We had a wonderful evening at Si Restaurant in the Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas – as a whole family with kids. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming for families, and the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A very special thank you goes to Marlo, who truly made our dinner experience exceptional. He was not only professional and attentive but also incredibly kind and patient with our children. He handled every special request with a smile and made sure the kids felt just as valued as the adults. Whether it was adjusting meals, offering small extras, or simply engaging with them warmly – Marlo went above and beyond. Service like this is rare and truly appreciated. I was fortunate to receive a one-day special gift from my company — a luxurious stay at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villa. And what an experience it was! From the moment I stepped in, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality. The environment was peaceful, clean, and extremely comfortable. The interior of the villa was modern and tastefully designed, with every corner reflecting elegance and cleanliness. The food was absolutely delicious — the buffet included a variety of local and international dishes. Sim Sim all chefs giving very good service. I enjoy there breakfast and dinner. The room service, reception, and all the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. From the serene swimming pool to the relaxing spa and scenic surroundings — it felt like a little slice of paradise for a day. I'm genuinely thankful to my company for gifting me such a beautiful experience. The Turtle Bay Restaurant at Saadiyat Rotana Resort serves some of the best steaks I've ever had! I ordered the Angus ribeye, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. A heartfelt thank you to Ashraf and the chef for their outstanding service. I have a seafood allergy, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs—preparing my meal separately and ensuring every precaution was taken. Their attentiveness and understanding truly made the dining experience exceptional. The hotel is probably one of the best I have ever stayed at. The customer service here is amazing, they really care about their guests and do everything to ensure that we have the best stay. Every staff member is always smiling, and always makes an effort to talk to you. They are very kind. The beach is so beautiful and very well maintained. It is really clean. The buffet at the Sim Sim restaurant also serves great food. I will be coming here again!

We spent my birthday at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas, and it was such a special and relaxing getaway. From the warm welcome to the stunning beachfront vibe, everything was just perfect. Our room was beautiful and cozy, and the staff made sure every detail felt thoughtful. A highlight for me was the incredible massage at Zen Spa —so calming and exactly what I needed. Our daughter had the best time at the swimming pool and didn’t want to leave! The whole resort was peaceful, family-friendly, and filled with kind, attentive staff who made us feel truly taken care of. Thank you, Saadiyat Rotana, for making my birthday so memorable. We had a truly memorable stay at Rotana Saadiyat Island. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and relaxing. The resort is beautiful — from the pristine beach and serene pool areas to the well-appointed rooms and excellent dining options. One of the standout parts of our stay was the amazing service from the staff, especially Richard, our bellhop. He was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. He made us feel instantly welcome, handled our luggage with care, and always had a smile whenever we crossed paths. His energy and genuine hospitality really left a great impression on our family. We were also celebrating our son’s birthday during our stay, and the team surprised us with a birthday cake — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made the occasion even more special. Thank you, Rotana Saadiyat Island, for the wonderful experience. The little details and personal touches — like Richard’s friendliness and the surprise birthday cake — made our stay unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay yet again. Lovely hotel, our suite was very clean, the Club Lounge was a real bonus, especially the staff. The hotel itself is well designed. The pool could do with designated non smoking areas and be a bit better managed. The best food for foodies is Turtle Bay, where the chefs do an amazing job. We will visit again.

I don’t often leave reviews but I feel I really need to as this hotel is exceptional. We had 11 wonderful nights here and only got home tonight. Every single member of staff is amazing - so friendly and attentive. You really can tell they put the customer experience first in everything they do. The hotel rooms and grounds are wonderful, the food is exceptional too. The hotel runs like a well oiled clock - marvellous. We’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in many places (including Dubai and have done 10 nights at The Atlantis before too) and none of them compare to the Saadiyat Rotana. Keep doing what you’re doing, as you’re great. I only have one tiny complaint - the music around the pool area and the beach bar wasn’t great at all.

Receptionist Remi was excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful. I’d like to extend a special thanks to him. The check-in process was a bit slow, but manageable. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, but the housekeeping service needs more attention. They only made the bed and removed used towels from the bathroom, but didn’t clean the room properly—coffee cups were left untouched, the coffee corner wasn’t restocked, and the trash bins weren’t emptied. The beach was absolutely beautiful and very clean. However, I suggest moving the beach chairs a bit closer to the water for better convenience. Overall, the hotel is family-friendly and very quiet. I recommend adding more entertainment options such as a nightclub, live shows, music performances, or other activities to enhance the experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious and clean. However, I was quite disappointed that I forgot some personal items in the room after checkout. I contacted the hotel and asked if they could keep them in the lost and found, but they told me nothing was found. No one followed up with me afterward, which was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, I would rate my stay at the hotel 7 out of 10♥️
