The customer service is the best in the business, from my point of view. From random 800 calls, to visiting the midtown showroom, to final delivery of the mattress, it was all seamless. The sales process was facilitated by Asya, who is extremely customer focused, responsive and sticks with you throughout, including before and after mattress delivery. I can't thank her enough. The delivery was supervised by Cody in Norwalk, and he was a great communicator addressing all my concerns throughout the 24 hours prior to delivery. He was very helpful. The delivery men were great - very efficient. The whole experience vastly exceeded my expectations.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Alex at Saatva. From the moment we walked in, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right decision. Buying a bed can feel overwhelming, but Alex made it enjoyable — even entertaining. He has a great sense of humor and turned the entire process into a memorable experience rather than just a transaction. I was welcomed warmly by William who answered my questions and provided me the opportunity to test out the classic. I ordered the luxury firm classic and am happily awaiting its delivery after it is made by custom order in New Jersey. The store is beautiful and William is a delight. Stop in but be prepared to leave owning your brand new custom made Saatva mattress.

William took incredible care of me that day and was very patient. Service was great, without feeling rushed. Treated very professionally. Looking forward to my new bed.

I have been saving for a while for a new mattress and after doing all sorts of research, decided on saatva. Ordering was very easy, even though there were a LOT of choices. I chose the classic with semi-firm with a luxury pad. This is the mattress they advertise that the Olympic athletes slept on. I didn't know that when they say these are handmade, they meant per order. They do apparently. I kept an eye on my order status, waiting till it was finished and ready for delivery. This wasn't long, just 2 weeks. I had opted for the white glove delivery which means they would take the old one...which they did. I was ready for the first night sleep. Well, this morning thinking I should have gotten the firm. I had been anxious that it would be too firm when I should have been worried about it being too soft. Sadly, I think it's too soft. It was comfy, just not awfully supportive. Lesson learned, this isn't something you can but online.

I ordered a mattress from Saatva about a month ago. The mattress was not cheap, but I wanted to give it a try, and they boast about their "White Glove Service". I received a text from Saatva on September 25 for an installation scheduled for September 30. On September 29th at 12:25 p.m., I was informed that the mattress would be installed at 9 a.m. I told them I have had a doctor's appointment scheduled on this day for a month. I am free starting at 9:45 am for the rest of the day. I was told the installers are expected to arrive at 9:18 am, and this can not be changed unless we change the installation date. I said, 'Okay, then let's change it.' They said, 'How about Friday, October 3rd?' I asked for a time frame and was told they could not provide one until early in the afternoon of October 2nd. I explained I am a real estate agent and I am flexible because I can't cancel my entire day to be on stand by for a mattress. I asked if they could please provide a 48-hour time frame in advance. I was told that it is not possible. If I want the mattress, I need to be available all day. Really??? $5,000 for a mattress, and I have to put my entire day on hold to accommodate you. No, thank you, Saatva. You can keep your mattress. Helix said they will gladly take my money and accommodate me. I give this company zero stars. Side note.. I have never written a review on anything in my life, and I am 54 years old. I am only doing this to prevent anyone else from going through the heartache I just experienced with their customer service. Avoid this company unless you have no other options.

William the SAATVA representative took my order and in response to my questions and concerns repeatedly reassured that it would take 7-15 days TOPS, with 10 days most likely but no mattress in his long experience ever taking longer than 15. It is now 14 days and I've received an amateurish email from some supposed delivery company. I wouldn't know, because the reply-to field is unavailable for email responses, they don't answer their phone, and their voice mailbox is full. Their email said my delivery is expected to be only 1 week late if nothing else goes wrong since I don't need a COI. Problem? I very explicitly told my William my order *would* need a COI, and that's one of the things that gets filled out in the order. Either he forgot to fill it in while busy wildly misrepresenting the usual delivery time or the delivery company Saatva uses simply ignores this requirement - either way seems unprofessional. Meanwhile, the only possible mode of response the email allows is to click "confirm," and by pressing it you are confirming you do NOT need for a COI! (Ha, I just got a text from them at 3:05 pm with a phone number I can call between 7 am and 3 pm.) SAATVA seems like a company that spends loads of money on search engine marketing and customer service reps who will take your complaints and make you feel heard. So what do you want from your mattress company - a mattress delivered when promised, or lots of emails and a sympathetic ear? If you prefer the latter, believe the hype and order from Saatva

