A small but nice Cuban-style cocktail bar. Their signature cocktails are tasty, and the music is really good! Cocktails cost between 8 and 10 euros, which is quite reasonable.

A fantastic place to stop for a drink no matter what time in the evening you arrive. We tried about four of their cocktails and all were well balanced. I also tried their own home spiced rum, and I must say that was something I will remember. The flavours were vanilla, cinnamon and tobacco. My favourite was the cinnamon one. The waiter we had was really good and the bartender was really fast when making the cocktails.

I've lived in Florence for 9 months and this is my favorite bar of all. The the whole atmosphere is so chill and fun. There's great music and the best service in town. Warmly, recommended!!

CUBA in Florence This is the Cuban Bar Florence Italy Original 1950s style and great Mojitos I had two But Covid restrictions have crippled this otherwise jumping bar that used to have food and live music and a boutique on the second floor Now it's Only the Bar that is allowed to be open to the sadness of many latinos and my wife is Cuban Puerto Rican and we feel that the Italian restrictions have hit harder on foreign places like this Bar / Restaurant then many others. Is it Racism or what is the reason to restrict now when masks are off after over two years. ?

Loved finding this little Cuban bar in the middle of Florence, felt like a little piece of home. The bartender was super friendly and we chatted about Cuba and its history for a bit. Drinks were good too! Loved when they played old Cuban music as well.

This place was a shocker to me. A little mojito type Cuban bar in Florence, Italy? Well, yes. That is exactly what Sabor Cubano is and it is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. And since I live just outside of Miami, I've been to plenty of Cuban bars and I can say that this one is not only totally authentic but also makes one of the best mojitos ever.

Didn't expect to find a place like this in Florence - small, and great drinks! Was located right next to our air bnb. All cocktails were 5 Euro, and staff were great !

I passed so many times in front of this tiny bar, it always intrigued me and eventually I tried it during a weekend. The crowd wasn't that bad, despite the small entry, we could politely wait in line to be served. I just loved the furniture and the vibe the place has, the music wasn't loud but just a refreshing Cuban reminder. Cocktails are served in plastic glasses since most of the clients prefer hanging outside under the colonnade. I went for a Mango Daiquiri that was delicious, they also put some nutmeg powder on top that was a nice touch! Highly recommended for a summer refreshing date!

This is a true cuban authentic bar. Coming from Miami we know a food mojito and piña colada. Great service, great price and ambience.

Delicious! Very impressed by the atmosphere and attention to detail. The quality of ingredients was on point and I would definitely return. I haven't had a fresher cocktail in Italy, reminded me of Miami!
