10 Best Hotel Brunches in Dubai

"Red carpet, red tables, even red overhead lighting: an entirely crimson room isn’t easy to pull off, but somehow Saffron manages to make it look plush rather than gaudy. Saffron’s Friday Fundamentals brunch is known as a party brunch, so expect to see 20 to 30-year old professionals drinking, filling their plates and dancing to the resident DJ (cue nineties hits). Saffron boasts that its brunch offers over 220 dishes, and its spirit-specific bars ensure all of your friends will find something they love." - Maresa Manara

Friday Fundamentals Brunch at Saffron, Atlantis, The Palm

"Tell us about your first impressions when you arrived.Red carpet, red tables, even red overhead lighting…an entirely crimson room isn’t easy to pull off, but somehow Saffron manages to make it look plush rather than gaudy. What was the crowd like?Saffron’s Friday Fundamentals brunch is known as a party brunch, so expect to see 20 to 30-year old professionals drinking, filling their plates and dancing to the resident DJ (cue nineties hits). What should we be drinking?Drinks are served at spirit-specific bars, and will take you straight back to drunken university days. Those days are best remembered via the After Shock Bar, or the Slushee Bar. If that’s a little too down and dirty, a visit to the champagne and prosecco bar should do the trick. Main event: the food. Give us the lowdown—especially what not to miss.Saffron boasts that its brunch offers over 220 dishes, so arrive hungry. The barbecue station does a full English breakfast, complete with duck bacon and homemade beans. Anyone craving Chinese will love the dim sum selection, served on a Lazy Susan. The chef at the Asian wok station can whip up fresh bowls of Singapore noodles, and the signature crab is great too. Dessert’s pretty standard: pastries, gelato, freshly made waffles, plus some delicious date-based Arabic sweets. What’s the real-real on why we’re coming here? This is the kind of brunch to drag a group of your friends to for an all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink, all-out party. Things don’t end at brunch closing time of 4pm – head out for the ‘Brunch There, Daydream Here!’ post-brunch party at N’Dulge, Atlantis’s nightclub." - Maresa Manara

We had an appointment for the dinner for our wedding anniversary which was on a Sunday. We reached a bit early and the restaurant opened at 6:00 PM. We have entered at 06:15 and amazingly everything was ready for consumption. One of the guide walked through the restaurant buffet isles that helped us to select the food apparently. It was Indonesian / Singapore meal buffet but for me unfortunately the dishes were very less when it’s come to their cuisines. But the seafood was apparently too good with wide range of dishes.i think it’s their forte. Then come to the other section was feast to the eyes and toughened. Sushi - out of the world. Grilled dishes were also too good. Staff were very friendly and more attentive. Sweet section was also very good. The restaurant was also full but that was not a discomfort where We parked under valet and it was very fast to deliver. It’s better to take a membership with Atlantis Circle which you can download from any stores within the

I had the most incredible dining experience at Saffron’s Tuesday Seafood Buffet in Atlantis The Palm. The spread was absolutely outstanding – from freshly shucked oysters and lobster to perfectly grilled prawns and crab. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was vibrant, the service attentive, and the variety of seafood truly world-class. It’s hands down one of the best buffets I’ve ever been to in Dubai – a must-try for any seafood lover

Had an amazing time at the Saffron Brunch Party! The food selection was impressive—everything from sushi, dim sum, grilled meats, to international dishes and desserts. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with a live DJ and party vibe that made it feel more like a daytime event than just brunch. Surprisingly fun even for an introvert like me! The party energy kept going, and while I had a blast, I didn’t get to try all the food (which was massive!) because I got too caught up in the fun. Definitely need to come back for round two. Service was fast, drinks kept flowing, and the vibe was perfect for a weekend celebration. Highly recommend going with a big group—it makes the experience even more worth it. Definitely not your typical quiet brunch—if you're looking for great food and a great time, this is the place! 🍣🍾💃

This restaurant became our go-to breakfast spot during our stay at Atlantis The Palm. It’s a wonderful place where the staff pays attention to every detail. Everything is clean, professional, and incredibly tasty. The food is excellent, offering a wide variety – from European cuisine to flavors of the Far East. The daily shot selections were a lovely touch and a fantastic idea that added a bit of fun and freshness to each morning. I would happily dine at this restaurant every day – starting the day here is truly a pleasure!