My wife and I visited the store on Broadway and 20th street in Manhattan. We went there because of all the great reviews. Practically every mattress we tried felt we were lying on a sponge. We went back to Macy's and got a traditional mattress from a a well established company.

We bought the split king Solaire and it was delivered a week ago. The guys who set it up left the air chambers filling and went on their way. it soon became clear that one side was not filling. We called the guys back, and they claimed to have no working knowledge of why one side would not fill. So they apparently do delivery but not really installation, which is a big problem. My husband took the mattress apart and found by trial and error that one hose had been hooked up backwards at the factory. We fixed that. But then the pump kept running all night on that side of the bed to keep the mattress full. My husband called and was sent a list of DIY fixes by email. This morning I woke up to find my side of the mattress was totally deflated. All the air had leaked out overnight. We called tech support, and they said they could get the delivery guys back out. I told them the delivery guys were not helpful. They said it's doubtful that anyone with any knowledge can come out today. They will mail us a part to see if it works. They cannot possibly overnight it, and we will have to schedule a tech visit. No one knows how long that will take. Did I mention we waited 8 weeks to get this mattress delivered? Also they have no showroom in Atlanta, so we could not go test the mattress before buying.

I want to thank you for honoring your warranty. Your mattresses did not work out for my wife and I. We bought the Saatva Classic Cal-King and when that didn't work out we upgraded to the Loom and Leaf. When that didn't work out the warranty was honored without question. We received our refund as promised within the time frame provided by customer service . Refreshing! Thank you again, Tom and Khannanut

This is about Saatva delivery, not the mattress itself. Customer service is the worst I've encountered in a long time. I bought the mattress at the Philly store on March 24. I got a text on March 29 saying "your mattress is being crafted!" Great so far. There is no info of how to schedule deliver. I call. they say I will hear something after April 1. I get a text on Sunday at 7:35 pm that my mattress is being delivered the next morning. 14. hours' notice! I do NOT confirm. I send an email. I call the delivery company-- leave a voice mail. I call Saatva and speak to woman named Bailey. She assured me she would take care of it. But sure enough, the mattress was on the truck being delivered this morning. Inexcusable. I wonder if anyone from the company will reach out. If not, I'm cancelling that $2k order.

If you've seen the links to Saatava mattresses online and they sure look like a good deal. So good, I even ordered a king sized mattress to be delivered to my house. The warranty looks good and the free try out for like 4 months is even better. You don't like it? They come get it and you're out nothing. The ordering process is easy, as was the delivery. They took away the old mattress and we had a nice new mattress. All was well for about a month or 2. Then the sagging started with a body impression area on each side of the bed. The big thing was, it developed what is know as the "Kings Ridge" which is a high ridge right down the middle of the mattress between where you and the other person sleeps. Imagine a "TENT" , that's what the shape of the mattress had gotten to. See pics. So, Saatava was called and said Oh my, that's not good, we'll send out another mattress. OK, so a new mattress arrives in about a week. About a month or 2 later , same thing happens! There's just something wrong with these beds! Calling Saatva, they said, we already sent out one mattress, so they'll only replace this one for a discounted price. OK, one more time. I figure at least I'll get the mattress at a discount if this one still doesn't work out. Nope, after some time, still deforming like a tent! That's it, 3 strikes you're out! Lessen learned, stay away from these internet mattress companies. In the short term might look good, but it's not a good deal really. I'm spending more and getting a regular mattress with a real brand name from a real mattress store that has a 10 year warranty on it. It sags over 1 1/2 inches, you get a new mattress, for FREE!

