They have a rotating menu of deliciousness. Check their website and order online for pickup. They should beef jerky but everything else you have to pick up in person. Their beef jerky is pretty good. It's not anything like any other jerky you've ever had. They really make it their own. The spicy garlic bomb is my favorite.

Ordered a 10 pack party pack for the holidays to share with family! My husband grew up in Laos and having beef jerky with sticky rice and jeow is one of his favorite memories as a child. The SAAP Lao beef jerky is high quality and delicious. We tried the classic, garlic bomb and spicy. I would highly recommend getting some!

Food was so good we almost forgot to take pictures! We had the fried chicken and curry puffs... Well seasoned, nice presentation and packaging. The sauce for the chicken was amazing! Customer service was really good for online ordering and store pickup.

Very humble people with very loud tastes! The jerky are all amazing! The food is fresh and tasty! One would question why they don't open for business everyday single day! But after eating here, you'll quickly see that food completely pales in comparison to perfect infusion of spices. Don't forget to order online should you need your fix before the weekend.

We were able to purchase one of the BBQ kits SAAP made for the Fourth of July. It was delicious. The flavours blew us away and the included instructions allowed us to grill the meat perfectly. If you ever see a kit like this available from them again just buy it. We also tried a package of the garlic jerky. My husband stated that it was the best jerky he’d ever tried in his life. It’s really something special. So glad to have you in Bedford!

I was lucky enough to come across this about a year ago at Zest Fest. Ever since then, we have not been able to stop talking about how great it was. It is a little pricey ($10 a bag), so we never got any more. BUT, I ordered three bags for my husband (myself) for Valentine's Day! It was the first time trying the spicy garlic bomb flavor and that's definitely the best one in my opinion. Every piece is tender and full of flavor. I was excited to see they have a rewards program, so more incentive to purchase more!

We were first introduced to this amazing jerky at an event in Deep Ellum. After a sample, we bought 2 bags. It took us two days to destroy those bags and we ordered 6 more from the website. The customer service is amazing and everything was shipped quickly and was just as delicious. We can’t wait to order more!

I am addicted to the "Spicy Garlic Bomb" jerky! It's not like other jerkys. It is tender, and lusciously sticky! And the jerky has home made flavors - all of the spices taste like they were made in my own kitchen! Yum!

I'm a jerky fan, and as most you know I'm picky about everything. I stumbled across this place, and it caught my eye. Of course I had to check it out! Let me tell you, the jerky... top. notch. The spicy garlic bomb is one, if not the best jerky I've had. During the pandemic, (at least to my knowledge) the Saap Lao Kitchen has created meals to go kits that you can order online, pick up in store, and take and make at home! They compile different menu options weekly of delicious, flavorful meals. The kits include all the ingredients and the recipes to create a delicious Laotian meal. (I've tried two of them and both were excellent.) The staff is very friendly and seemed very appreciative of my business. I encourage you (now more than ever) to support this business (and other small businesses!) You won't be disappointed!

So this is a pop up concept not a restaurant. They do sell jerky at the store but food must be order online. I suggest follow them on Instagram so you can keep up with when they are open and what they are serving. Menu changes often. They have food to order Thursday to Saturday. It's a tiny place, no sit down. I recommend papaya salad and fried chicken. I have not had anything bad from them and have been a fan for over the years.

I have been a huge fan of the beef jerky for years and it's the only beef jerky my 15 year old will eat. We just started ordering to-go meals. We tried to get a variety to eat family style at home and we all loved everything we got. Super easy to order online, select pick up time and they have it well packaged and ready to go.

Delicious! Their Khao Piek Sen is so full of flavor I could eat it every day. It comes with a donut (bread), juicy fried chicken and water bottle for 12$. The cashier is so nice and the dining area is small but seats 10.

Drove 45 miles to try Saap just to pull up and see a sign on the door they are closed this weekend. Update your website and voice mail.
