Safari Inn Motel Swift Current

This is an old roadside motel, nothing fancy of course. It has some charm with the old style and with animal themed rooms. Price was right. Rooms kind of dated but clean enough. Right by the Trans Canada so a little noisy with traffic. It was just what we needed as we were passing through. Friendly people!

I stayed one night in Swift Current on a south west Saskatchewan tour. Came across this place on my online search. Great price with it being less than $100 with all the amenities of the fancy places. The bed was very comfortable, which is something that I find difficult with hotels. It's clean and in a safe area with access to the Highway. Lots of food options too for you! Nice young guy now running it. It's not too dated and I found it quiet at the back. Would stay again next time I go through. It's nice to have some older hotel options when you are thinking of your travel budget.

Dang good room! Showers were number one, kitchenette lacked some cooking implements but overall great place in a pinch!

Carpet was torn, several light bulb needed replaced, smoke detector hanging by the battery wire, tub not handicapped safe (no handle)

Came down and stayed here for 9 days for work, I was originally going to go to the Travelodge but I was recommended to go here instead. The man at the front was incredibly helpful and stopped at nothing to provide a good experience for me and my coworkers, even offering to do our laundry for us! The rooms were kept clean and tidy, sure they show their age but they keep them in very good condition. Especially at the price, no complaints to be had. If you're staying in swift especially on a budget, I wouldn't recommend any place more than the safari!

I stayed in October and at first I really liked them. Then the manager took 5 packs of smokes from my Mom, who is trying to live there. He wouldn't pay back the cigarettes and had a hissy fit when confronted about them. He doesn't clean my Mom's room and now he's shut off the heat in minus 20 or minus 30 temps. He raised my mom's rent by 50 percent and is not providing basic services of a motel. She could get a nice place for what she is paying for a motel room. The room I was in when I visited in October reeked of stale death, but I got a lower rate. The stench was probably why. The soap dispenser was empty.

There no zero or I would put 0 for them all don’t stay safaris inn if u have kids the owner will complain if the kids make mess and I helped cleaning stripping bed for him and the room are not cleaned daily cause cig but behind the dresser really good for kids to find that the place falling apart ceiling peeling screen torn toilet are broken really run down staff don’t know nothing Don not stay here if u have childern

Clean room. Friendly staff. Great price. If you're passing through Swift Current and need a place to stay, you'd be hard pressed to do better than this.

Cute, simple, welcoming, clean, air conditioned, good bed. Each room is tagged with a safari animal...a great idea. Fast food places for morning coffee within walking distance. We stayedin the giraffe room. Appropriately priced. We recommend this budget motel. It was full when we stayed so better book online.
