Its a dream... Place is decorated with lots and lots antique I have no words to explain how the collections... its beyond anyone's imagination Once you enter and it will take you to different era I must say its was royal tour

I love this shop, it's not just about the clothes but the whole experience. The staff are very friendly and even though we enter only to admire the garments and jewelry, we have always been received with a smile. I think the gentleman's name is Amit, who has always been very welcoming - thank you!

Justify his standing as no 1 designer. Work is very fine and Cloth quality is very good. Tastefully decorated store. People courteous and understand their job. Trial area lighting needs relook. Music should only be instrumental. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Recently my daughter, son in law and I had visited and shopped at Sabysachi location in Mumbai and our experience was amazing. Apart from have an exceptional choices to select from the person helping us was Nancy and she made our experience even better. She was very humble and professional and delivered all our items on the promised date. I would recommend this shop and Nancy to assist anyone for their shopping for needs for their specific occasion. A huge showroom which lives upto its hype. The place showcases the designs of Sabyasachi in an environment which is a fitting backdrop. The staff does not bother you by following you around the place, they leave you in peace to browse the merchandise as well as the hidden nooks of the showroom. Unlike most other places they have no problem with you clicking pictures of the place, though of course photographing the merchandise is a strict no no. Loved the experience because that is what Sabyasachi provides, an out of the world experience.

Visited the store with my mum for a bridal dress, staff were very unwelcoming. An arrogant woman followed us around throughout and was very rude to my mother, despite her poor English - she probably couldn't afford a carrier bag at the store but made us feel so unwelcome and out of place! Left the shop very unpleased. It is a shame as we visit high end fashion stores frequently and never have we been made to feel like we are thieves! Like we would run off with a lengha! Staff members should really visit other stores and learn how to treat customers... Disappointed.
