kartika and Roshan, who went above and beyond by beautifully decorating our suite for my birthday, making the occasion truly unforgettable. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Gozda, Hassan, Oumaima, Shiam, and Marina, who made our stay extra special with their warmth, attentiveness, and outstanding service. There were so many other team members who contributed to our wonderful experience as well, and we are extremely grateful to you all. We had a lovely time and very much look forward to returning in the future.

Stunning hotel, amazing service, and incredible elite treatment. Even with high expectations for the St. Regis brand, this property managed to exceed them at every turn. The Highlights: The Suite & Arrival: A seamless check-in by Aigul and a wonderful "sweet tower" surprise in the room. The Service: Roshan, my St. Regis Butler, was exceptional. Roula (Guest Experience Manager) and Charlotte run a perfect operation—it felt like watching a master conductor at work. The Team: Everyone was outstanding, from Catherine and Richard at the entrance to Sulimon at the beach. Dining: Incredible breakfast and dinner service thanks to Sihan, Suhal, Basit, and Kazi at Vine. Special thanks to the GM, Marc, for leading such a world-class team. The only downside was having to leave!

The St. Regis Doha is overall an impressive hotel with a true luxury atmosphere. What stood out the most was the staff — incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Whether in the lobby, the restaurants, or the spa area, you genuinely feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms are very spacious, the bed is large and extremely comfortable, and the sea view is absolutely beautiful. One downside, however, is that the rooms are quite sound-sensitive — you can hear neighboring rooms more than expected. The spa and wellness area has potential, but the men’s section is in urgent need of renovation. The whirlpool in particular does not look appealing anymore and doesn’t really invite you to relax. Despite these points, the St. Regis is a top hotel with excellent service and a beautiful overall setting. I would definitely come back.

THE BEST HOTEL TO STAY IN DOHA — AMAZING SERVICE! I’ve stayed in almost every 5-star hotel in Doha, and this one is honestly the best. The service is on another level. Even though the hotel was fully booked, everyone was still so friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything. I really want to highlight Hussain — he was fantastic. He pressed our clothes perfectly and was so kind every time we saw him. He answered all our questions, made sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely made us feel looked after. People like him make all the difference. The room was huge, spotless, and so comfortable. The facilities were everything you’d expect from a top hotel — just wow. Can’t wait to come back. This place really exceeded every expectation !!!
