Great selection of southern french wine, lovely staff, cool decoration, good prices to have a glass or two inside. It's possible to buy bottles to go for half price tho - v worth it!

Super nice wine bar. Nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, a lot of wine that you can drink here or buy a bottle to go. A small piece of France in this neighbourhood. I will definitely go back to try more :-)

This place is my favorite wine bar in Copenhagen. They have all natural wines, and do a really good job of matching wines to your preferences. The staff are nice too :) this place gets.l a little crowded on fridays and Saturdays. If you want to sit inside during the cold season, get there before 21:00. Prices for a glass range from 55-95 and bottles are around 250+ for drink-in. Bottles are cheaper to-go.

Super cozy, cool and pleasant place. Excellent costumer service, good wines and snacks. It gets better and better. I love it all. 👌 UPDATE on my previews review 1st of March. 2024 Service BELOW PAR. NO MUSIC, which is a first in a looong time. Super noisy (without the normal pleasant music). My wife was ages waiting to pay... Not the best day to go to Saboren.. Maybe... 😔😕🙄

One of my favourite places in Nørrebro. There is a good selection of natural wines, the people are friendly, the ambience is relaxed. Sabotøren is a wonderful place.

Summary: I am in love. Sabotøren is a hidden gem, a lovely cave filled with good wine and nice music. And wine is also reasonably priced, almost cheap. The focus is on organic wine from small wineries so that the price to quality ratio is alway insanely high. The place itself is as cozy and welcoming as one could imagine. Moreover the music they play is often exactly my taste, but it may not mach your taste. Thing is, the volume is just perfect, so if you like it's fine but if you don't it will not bother you at all. If you are thinking that Sabotøren only deals with wine, you are wrong ! They also offer some delicious snacks/apetizers (both meaty and veg-friendly). Bonus point if you find the toilet in the first try.
