Restaurant with Middle Eastern cuisine. The food was very flavourful, with lots of fresh ingredients and complementing textures. The service was great and they took the time to explain every doubt, alwyas smiling and coming to our table to check if everything was within expectations. I would recommend this restaurant for a "home-style" experience.

A FLAVORFUL JOURNEY TO LEBANON – WITH 5-STAR SERVICE! Delicious Lebanese food with rich, authentic flavors! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I even had the pleasure of meeting Chef Sebouh, who personally accommodated my request to swap the rice for salad on my eggplant plate—such a thoughtful touch. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you like Armenian or Lebanese food you MUST come here when in Porto! We ordered the Fatush Salad, the Humus, Muhamara, Zatar Bread and one Lebanese beer and a lemonade. My friend is Armenian and I have eaten in her home many times and thought this food was of super high quality and absolutely delicious, clean, and after talking to the owner, we came to learn everything was Fresh and HOMEMADE! Amazing food, attentive waitstaff and service excellent on a fairly quiet street. Come here for an amazing meal when in Porto or make it a regular sport if you live here!

When “trying-to” place an order- with the Portuguese Employee behind the counter, the owner and Cook (-NOT- a Chef) of either Syrian (or Lebanese) heritage took-over the attempt I made to order a FATTOUSH ( a Levant region Salad made with Scallions or Sweet Onion/Tomato/Cucumber/ Sweet Red Pepper/ Purslane/& Toasted Pita, seasoned with Sumac powder - with Lemon & Olive Oil. “No lettuce-please.” The Cook (Owner) - felt it quite important to admonish me, and tell me- “no Customization” 🤨🙄 He serves it how he feels it is to be prepared. OK?! -But- can’t a Customer, who’s eaten this dish dozens of times, prepared this dish with Lebanese-American-friends simply ask for ONE, Ingredient to be omitted? It felt like an cringe-worthy episode of Seinfeld. Skip forward to finally placing an order of NO FATTOUSH, Mejadra ( spozed to be Basmati Rice & Brown Lentils-allspice, coriander and other freshly ground spices-topped with CRISPY, fried Onions) and a SHWARMA Sandwich Hummus ( horribly bland-no “Alma”/No Garlic!) and a he charges 10.8 € for a Falafel Sandwich (“Falafel Prato”? Seriously-?🤣) which amounts to 3-Pyramid-Formed-Deep-Fried-Chickpeas, on a Flour Tortilla- a bit of lettuce on the plate, no onions, no Tahini Sauce, No TORSHI - nothing that typically accompanies this common Middle Eastern “plate” and- most offensively not Middle-Eastern Lavosh-or genuine Pita Bread. Equaling THE WEIRDEST Falafel Sandwich we’d ever eaten. The Mejadra-( I wish I’d taken a photo to explain how terribly this plate was presented) was “A HOT-MESS”- some type of “Pasta”-like ORZO or Elongated Couscous with no taste, ( it is made with RICE, legumes ( Lentils) with zero flavor and cut up chunks of SAUTÉED ONIONS- not “DEEP-Fried” -nor CRISPY. When I pointed this out to Mr. S.S.S. food- he defended his mess, by saying- “I’m not a Chef-I just cook how my Mom cooked”.🤯😆 (Seems like, you don’t lie about that!) Well my friend… I’m so sorry that you were abused to eat such poorly made food growing up.😶 Must have been QUITE-TRAUMATIC, because you’ve carried that trauma with you to Porto. Where, you insult every Middle-Eastern Restauranteur, who’s worked hard to elevate the Portuguese Public’s appreciation of food of the Levant -that you’ve destroyed , single-handedly. Shame-Shame.

We order starter - spinach samosa 🥟 amazing taste and very delicious- but only this 😬 eggplant 🍆 with vegetable was bland without flavor . The Fattoush 🥗 was good , nice seasoning but nothing special for this price 🤷🏽‍♀️ We also want to order kebab and baklava but they don’t have it 🤣 funny if 1/2 of menu is kebab 😬

Everything in this place was amazing!!! We had 4 different starters and 5 main dishes. We like to share and try a lot of different things! The main dishes were amazing the salad with feta, the bolgur, salad the kebab... omg everything was great! For desert we had two homemade specials that were also amazing. It’s definitely a place to visit and the price is great also!!! The bill in the picture is a 1/4 of the price. The staff was super friendly and kind! This is also very suitable for vegetarians and vegans!

All the food is homemade. Price quality is best. The owner and his family served us both nights we were there. Fantastic people! Great food! You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
I wasn't too thrilled with how some of my favorite Syrian dishes were interpreted here. Maybe Syrian-European is different from Syrian-American - I'm sure it is - but when hummus is literally just mashed up garbanzo beans and babagannouj is just a pat of metallic tasting eggplant, we've got problems. Also, tortillas are not pita bread, or an acceptable substitute for it. (When I asked what kind of bread the falafel wrap would come with, the waitress called it 'the kind of bread you get at McDonalds'. I was at least glad that did not turn out to be true.) I did enjoy the texture and sunny green flavor of the falafel balls, and ended up dipping it in my friend's tzatziki meant for her shawarma, just to get some extra flavor in there I was missing from the dips.

Yelp
Really good good in this typical East orient type restaurant . The cook and his wife are really nice, welcoming and smiling . They also have the menu in English even if t doesn't seem to be a touristic restaurant :) The food was perfect , I had eggplant stuffed with vegetable and cheese and rice and it was really tasty . There s also falafel, hummus, soup ... I really recommend if u like this kind of food. !

Yelp
The food served at this restaurant is so fresh and flavourful. I haven't had falafel as fresh as what I got at Sabores do Sebouh. We also had the chicken pita sandwich , which was also excellent. This restaurant has a good selection of bottled beers and lager on tap. If you like middle eastern food, go here.

Yelp
This place is a gem. We were visiting Porto from LA and found ourselves homesick for some Mediterranean food. Our standards are quite high since the Los Angeles area is rich with falafel joints. We stumbled upon this place online and decided to give it a shot. No regrets there! They indeed have the best falafel in town! Highly recommend the fattoush, kilis ichi, hummus, mutabel, muhamara. We tried lots of mezzes and sent the plates back empty. We enjoyed Arak from Lebanon and was greeted by the owner, Sebouh, who is so kind and friendly. He took great care of us and made our evening a memorable night. We will definitely be back to visit our new friend Sebouh, who made us feel right at home.

Yelp
This is a hidden gym in Porto. We were craving for Mediterranean food and decided to give this place a shot based on the reviews. The food is really tasty and very cheap, the service is excellent, and the staff is super friendly. It is a family owned restaurant. If you go, you must try their dessert, especially the kunafe. I would definitely go back if I ever visit Porto again.
