Saadiyat Beach Club - Luxury Beach Club in Abu Dhabi

I recommend this place for breakfast. All the dishes are quite tasty and beautifully presented. If you want to have breakfast in a cozy place with a beautiful view, you can safely add this place to your list. There are tables with a wonderful view of the pool and nature outside the window. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, and the service is top-notch. Special thanks to our waitress, Kim, who made our experience even better with her attentive and friendly service. It’s an excellent place for a morning meal. I recommend it for a pleasant start to the day.

The service provided is truly outstanding. As a frequent visitor, I have experienced their exceptional hospitality across various amenities such as dining, spa treatments, and swimming facilities. From indulging in the relaxing ambiance of the spa to enjoying a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, every aspect of my visits has been nothing short of amazing. However, what truly stands out for me is the unique experience of the waves at the beach, offering a serene and rejuvenating escape unlike any other.

It is always a great pleasure spend the weekend on this place especially on the beach. The staff is amazing always ready to take care of your journey and request from the beach facilities to the food and beverage. Alex, Man, Solomon Nuradeen they are super staff they are always ready to make your stay the best as they can.

amazing location, service and the food was outstanding. We had the special bbq night meal, which was an extremely generous portion of meats and fish/prawn. Service by Srikant was superb, checked on us and made our dinner so pleasant. Will be recommending to friends!

Lovely beach, shame about the club. We came on Saturday for a brunch with nothing but high expectations from several recommendations. Even if they didn’t market themselves as “luxury” it would have been a disappointment. From the moment we arrived it was clear the service was not up to scratch; our online booking hadn’t come through to the staff, we weren’t given wristbands when we checked in so we were rudely asked to leave the beach and had to speak to security. The brunch was a shambles. It took 20 minutes to get served (the manager did then take over and was very apologetic). The food itself was of poor quality and far too excessive portions - overcooked seafood platter, poor quality sushi and a meat platter. Throughout the brunch service food was left on the table for too long by the under staffed and under trained service staff. Getting a cocktail from the single bartender working that day was almost impossible. It’s a shame that a club with such a strong reputation would allow for its service levels to drop to such a state. My advice is to avoid and find another venue that can serve its customers properly.

I had a fantastic experience at Saadiyat Beach Club, thanks to QUAYE, the security officer. He was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring everyone felt safe and welcome. Quaye’s excellent service truly enhanced my visit. Highly recommended!

Great club and facilities. However, service has very noticeably deteriorated over recent months. Ordering a drink or something to eat on the beach takes great patience. After 40 minutes, we ordered at the beach bar. There were several people complaining at the bar about the service, which created an angry environment. Our drinks were poured reasonably quickly, but there was no one to serve them. Once they arrived, they were warm. We then were served food; without cutlery. The food turned cold while we waited for more cutlery to be brought from the kitchen. Complete chaos. The staff appeared confused and overwhelmed. It is not acceptable service for a high-end club. The nearby hotels are doing it so much better.

It was a complete disaster. We reserved tickets online for brunch and a day pass. From the reception to the waiters, the staff was incredibly incompetent and short-staffed. The brunch experience was horrendous. The food lacked flavor and thoughtfulness, with an excessive amount of it served. After 30 minutes of waiting and repeatedly asking, we finally received a cold fish basket that looked good on photos, but the fish was overcooked. The sushi basket and salads were lazy and uninspired. Despite promises, chopsticks never arrived. The main dishes were flavourless and barely warm, indicating they had been left out for too long. The drinks were passable, but ordering cocktails was a nightmare as there was only one bartender for the entire brunch. When i went to pick up the drinks myself and told bartender we order two cocktails instead of one, he just split the drink to two glasses. Waiters also brought the beers to the table but we had to find a way to open them ourselves. It was my partner's birthday, but the whole experience felt like a joke. The blame lies with management for the lack of attention to detail and training. Despite the beautiful location, the execution was poor, earning it only one star. While the beach and location are stunning, I strongly advise against visiting this place.
