Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas

We had a wonderful stay in October 2025 at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas and would gladly return. The service throughout the hotel is outstanding. The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive, incredibly friendly, and particularly helpful with families, something we truly appreciated. The pool team was equally warm and pleasant, always creating a welcoming atmosphere. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, and our room was spotless; we genuinely had nothing to criticise in terms of cleanliness or upkeep. The reception staff were available at all times and assisted us promptly whenever needed. There were, however, two points that stood out negatively. First, we noticed the hotel manager eating at the buffet while standing near the drinks area. Of course, everyone needs to take a break and eat, but it would appear more professional for a manager to do so at a table rather than directly at the buffet. Second, some families from a particular country behaved quite rudely and selfishly, especially during activities such as water polo, where the atmosphere became unnecessarily aggressive. While we understand this is not fully within the hotel’s control, it did affect the overall experience. Aside from these issues, our stay was excellent, and the hotel’s wonderful staff and pristine facilities made it a very memorable holiday for our family.

I stayed at the Rotana Resort and it was truly a magnificent experience. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Everyone is extremely courteous — they constantly greet you, ask how you are, if everything is going well, and whether you need anything else. Even the housekeeping team may come by more than once a day to check if you need extra towels or more coffee cups in the room. This level of attention is rare and makes you feel truly looked after. The service here goes far beyond a five-star experience. I would like to sincerely thank Henry, the Guest Relations Manager, for being so kind, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Nissan, who was absolutely lovely and thanks to whom I now have some wonderful photos. Thank you as well to Rizk, Tam at the reception, and to all the staff members at the resort, every single person was warm, polite, and attentive. This is more than just a luxury hotel; it’s a true pampering experience that everyone deserves to live at least once. I will definitely return. The sea is incredible. Unfortunately, during these few days it was a bit windy, but the pool area is wonderful, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sun, and spending peaceful moments in total comfort. Great stay!! Breakfast is great; very diverse and delicious. My 5yo and 7yo enjoyed a lot the kids club. The girls made their time at the kids club so nice, that they didn’t want to leave when i was picking them up!! The service is great, nice and discreet. The location of the hotel is ideal: wonderful beach and close to the cultural district with all the museums! I recommend!!

My stay at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi was absolutely perfect. The food was excellent, with a huge variety and everything always fresh. The beach is beautiful, clean, and peaceful – perfect for relaxing. The fitness center is modern and very well equipped, and working out there was a pleasure. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire stay, always smiling and ready to help with anything. A very special and huge compliment goes to the animation team, especially the animators Liza and Anna. Their energy, positivity, and approach to guests were absolutely amazing. They created a great atmosphere, lots of fun, and made everyone feel truly welcome. They were always smiling, friendly, and their programs were entertaining and highly professional. Thanks to them, the stay was even better and truly unforgettable.

Just back from Abu Dhabi and my last destination was Hotel Rotana on Saadiyat Island. I can only recommend this fantastic location - especially because of the beach. It is like in Maldives. I stayed 3 nights with HB. Breakfast is so amazing - staff will bring you all you want and it is even not needed to go to buffet: Benedict eggs with Salmon or spinach, carrot juice, nice decoration with green salad and cherry tomatoes. app. 80% of Russian speaking polite guests. We had also animation with Lisa and did Aqua gym in the pool & yoga on the beach. Thanks to her for nice trainings and fun. Sauna in gym area is also so comfort and with essential oils; plus detox drink after the session!!! Very supportive staff on reception (2 girls from Philippines and Mexico served for us special Arabic coffee) and in restaurant Sim-Sim. In case of price - it was high (x2) in comparison with other hotels I visited before (Conrad Towers & ERTH). By the way - the beach is the main point why you have to pay extra. There is also daily shuttle bus (free) till Culture District (Louvre Museum, etc). I will be definitely back. Thank you to hotel and staff for our relaxing time.

Our stay at this hotel resort was absolutely wonderful and left us with a very positive impression. The resort is quite spacious, which gives guests plenty of personal space, whether in the restaurants or by the pool, where it never felt crowded. All the restaurants offering different types of cuisine were excellent, and the food was consistently of a very high standard. The beach is beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxation. A major benefit was the lounge option included with the accommodation, which enhanced the overall experience even further. The staff during lounge service were highly professional, welcoming, and able to create a genuinely personal approach to each guest. Special thanks go to Saw, who took care of us throughout all of our lunch visits with exceptional care, kindness, and a constant smile. Thanks to him, we truly felt welcomed and valued. We can wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a combination of beautiful surroundings, great food, and professional yet friendly staff. We would be very happy to return in the future.

I recently stayed at the Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi, and it exceeded all expectations. It is honestly the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in the UAE: powder-soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a peaceful, natural atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve escaped to paradise. Whether you’re relaxing on a sunbed or taking a walk along the shoreline, the setting is simply breathtaking. The service at the hotel is outstanding. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making the stay unforgettable. From the friendly reception team to the waitstaff and housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond without ever feeling intrusive. The overall atmosphere of the resort is elegant yet relaxed — perfect for couples, families, or anyone who just wants to unwind in luxury. Beautiful rooms, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality make it a place I would return to anytime. A real insider tip in Abu Dhabi — highly recommended!

We stayed at the Saadiyat Rotana for 3 nights in December 2025. From the moment we got of our cab, we received 5 star service. Very smooth checkin process. We stayed in a sea view room with stunning views. The pool area was well setup and has an amazing bar with great cocktails and beer. The kids had a blast in the Alladin Cave and the pool. Beach had private access and wonderful service. We were provided towels and cold water, and there were ice popsicles for the kids to enjoy. The water was sparkling clear and the beach was immaculate white sand. I also experienced the spa, Kanya my massage therapist was very experienced and provided great service. Special shout out to Richard who greeted us with his big smile daily and gave us excellent service. A cake was sent to my room along with a birthday note at midnight. The only slight drawback I felt here was a lack of Indian cuisine options unlike other resorts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi apart from the buffet. Breakfast spread was gorgeous and had great variety. Thank you once again to Richard and the entire team at Saadiyat Rotana for making my birthday vacation so special.
