I came to Paris and specifically wanted to buy Sabre cutlery. On the first day, I visited the store near the Pantheon and was told that only the one in the Marais district could customize colors. The next day, I took a taxi to Marais and placed two orders for a total of 8 sets of knives and forks. I paid in cash (one order didn't have a receipt because the store's system crashed) and was told to pick them up the following day. On the third day, around 18:30, I took a taxi to collect my items, only to find that our order had mysteriously disappeared. The female store manager ignored our order records and insisted that the order was lost due to poor staff handover. She could only offer a refund and a small gift (which never materialized). In fact, there were sets of the same style that other customers had ordered and were supposed to pick up the next day, but the manager still refused to give them to us. Fortunately, a Taiwanese saleswoman tried her best to find a solution for us. Meanwhile, the other two French salespeople just stood by, urging the store to close for the day.
