The stay was okay overall, but I had two issues. First, the €5 key-card deposit was not handled clearly. At check-in, the staff told me it would be a real charge and they would refund it when I returned the card. After checkout, when I asked about the refund, they spoke as if it had only been a “hold”, but my bank shows it as a completed charge (“SALE DEBIT”). The mixed information was confusing and made the process feel unclear. Accurate and consistent explanation would really help travellers.
Second, the toilet in the shared area had a strong smell throughout my stay, which made it uncomfortable to use. Better cleaning or ventilation would improve the experience.
