*UPDATE * the flowers are spectacular!!! ************* I just ordered for the first time this afternoon. And I haven’t seen the arrangement obviously because it’s for tomorrow, but given what I see on their website I know it will be beautiful and the reason I am leaving a review is because of the absolutely excellent customer service.

Sag Harbor Florist completely blew me away for my wedding!! I had a very complex and ever changing design with my florals but SHF was able to understand my vision perfectly and executed my design in a way that was more beautiful than I ever could have envisioned!!

I went into the store to get my wife some flowers. I asked if I could get a particular bloom (note - not "How much does it cost?" Rather, "Could I please get this?"), and the shop owner (Anastasia) said, "They're really expensive. I'm not sure how much. Probably $25 for the stem." Presumably she decided that I must not be able to afford them (I can) and thus was undeserving of service (and basic courtesy) bc I was in my unbranded morning joggers and baseball cap. I recommend she watch Pretty Woman. Dear Anastasia Casale, just because someone is a polite unassuming minority male does not mean they are not doing as well as your customers who peacock their wealth. The kicker, I shared my experience with a few other shop owners in the area and the unanimous consensus "yup that is Anastasia's vibe, not surprised." Took my business elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Anastasia and her talented, kind staff. She came highly recommended From Topping Rose House where we were having my having daughter's wedding . Somehow she not only listen to our vision , she made it come to life & OVER DELIVERED anything we expected! Truly took our breath away and every person gushed with complements on the beautiful display . I would HIGHLY recommend if you want a beautiful stress free event !

I wanted to send a same day floral delivery to a dear friend who's been struggling of late. Unfortunately I called a few hours after the same day delivery deadline, so didn't think they'd be able to help me out. But the person I spoke with (Rebecca) was incredibly kind and helpful and was able to make it work. My friend (who used to work at a florist and has incredibly discerning taste) was so blown away by the beauty of the bouquet, she could not say enough about how breathtaking it was. It also made her "forget her troubles" every time she looked at it. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this florist highly enough!

Highly recommend this florist for weddings! The floral artistry that was created for my daughters wedding was extraordinary! Anastasia completely captured the elegance my daughter envisioned for her magical day from the boutiques, table arrangements and entrance garland to the unique beach service teepee! The customers service was top notch and some of the flowers are still as beautiful as ever 2 weeks later! Every brides go to for magnificent flowers and creative settings! Sadly, after 1 day, the flowers are starting to die. I received these yesterday on Saturday, and now Sunday afternoon, they're already looking about a week old. Not happy or impressed at all. See photos.

Superb design florist found here in the Hamptons. Top of the line cut flowers and plants are great for gifts. The amazing floral designs are really a specialty at Sag Harbor florist. The staff is polite, highly skilled and will help you find what you are looking for. Daily local delivery and out of town floral service can be arranged this has helped me out for gifts needed within a few days. This is my go to florist in the Hamptons area.

I work on a yacht and had a last minute request from owner to have a center bouquet. We called about two hours past the deadline to have an arrangement, but they were able to do a gorgeous bouquet with a vase included to pickup within the hour. Absolutely a lifesaver and lovely arrangement! We will be loyal customers through the summer- I highly recommend!

We recently used Anastasia Casale of Sag Harbor Florist for our North Fork wedding. She did such a beautiful job - I still am pinching myself when I look at the photos that that was really our wedding. I was a particularly detail-oriented bride and she was so open to the specific look I was going for, the props I wanted to use, and most of all, my budget. After visiting her shop in Sag Harbor, we knew right away that she was our top choice. It is the most dreamy environment, with ethereal birdcages and earthy tableaus to fit the current season. How delighted I was when her pricing was competitive as well! We had two or three short appointments and from there she executed everything better than I had ever imagined. I asked for a really unique and wild looking bouquet full of eucalyptus and loose garden roses. I loved what she came up with. Totally different than anything I'd shown her, but yet exactly what I wanted! It was perfect. On the day of the wedding, the forecast had changed from clear skies to an 80% change of rain. We were able to put up a new ceremony tent the morning of the wedding, but I was very concerned. The ceremony was supposed to take place outside under a beautiful tree where we had no flowers planned. How delighted I was when Anastasia showed up with several giant pots of beach grass to create a ceremony space inside the new tent! She foresaw a problem the morning of and came prepared to fix it. Wouldn't you know it, the forecast changed again and about two hours before the wedding, she and her team moved everything outside again to a new location using the potted grass! It worked out perfectly. Even still, she was finished well before go time. We love Anastasia and would highly recommend her to any bride. She is a true pro.

They are our "always" florist and have been for years. They provide our family, our employees and company with arrangements for every event and our employees are thrilled to see their delivery people walk through the door! I also use them for personal floral deliveries. For the hospital and holidays and, best of all, their flowers last longer than any other florist I've used. Their arrangements are simply elegant and classic in design. I don't think I can possibly praise them enough, as you can see.

A dear friend passed away....a co-worker.....so I contacted this florist to send a plant basket to her memorial service. To say we were embarrassed at the arrangement would minimize how we felt about it. the arrangement was minimal and looked to be cut flowers stuck in dirt from the backyard. My guess is they thought we wouldn't go to the service so shoddy work would be ok.......$108.63 is more than twice what this arrangement was worth. I would rather they told me that they couldn't fill my order on such short notice. I would never recommend this florist, instead I'd advise you to use anyone else.

We worked with Anastasia & the Sag Harbor Florist team for our 5/2015 Bridgehampton wedding, as well as our rehearsal dinner and welcome party, and we cannot say enough good things. Anastasia is a total pro- smart, experienced, and a very steady hand and reliable opinion during the most hectic times. She listened to exactly what we wanted and executed it flawlessly- every event looked even better than we imagined, and I will forever treasure my beautiful bouquet and our gorgeous chuppah. She has the most gorgeous fresh seasonal flowers in her shop at all times too, so stop in if you just want a bouquet. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I recently made a rehearsal dinner in the Hamptons. Someone had recommended Sag Harbor Florist along with an additional florist as an option. I contacted both but immediately found my connection! Annie, owner of the Sag Harbor florist was professional, helpful and efficient. She was very familiar with the venue at East Hampton Point and knew what would work there. Her follow up was excellent and while I might have delayed making up my mind, her ability to keep on top of things without being too aggressive made me finalize the contract well in advance. In addition, she also referred me to a calligrapher, Pen and Papery in Hampton Bays, who was also skilled and talented and I have only the best things to say about both businesses. They worked hand in hand and made my experience a pleasure. Sag harbor florist , from the moment you walk in has an atmosphere where you know the designs will be contemporary and artistic. I had additional needs during the wedding weekend which Annie handled with professionalism and ease. Do not hesitate when thinking about who to use in the Hamptons for your floral designs. Sag harbor florist is your place!
