Great luxury hotel. Super all around!! Was there for business so did not enjoy it all had to offer but was to go back for all the pool and beach relaxation there is. Did have breakfast and lunch which was awesome selection and the highest quality.

Great location. I love the resort. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and professional. Each of them help and assisted from the moment we enter till our check out. I do not remember everyone’s name but I remember Brent who helped me with my luggage . He was very sweet and professional. Regarding the food - we loved it. Many options we could choose from. The beach was with very clear water and we could also order food and drinks.

We really had a great time during our stay! People were so nice, room was very huge, foods served were delicious!! Special thanks to these kind people for their excellent service:||First and foremost, those who are working as frontliners in reception. Thank you for giving us a very warm welcome - Alizon, Dildar, Radley, Lyka and Brent||Next are those people in service. Thank you for being friendly and hospitable - Abdul, Danilo and Mohammed from Nasma, Manideep from Sim sim. Also the Filipino guys at the Pool Bar which unfortunately I forgot their names but you guys are excellent!! Thankyouuu||Thank you also to Julian from operator and Roger & Rocky from Housekeeping for making sure our requests were provided on time and making our room very comfy.||Thank you to everybody! You made our stay very memorable ❤️

We were able to spend six very nice days at the hotel over Christmas 2024. the very friendly and helpful staff should be emphasized. The restaurants are great, the food and drinks delicious, there was a very nice Christmas atmosphere. The beach is amazing,The entire complex and the rooms were very clean and tidy. However, there are a few points we would like to deduct: |- The very large building site right next door|- the view from our room (only a partial view of the sea despite the booked sea view)|- Incorrect booking information stored in the system (we were asked several times on the second day of our stay when we would finally be able to leave and pick up our luggage)|Overall, we can absolutely recommend the hotel.

We did the Christmas brunch and it was a great day the food was amazing, the atmosphere was good fun and staff were great. The speaker was really loud when we came in, but raised the issue and was adjusted at great speed. We had some fantastic waiters but our lead waiter Akhor was a joy and helped enhance our experience huge thank you to him and the team. I can’t fault anything all day. The Santa was a great addition and the presents were high quality and made the children enjoy their time. Will be back for next Christmas.

I recently spent the day at Saadiyat Rotana with my two boys who are aged 10 and 12. |We spent the first part of the day at the pool which was amazing and so spacious the boys loved it. Had some lunch at the pool side, which was really nice and service great, The Manager Arun has taken a great part of making us feel look after. |We then checked out the amazing beach and the boys also loved the big waves😂|When we had finished our activities for the day we chose to dine in the Turtle Bay restaurant for dinner. What an amazing decision it was , the food and total experience was top class and we were looked after so well by Carol and Arjun who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with there attention to detail and friendly charm. Also have to mention Moe, & Nitish who were on hand to see to our needs. I would highly recommend the restaurant and hotel and I will certainly be returning in the near future.

Very good stay. The staff was amazing, every person was very nice and friendly to our family. Can mention Saad Hana from the lobby hall, she was so nice to our daughter. The beach and pool safeguards were very professional. Food quality is very good also. What could be better: no entertainment at all. At least there could have been some live music. Children animation is also not very good. no dressing rooms at the beach.

We’ve been to Sim Sim restaurant for a Saturday brunch, and can’t describe how good it was. Generous buffet, tasty food, amazing service and friendly waiters. Big five to Ismail, who he made the experience super great. Well done 👍🏼