This is for the SAATVA showroom on 893 Broadway. A great experience all the way . Our salesperson Tar was super helpful. We picked out our mattress and pillows after trying out everything. . The delivery was amazing too . We had tracking so we knew when we would receive delivery. Best part we love the mattress and the pillows!!! Highly recommend.

Went to the Saatva site to take advantage of their Memorial Day Sale. Clicked on the "Memorial Day Sale" link at the top and...the prices were exactly the same as usual. Disappointing. Went with a Leesa mattress instead. Bummer.

We tried Saatva organic mattresses. Had to return both of them. We were very disappointed and especially since they took our old mattress away with the first order. Both mattresses had a chemical smell that was strong. After stripping it every day and running a fan on it with the glass doors open in a large bedroom, it was still too much for me to sleep on. My spouse was able to barely handle it and got a head ache. After 2 weeks of daily airing it out, I tried to sleep on the first one, and it became apparent my body didn't like it. My breathing was affected. So called Saatva and they were nice and sent another mattress to us. This one was a little better, but we aired it out etc. After a few weeks I tried the 2nd mattress and had the same reaction. I don't have or use an inhaler, but I wish I had one that night. I have never had a reaction like this. I am healthy, fit and in my 60s. We bought another organic mattress from P.B. in CA and haven't had a problem. So far so good.

I purchased a Saatva firm mattress and two months later the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable - my back developed a nerve issue. I called Saatva and was told I needed to rotate the mattress. 2 months later???? Another sales person at Saatva told me the mattress was obviously defective and they will replace it. We got a second mattress which is a totally different mattress than the one we originally purchased. It got soft immediately - it pretty much feels like a used, old mattress. very very uncomfortable! Saatva customer service tries to be accommodating however quality control does not exist. We would not buy or recommend Saatva mattress to anyone.

I purchased a Saatva (Queen) "Luxury Cooling Graphite Topper" based on reviews. I paid Saatva $478.38 expecting a clean, quality product and delivery within 5-8 business days. 12 days after placing my order the box arrived open, resealed, with parts of the fabric exposed to the elements. Upon opening the box I found that the item had been removed from the plastic and stuffed halfway back in. The end that was open had debris and a strand of hair on it. Disgusting from a company that claims to be selling a luxury product with the highest health and safety standards. Their customer service rep, Myell, was kind enough to send me a replacement at no cost. I expected this to resolve things, but the replacement showed up in worse condition than the first. I have photos to support both claims. It was clearly open and re-taped just like the last one, with the mattress topper fabric exposed to the elements. I'm under the assumption that this is a common problem for Saatva, since it's happened to me twice. (I have photos to support both deliveries.) After nearly 3 weeks, 10+ emails back and forth with Myell at customer service, and multiple phone calls / voicemails, I just want this put behind me. It has been an inconvenience of my time and energy. I don't want to purchase a box to somehow stuff this queen size topper and ship back to them. I've been offered $50 credit, but don't want to accept that as a resolutiion at this point.

