This little jewel on Sixth Avenue is a must, even if just to wash your hands and refresh with one of their amazing soaps or scrubs. The shop is beautifully appointed with an antique apothecary vibe and chiseled stone sink in the center for testers. From lotions to scrubs, perfumes, soaps, diffusers, balms and sanitizers you will be delighted. The cherry on top of the experience is the genuinely caring, knowledgeable, thoughtful and attentive service of Olivia and Chenzira. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. You don’t find that level of five star service often. This is perfect for personal or corporate gifts (they’ll make a custom basket) based on your selections. My favorite is lavender apple. Be sure to make this stop in your travels. I’m sure you won’t leave empty handed.

Stuff is so friendly !! Place is gorgeous, everything so cute , I like the design and atmosphere there , I bought few items smells were so good, can’t wait to try it :)

In my recent trip to NYC, I visited SABON as my friend was looking to buy some soaps and skincare products for their family to bring back. We were all greeted with friendly service and kindness from the staff. The staff answered all of our questions and provided a great shopping experience! I can't wait to add this location to my next trip!

This the location has amazing customer service! I visited the store today to get my absolute favorite shower oil: Mango Kiwi. So the employee (she’s the best!) informed me that the scent will be discontinued by the end of this year. I was so sad, so I ended up buying two bottles (pulse, on sale!). Unfortunately, on my way back a paper bag was torn, and the bottles were completely shattered. After hours later went back to the store to buy them again, but instead, she (I should have asked her name) gave me new products w/o payment; I didn't expect that at all! I appreciate it 🙏

A long time fave. The store clerk (whose name I am blanking out on) was phenomenal yesterday. She really was attentive and kind; just overall exceptional. I got the usual bathbombs in musk and patchouli, definitely a must. Sabon soaps are great for sensitive skin and their fragrances are not over-powering and migraine inducing. Also, can we have a moment to discuss their world-class scrubs? Those scrubs will bring new life unto you! Don't overuse them because, you know, scrubs are exfoliating, but if you're into scrubbing and exfoliating, theirs are well worth the price. It's an indulgence you deserve to give to yourself at least once in your lifetime or as part of your routine. It's like a spa in your home.

Great selection. I like the Sabon near my home. I buy just two 🧼 each time for transformation … that I can go again. I love to walk in this place…. very much like the back alley elixir fragrance store in Rome.

Great service in the heart of Manhattan. The products from Sabon have never been cheap but the prices are static. Besides that, you can sample any of the products in the store, and they’re all amazing. Go check it out if only for the complimentary hand wash, it’s the neighborly thing to do...

Wonderful experience today with Al. Very inviting and knowledgeable about the products, wasn’t pushy or crowding your space. After telling him my favorite product is always sold out online, he let me know you could order through the store and they’ll ship it for you! Living in New Jersey and not always having the luxury to travel, that was amazing news to share. For my purchase he individually wrapped my products which was so thoughtful. If you’re ever in the area please ask for him!
