Saadiyat Beach Club - Luxury Beach Club in Abu Dhabi

This is a wonderful place to truly relax and unwind. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with soft sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters that create a perfect setting for a peaceful escape. The pool area is spacious and well maintained, offering plenty of spots to enjoy the sun or simply cool off with a refreshing swim. The gym is well equipped, providing everything needed for a good workout, while the spa offers a great environment with treatments designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated. Altogether, it’s a destination that combines comfort, leisure, and natural beauty, making it an ideal spot for a memorable stay.

I had a fourteen hours layover in Abu Dhabi recently on a Sunday, landing at the airport at noon. I decided to leave the airport's transfer section, to immigrate into UAE, and then to use Uber to drive me to this beach club. The drive was quick, smooth and affordable (100 AED). Check-in at was very friendly and efficient as well. Walk-ins are welcome, ie. I did not pre-book anything and there was no issue entering the premises. I received access to a locker in the changing area where I was able to change into my beach outfit which I had put in my carry-on. My backpack was too large, so the security at the reception took good care of it over all those hours. When entering the pool area, you can redeem a voucher for a complimentary water bottle and a towel. Around 2pm there were plenty of sunbeds available, also those in the shades. In my opinion, most people present at the beach club were expats, some mothers with their toddlers, occasionally accompanied by their husbands. Also some single people of both sexes in their 20s and 30s. Drinks arrived quickly, and food was good (I had a greek salad and two beers). When staying at the sunbed at the pool, I got very well taken care of Chris from the Philippines and his team. He's very sociable, small talkish (like he knows you forever) and provides excellent, attentive service. Towards sunset, the venue saw some more influx of people. That's the time when you should head to the nearby private beach (also equipped with a bar) to enjoy the sunset. I did swim in the sea in the afternoon, as well, and it was flawless and safe, and lifeguard was on duty all the time. After sunset, I changed into workout clothes and did an indoor rowing session on the Technogym rower. The gym had one or two other users, and the equipment was brand new, flawless and well maintained. In the end, I used the steambath, but couldn't finish my sauna session because I only then learned that section closes off at 8pm. The entry cost of 350 AED (including a 100 AED consumation voucher, so you end up paying 250 AED entry as a guy on a Sunday) definitely is on the higher end, but the club is worth every cent IMHO if you look for some relaxing hours in a well-served, high quality environment during a layover. In the evening, you could also eat dinner at the restaurant, but I decided to head to Yas Mall and W Lounge instead before catching my flight home.

We recently moved here from California and couldn’t be happier to have found the perfect beach club to call our own. The pristine white sand, the temperature-controlled pool, and the warm hospitality make every visit special. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. This summer, I’ve been spending a lot of time in the gym, and I have to give a huge shout-out to my trainer, Ilcho, for keeping me motivated and on track. Meanwhile, my husband has been loving the men’s salon. Truly, this club has something for both of us to enjoy! 🌅💪✨

Saadiyat Beach Club felt like a secret escape where the turquoise sea meets white sands in perfect harmony. I spent the day between the infinity pool and the calm of my cabana, with the sound of waves never too far away. The service was warm, the atmosphere effortlessly chic, and the views… endless. Watching the sun melt into the horizon, I felt a deep stillness the kind that reminds you that sometimes, the most beautiful luxury is simply peace.

Saadiyat Beach club is one of the magic places on the island. Even in summer you can spend a whole day here - swim, play, eat and forget indoors about the heat. Specious club facilities include a huge restaurant, big gym, and spa where you can chill and relax for hours, even in big groups. Timeless ecological interiors maintained very well. All looks new. Club has indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids as well. The stretch of the beach has beautiful white sand, and guess what? It's exactly the favourite place of the dolphins! On the other hand, you can chill near the infinity pool in one of the cabanas. The entrance cost is on the same level as other beach clubs on Saadiyat island. However, they run offers for the ladies, especially in summer. Also, the early morning birds benefit from the cut price. Club has plenty of parking spaces right in front of the entrance, and no walk is required.

I had such a lovely experience at Saadiyat Beach Club. From the moment I arrived, Leona gave me a warm and genuine welcome that immediately set the tone for the day. By the pool, Chris took excellent care of me, always attentive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed without ever being intrusive. Their professionalism and kindness made my visit extra enjoyable—I truly felt looked after. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, my experience at Saadiyat Beach Club was disappointing. The staff did not seem motivated or welcoming, and their service lacked attentiveness and warmth. Additionally, the facilities and amenities were limited, and I felt that the overall experience did not justify the high price. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher level of service and hospitality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.