I purchased a Saavta Queen Latex Hybrid and Foundation from the Saavta Store on 3 Avenue in New York City. The team at Saavta is excellent. Jacob, Camilla and Alex assisted me and made it a great experience . Alex especially helped me with decisions and with the purchase. The products are first class and beautiful quality. Alex arranged free White Glove Delivery and free removal of the old mattress and box spring. I rate the delivery excellent as well. K&B Quality Service Inc sent 2 great guys who did a fantastic job. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! This company is shady. I purchased a California King from them many years and went back for an adjustable base, thinking they were a good company boy was I wrong! ACT ONE: When the adjustable base arrived at my house the first time, they delivered an outdated base. The remotes had stickers on them for Christ's sake! I immediately inquired and told the delivery folks I had the wrong item. They said they couldn't load it back on the truck (there was a language barrier so I decided to call and deal with it on the back end). The person on the phone told me I was mistaken and that I had the correct base, despite having video and pictures that showed the remote was wrong and the color of the bed was wrong. Finally I got in touch with a manager (only after posting negative reviews on their website about the product and experience). They finally agreed to give me the model but ONLY if I would remove my comment. ACT TWO: Now, only 9-months later the bed has completely stopped working. I called and they said it will be a two week wait for the base to serviced. They offered a $100 check for "my troubles". So now, I'm supposed to not sleep for 2-weeks because of a frame that costs over $2,000! I guess you have be a social media influencer to get good service out of them! I will also be posting this review on their website as well. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Consider Cloverlane or Avocado as alternatives. My sister recently purchased from Cloverlane and their mattress while slightly more is significantly better in comfort. I also stayed at an AirBNB with an Avocado mattress and that was also, way better quality and comfort. BUYERS BEWARE!

I've had the pleasure of working with her twice and both times she exceeded all of my expectations. She's responsive, listens and really works to address any issues. I schlepped from Westchester to try a mattress here, only to be served by a brassy bewigged broad who was rude enough to make me turn heel and head to a competitor. Props to David, the only civil person working there. The bearded guy at the front pulpit did little to assuage my discontent, but cheerily greeted the two women after me. Selective service doesn't cut it. I'll be buying from Wright, even if their prices are higher.

We ordered a mattress (in stock) and a bed frame (in stock) 4 months ago. The excuses we have heard for why we are still waiting are both numerous and incredulous. "It was damaged in shipment" and "Yes, it was supposed to be available but that was a clerical error" and on and on. I don't see this place in existence for long. It's one thing to make mistakes, another entirely to lie about things. No photos to add. No merchandise.

Review updated and upgraded because refund finally came through 4 months after the return. I must say that the customer service department for this company were very communicative, responsive. and tried to be of help fixing the issue. Also both the delivery and return process for this mattress went smoothly and efficiently.

My experience with Saatva has to be one of the best experiences sustomer service wise I have had in a long time! They took the time to understand my concerns, address my needs and make sure to help us with a replacement mattress under our warranty with no issues. I love our Saatva mattress and the pillow.

Got my Saatva in 2020. At first it was great! Slept well and woke up refreshed. About 3 years later my back and hips ache and I wake up feeling extremely tired. Looking for another mattress.

Christmas came early for me after speaking with Rusty. I have never had such a quick and positive customer service call in my life! You can publish that! I am blown away with the service and customer attention, so much that I feel like I have to figure out how to love my bed or trade it for another Saatva bed! You have earned a customer for life! I did alot of research for mattresses with a great warranty, THEN, 2 1/2 years later it is sagging and I only weigh 170, They wanna make me pay $148 to repair and it will be gone for 2 weeks, my original warranty stated free replacement.... VERY UPSET, Hate when companies LIE to you just for a sale... other than the sagging I Love the Mattress, the chat representative was so SLOW at replying, and basically told me either $148 and two weeks wait, or 40% off for a new one.... WHAT A SCAM

Working with Saatva was a great experience. Everyone from the first phone call to the team that delivered our mattresses was friendly and helpful. THey stand behind their products. When the taller boxspring did not align with my new bed, they replaced it with the shorter one no problem. Buying mattresses online can feel so dicey but this company will be there to help you start to finish.

There's a lot of hype about Saatva mattresses online. I bought one and had to return it. There was some material/chemical treatment on the top of the bed that made my skin itch and burn. If you go to their website, you'll see alot of 5 star reviews. I wrote an honest, negative review on their website and they didn't post it. Be careful of Saatva. They seem kind of sketchy. Just my 2 cents.

