JUST phenomenal there are no words to explain how good the food is. We been to the Old town Ibiza spot a few times and this takes perfection to a next level. Focus on all the starters and share them. One of the best eating experiences we had on the island. Wow wow o wow. And thank you…..

What an incredible experience! Nicolas, the owner and server, made the night so personal and welcoming — you can tell he truly cares about every guest. We think it is a new restaurant; his second. He wants to make sure it is outstanding. Begona was cooking the meal and happened to be behind us in the kitchen. Such a lovely lady who was happy enough to advise us on the food. She was amazing. The food was incredible from start to finish. The butter was unbelievable (yes, the butter! I couldn’t believe how good the butter was!!), the octopus was cooked perfectly, and the beef tartare was spot on (no egg but amazing seasoning). The ceviche was fresh and vibrant, the raw red tuna dish was just awesome, and the pea risotto was absolutely delicious. Both the white and red wines were excellent and paired beautifully with the dishes. This place is a gem — amazing food, amazing wine, and Nicolas makes you feel like you’re dining with friends. Highly recommend! I’m pretty critical and this place is beyond words.

This is the best place in San Antoni!! The food was just delicious, the ambiente was magic and our host Nikolas (i hope i don't butcher the name) was marvelous!! We felt very well and the unique combination of flavors was perfect Thank you very much for this amazing experience PS: the eggplant crocketas, the duckbreast, the sirloin and also the octopus are heavenly good!

Wonderful food, fantastic wine selection, and genuinely warm hospitality. The owners are lovely and create a welcoming, thoughtful atmosphere. Sadly, I witnessed a guest being shockingly rude to them — clearly attempting to get something for free. It was both pathetic and disrespectful. They handled it with grace, which only confirmed how professional and kind they are. Highly recommended.

My best friend and I were in Ibiza in July for our 10 year "friendversary" 😝 and looking for a nice seafood meal to celebrate. We had a plate of oysters, ceviche and tuna tartare and all of the food was stunningly good. The owner, Nicolas suggested a delicious rosé to pair with our selections, then was thrilled to answer all our questions about the restaurant, their history, and even brought out both of the chefs so we could thank them for the meal. We really enjoyed our chats - the team were so friendly and hospitable and made us want to tell everybody that goes to Ibiza to visit Sa Cova! We will definitely be returning the next time we visit. Amazing place with delicious luxury food. Must have and must try. Waitrose been helping with wine chose and perfectly described all dishes what they hade. Stake was amazing,my lobster seafood canelone was out of the roof. Oysters was fresh and delicious,muscles and red clumps was delicious. 10 out of 10

The fusion of Peruvian and French flavors is truly mind-blowing. Each dish is a masterpiece, combining the rich, bold tastes of Peruvian cuisine with the elegance and finesse of French culinary techniques. The presentation was nothing short of superb; every plate looked like a work of art, making it almost too beautiful to eat. Service: The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain each dish and its unique ingredients, enhancing the overall dining experience. Their genuine passion for the cuisine was evident and made the meal even more enjoyable.
