✨ Wonderful Stay at Nimman Villa 17 ✨ Our group of 11 stayed at Nimman Villa 17 from 17–19 August 2025, and it was truly an amazing experience. The villa is very spacious, well-designed, and perfect for large groups. The location is unbeatable, right in the Nimman area, close to restaurants, cafés, and attractions, yet still peaceful once you’re back in the villa. The private pool were highlights for everyone, especially after exploring Chiang Mai during the day. The staff and owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks, drinks, and even homemade breakfast items. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Nimman Villa 17 and would highly recommend it to families or groups visiting Chiang Mai. We’d love to come back again in the future!

Difficult to find a deal like this with parking space and fresh coffee buffet included in the price. The only down side is the wash room with two big windows, they are not see through but the heat still comes in and it was like being in a sauna every time I use the toilet.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. It’s a nice hotel at a reasonable price and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was cleaned every day, which we appreciated.One important tip: since there are many hotels with the name 'Nimman,' make sure to specify the exact name when telling the taxi driver. Otherwise, you might end up at a different location.The area is fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants and massage places nearby. However, we did notice some small omissions in the room amenities. We didn't receive toothbrushes or toothpaste and there was no conditioner, but we did have shampoo and body wash available.The WiFi was adequate for our needs and we enjoyed the free coffee offered on the first floor. Additionally, the hotel was very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage for several hours after check-out, which was helpful since our flight was late in the evening.A good stay and a solid choice for anyone visiting the area ✌️

Used to be much better than this. Good location only for the one who can tolerate with airplane take off/landing sound. Bathroom was very dirty with lots of black mold in every corner nearby shower area inside/outside. Table top and underneath was stinky and not clean. Phone was dirty, as well as those kettle.

Very convenient! Near to Maharaj Nakhorn Chiang Mai Hospital and Nimman area with reasonable price. The room was clean. The bed was great sleeping. All good and will back again next trip! Also close to a good cafe!

Paid for nice room with a table so I could work. Internet keep disconnecting. No pool or gym to use when you need to cool off because you can't use the internet.

Very satisfied with the size and view of the room. The mountain view is beautiful. The room is very big. Some staff are polite some staff are average.