From the minute I stepped in the store I was treated quickly, with knowledge and patience. I bought a king sized mattress and foundation so the total height of my bed was lower and since their last day of the sale was in that day I got a good price for those items and two large king pillows for against my headboard as well as a new mattress pad and sheets. If that weren't good enough, the delivery process from the messages I received periodically about the delivery date and the actual set up (today) exceeded my expectations of anyone. They were quick, very pleasant, accommodating and just a pleasure. I wish I could remember my salesman's name- he started it all with his lovely manner and know how. Thank you everyone.

"We had to replace our way worn-out king a few months ago... it was very nice originally, but after TWELVE YEARS... ugh. Ha ha. When it came time to find its replacement we did piles of online research and based on the non-paid for reviews, we went with a Saatva, and we're sleeping like rocks. REM sleep has really improved. We bought a King Classic Luxury Firm from numerous recommendations online from unpaid reviewers... compared to our very squishy, quicksand mattress it replaced, it initially felt like a piece of plywood, but we adjusted quickly, and frankly, the proof was in our quality of sleep. We may add a pad at some point, but we'll never go back to the drowning feeling.

I am a huge fan of Saatva - bought sheet sets and pillow cases recently. So comfortable. Beautifully wrapped when delivered. Great customer service!

I have yet to receive my bed, but I am incredibly disappointed by the customer service. They have complete inflexibility when it comes to scheduling their deliveries. For a $1700 mattress, it is ridiculous that they would not be able to move around the time window. They seem beholden to their delivery service instead of the other way around. And if I have to hear another customer service person calling me to try to make me not be mad at them with a saccharine voice that is only to placate, not to actually fix a problem I am going to scream. They definitely are not a company that 'goes the extra mile' as some reviews say... Extremely disappointed. Whoever is the CEO of this company needs to get a handle on their delivery service and make it more accommodating to high-paying customers. And they might as well have an AI working as the 'manager' because the person is incapable of making any decisions on their own. I do wish I knew a way to contact their CEO to let them know that they need to adjust their way of doing things. Hopefully the bed will be decent.

Its ok not all that special. And kind of expensive for what you get. I got the organic Latex Hybrid. I had a beautyrest elite for 10 years and it was getting old. after reading all the reviews I bought it. It feels good but its not all that! My beautyrest elite was a little better actually and a lot cheaper. They dont make them anymore and for $100 they will take this one back then I would have to buy a different brand! I will live with it. Its ok, but not all that special for the cost find something else just as comfortable. They have a good PR dept. so I fell for all their B.S. If you want a organic made in america and that junk go for it. I drive foreign cars because their the best in the world Lexus or BMW's, so I dont care about where it was made as long as they're problem free, and as far organic you're not going to put it in your mouth and eat it are you? so who cares The new generation of kids; gen Z or X or whatever they might care, so go for it, if it makes you feel patriotic.

We bought a Saatva classic mattress, queen size and luxury firm, a year ago. While the mattress was quite comfortable, it developed a "sag" on one side of the mattress. It also did not fit correctly within the frame. While we were just past the 365 day home trial period, they replaced the mattress using the warranty. It fit perfectly in the frame and there is no sag. The customer service representative was very helpful and responsive.

Dont waste you money unless you want a poorly engineered mattress that is designed to fail in 3 months. Then a customer service that wants you to pay to have their defect repaired or even more for a replacement. What a racket. We are just replacing our 2nd one for the same reason as the 1st, the "Kings Ridge" as Saatva has named their designed defect. Perhaps the "Fools Spine" would be a more appropriate name, as you have to be a fool to get the 2nd on. Shame on me! The only way I could foresee to remove the Spine would be to use a lawn compactor roller once a month. You cant sleep it away as they say. Poor foundation engineering that allows this to happen, think I will take this apart to see just what they are truly selling inside to allow this.

