It takes a sharp eye to find the store. The signage is very minimalist. I took a taxi but it's actually walkable from Omotesando station. Staff was very helpful. Lots of cool designs in both shoes and clothes

The brand Sacai needs no introduction, and Chitose Abe is one of Japan’s greatest fashion designers. Here are just a few shots from her stunning flagship store.

Beautiful store. The staff follows you around too much, and don’t take eyes off you. They make you feel uncomfortable. Not an inviting atmosphere.

NEVER COMING BACK! 2nd time to this store + compare my experience at Shibuya - Felt very obvious that both male staff on the women's floor did not want to serve a foreigner. I was interested in a few items and asked to try on bigger sizes, they were all 'sold out' and it took forever to check if the sizes are available (like they just don't care about making a sale cuz I'm not cool enough to be the target audience). I also asked a staff to check availability of 3-4 items at other locations, it took forever to tell me that 1 item i asked is in Shibuya...then I asked again about the other items, it was a long akward 5 mins of just standing in front me of me, tapping on his ipad the whole time ('checking')...then sorry 'no, sold out'? (But guess what? They were ALL there in Shibuya). Even when I ask to just try on whatever the biggest size they have, they outright said it wouldn't fit dont even bother letting me try it on (well~ I tried the size at another store and it fits fine...) Horrible attitude, standoff-ish, unhelpful service

This store has weird rules like you can't separate from your group for shopping

This shop was a bit hard to find but totally worth it! The sales associates here are very knowledgeable friendly and patient. The selection is also very good. My SA helped me style it each time I put a different coat on. Things like helping me cinch the waist belt properly and unbuttoning the back and sides really helped highlight the coolneas of the coat. One of the coats was not available in my size and she was very proactive about checking which location (other stores even at dept stores) had it. Would come back here again for sure!

Super nice interior and had a good range of products. Shop staff was friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend for all sacai fans.

wondering if the staff had appropriate education about customer handling. one of the staff, a lady with short hair, was disrespectful and outrageous, when asked about the product. I couldn’t accept her behavior of ignoring the customer, and I wanted to leave the store because of her. I wouldn’t have ever come back if it was not for the other staff who took care of me after the incident. I respect the brand, but I’m wondering if the brand is ready to respect its customers after such experience in “the main store”.
