Great people, not pushy and helpful. Wonderful beds. Had to return a hard hybrid for a softer classic and just paid $100 plus the difference for pickup and delivery. Amazing deal, highly recommend.

Starting at the Saatva Store on 3 Avenue in New York City and finishing with delivery by K&B Quality Service, Inc with free White Glove Delivery and removal of old mattress At the store the team is marvelous —Jacob and Camilla and especially Alex were so attentive and helpful to me. Delivery Gentlemen were excellent— professional, kind, careful and customer - friendly!, Carlos and Ramos were a wonderful team! The Saatva Mattress I received is the Hybrid Latex Queen and Foundation. Extremely well made and is as described! My boyfriend and I are moving in together and we knew we wanted a Saatva mattress. As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by Alex. He walked us through the entire process, spent over an hour making sure we narrowed in on each element to custom create our perfect mattress. He was so knowledgeable on everything from what I needed for my type of sleeping style (side vs back sleeper) to the materials that the mattresses are made with. 100% recommend coming into the store and having a walkthrough!

Suuuch a great experience! I’d done my online research but needed to actually lie on one before pulling the trigger. Was taken care of without feeling pressured and ended up making the purchase. If the mattress is half as good as the buying experience, I’ll be a lifelong convert!

Great customer service. I ordered a queen mattress and finally get real sleep. Great products, especially the pillows. No really try the pillows. Seriously

Not sure about the mattress quality yet as for 3 days KB delivery service of saatva can’t get it together to deliver on the day and time agreed. Outstandingly bad delivery service. From dispatcher that can’t bother himself to drivers whom operate on a parallel universe. Wandering if the entire experience will resemble the bad reviews of firm mattress stores.

We had a wonderful experience at this store. Iranie was super helpful/insightful while we were choosing between the different mattress options. Very excited to get our pick and start sleeping better.