Folks you want to deal w/ an American Company w/ the best Customer Service in the World???? You have to visit the folks @ Saatva. If you're in the market for a new mattress then you be crazy not to go directly to Saatva. I won't share what I bought except for the fact it has buttons and I love to push buttons then you add the ALL the features it has and the fabulous materials that it's produced w/ and you have one of the 21st Century's most incredible products................did I mention it is , now get this...........American Made!!!!!! The person I dealt w/, well you have an experience that you have to go to Yelp and Yelp about it all!!!! Starting the New Yrs off perfectly.

This is the 2nd time I am buying a mattress from Saatva. The first time I bought a mattress from them was for my room, which is a Queen Luxury Firm and was approx 4 years ago. I still LOVE it! I need a mattress now for my daughters room, so I am getting the Full size luxury firm. I will never buy a mattress from anywhere else again! My past experience with mattress shopping was horrible until I found Saatva. If you are worried about buying a mattress online, rest assured Saatva let's you try the mattress in your home (I believe it is for 120 days), and if you don't like it you can return it. I always recommend Saatva to anyone looking for a mattress and I have no doubt in my mind that they will love it as much as I do..and not have to ever do the dreadful mattress shop again!!

Had a great experience with Saatva! Ordering, delivery and installation (via White Glove service) was seamless. Customer service was great and my child loves their Youth Mattress. Will likely purchase adult mattress from them as well!

We decided to invest in a new mattress from Saatva, the Classic luxury firm. My husband and I are in our mid-50's and after several months we felt it definitely provided a better sleep than our previous and even relieved some backache. After several months we had a few experiences in luxury hotels where we slept a bit better and realized the difference was the beds were a bit softer. So we called in to Saavta and I ended up speaking to Mary from customer service. Wow - was she awesome. Honestly it was some of the best customer service I have had in years. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. She said it was no problem to switch to the softer mattress but she could also send a mattress topper at no charge to try out for a few months. She said if it worked great, if not no worries they could still do the exchange but it was up to me - whatever I wanted to do. I can't say enough about Mary or Saatva's quality of beds and customer service.

Paid $1,800 for a mattress and after 4 months, I'm sinking to the coils. I'm 5' 6" and don't weigh a lot. My back hurts almost every morning. Such a waste of money!

I ordered my Saatva queen firm mattress, pillow and sateen sheets in December, and received my complete order within three weeks. I had tried the mattress and pillow in the show room in Manhattan on third Avenue and decided to buy it. Before I used the set,I washed the sheets and pillowcases as instructed with cold water and dried them on the very low cycle.. The only problem I had was with the bottom fitting sheet that did not fit properly over the corners. The next sheet washing, 2 weeks later, I did together with my housekeeper. Even with her help the corners did not fit properly. I took pictures and made a video to show the company. I called customer service to explain the situation. Samantha told me that it was unusual and perhaps a factory mistake in the cut. She was very friendly and extremely accommodating. She told me not to bother with the pictures or the video. She said to keep the set, and will send me a brand new complet set which should arrive in the next week as a gift from the company. She also explained that such useful feedback helps the factory make corrections and improvements. I could not be happier than I am, to purchase from an American company, which continues the tradition of quality and good customer service.

My husband and I had been looking for a new mattress for over a year. We're over 70 and a little, or more, overweight. I hurt my back years ago and in the last few years my pain got worse, to where I've been sleeping, a few hours at a time, on our sofa. Finally we found Saatva. We discussed buying several different mattresses but seeing how they were packed in a box that was too small for them, we couldn't see how they could come out in good shape and the coils wouldn't be damaged, if not immediately, in later years. So after much research, we decided on the Saatva, queen, luxury firm classic. I haven't slept so many hours in years. This mattress is great. My only issue, my fault, is we ordered the 7.5" foundation to go with our mattress. We thought we needed it because our bed is so large. I had to use a wooden step stool to get on the bed because it's too tall. So I called Saatva to ask if I could exchange the foundation for the shorter foundation. To my surprise, I was told the tall foundation would be exchanged at no charge. You don't get that kind of treatment very often. How nice. I recommend Saatva mattress to anyone.
