We had a wonderful stay at the Sacred Boutique Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, making our stay very special.||For Thamel, the hotel is in a surprisingly quiet location, which made it a perfect retreat after exploring the busy streets of Kathmandu. The rooms are simple but comfortable and, most importantly, very clean.||We also booked a day tour through the hotel, which included a short trekking experience in the beautiful nature of Nagarkot, a visit to the historic city of Bhaktapur, and a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Our guide, Prajwal, was fantastic—always attentive and eager to share his knowledge and culture with us.||Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Kathmandu!

Our stay in the Sacred Boutique Hotel was truly amazing! We got so much help and the best suggestions for our whole holiday. Without Prajwal and the staff our holiday in Nepal would not have been the same. The owners are super sweet, funny and helpful. Also it is located in the heart of Thamel, so you can reach beautiful restaurants, temples and shops for buying trekking gear. ;) Breakfast is very yummy and the rooms are clean with a good bed and quiet. 10/10! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

We had a terrible experience there. The hotel have new owner. We had booked 2 rooms in advance while traveling to ktm. After 9 hrs of traveling, when we reached there during the evening time, there was road construction work going on right on road to the hotel which they didn't inform us about although we contacted them before reaching. The road was totally blocked with big machines and mud piles. So, we had to wait on the road about 20 minutes. And when we contacted them the owner said he will immediately send 2 guys to get our luggage but still we had to wait another 10 minutes for them. They didn't contacted us even a single time to ask if we need bus park pickup or what time we will be reaching there. After about 10, 15 minutes 2 guys finally came to pick our luggage and we had to walk through ongoing construction road full of wet mud. Then only we reached the hotel.

I recently stayed at Sacred Boutique Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The facilities were top-notch—beautifully designed rooms with all the modern amenities, a serene atmosphere, and a well-maintained pool and fitness center. What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, from the warm welcome at check-in to their attentive service throughout my visit. They were always available to assist with any request and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Sacred Boutique Hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and personalized stay.

3rd time here (before, during and after the expedition)...always nice to come back to this place. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, own bathroom with hot shower, WiFi, friendly staff, breakfast included. It's in a really quiet side street in Thamel, so you are right in the center, but without any traffic. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Nice rooftop, morning Yoga available. They also offer laundry service (very good) and shuttle service (didn't use). I can totally recommend this place!!!

I want to share my experience with this hotel. As a tour operator, I use this hotel for my clients, but I have some problems. One of the hotel partners tried to talk with my guests while I wasn’t there, offering his own travel packages and prices. If the guests mention they’ve already paid, he tells them paid prices are too high, which feels really unprofessional. This has happened multiple times, so I’ve decided to choose another hotel for my clients. I strongly suggest to other tour operators avoid this hotel at all costs.
