Saga Resort

Our room was newly renovated and fully stocked with all the essentials. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, making for a great first impression. The hotel was also very accommodating with check-in, reaching out to confirm our arrival time due to the weather and even offering an after-hours check-in option, which we really appreciated. However, we did notice that one of the beds hadn’t been cleaned, but the staff quickly fixed it upon request. The only real downside was that the fridge in our room was running very loudly, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the excellent service and flexibility made for a great stay, with just a couple of minor issues. Would consider staying here again.

My wife and I have stayed at several locations in Wasaga Beach over the summer, we recently stayed at Saga Resort and were pleasantly surprised. The room, beds and kitchenette were as clean as could be. The beds were comfortable and Yvonne who manages it was super friendly and helpful. I even took the time when I saw her to express what a great experience we had right from the time of booking...thank you Yvonne! We will be back!

Stayed one night in the King Deluxe room with jacuzzi. Very clean, comfortable. Full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and a few dishes and cutlery. Very nice bathroom with double rain shower head. We weren't here for the beach, but it is just down the road. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Staff was very nice. Would recommend this place, would come again.

This place was wonderful. We stayed in the room with the kitchenette and a full sized fridge. The bathroom was amazing, with great lighting and a waterfall shower. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Towels were nice and fluffy, and the bed was comfy. Very clean, too!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We had issues at the last two places we stayed at during our trip. No issues here, they had our room ready early and were able to check in, when we just hoping to park. The rooms seem like they were recently renovated and well thought out. Like a place to rinse your feet easily in the shower when you get in from the beach. The luggage/rack/shelf spot to put your suitcase were handy we were able to use it to dry our towels on the top. The furniture was practical and cute. Next time I would like to stay longer, but enjoyed our stay.

Careful giving your visa to this place they will try to rip you off for ur deposit thank god I paid cash . Honestly was great until she started blaming me for a hole in the wall that was already there . Clearly they knew about it cuz they had an extra towel shoved in it in the pics she sent me but we were rushing around trying to get everything arranged for our outing as we had a hour to get ready before cab came so I didn’t even notice it. I also don’t go around LOOKING for problems in a hotel I guess I should It’s bullshit that I can’t even trust a hotel to give me a room un damaged so I don’t get screwed in the end , she gave me my cash deposit back after checking the room and then calls me 2 hour later asking for her money back .. saying she’s been trying to illegally charge my card without permission . YOU CAN NOT CHARGE A VISA WITHOUT THOUT PERMISSION EVEN WITH A CARD ON FILE .ITS ILLEGAL . And I never gave permission to run anything without my 4 digit pin being typed in physically Hense why I paid cash for my deposit This hotel needs to get there shit together and check for damages before a ) renting a room out .so someone innocent doesn’t get screwed And b) Maybe check for those damages BEFORE the customer leaves properly that way we could skip this whole argument . You gave me my deposit back . It’s on you now . And don’t worry I learned to check for damages as well for now on I will be inspecting the room before payment MY SELF since you guys cant do your jobs , guess we both learned something

We booked, condo-2 bedroom. 1 room had 1 king bed and the other room had 2 double beds. The living/dining area was separate to the beds. The room was very clean. It has stove with oven, microwave, full size fridge. They provide you with pots, pans, utensils, everything. Hotel is very close to beach. Front desk was very friendly. Will be booking this room again when we come back to Wasaga.

The staff here is impeccable. Tasha from the front desk is fantastic. I had problems booking through booking.ca and she helped me book direct. Friendly and attentive the whole time. Even when things were going wrong with our groups she was always very patient especially since our group ranged from infants to elderly. Room 40 had a very bad smell and the fridge turned on and off and was very loud. Our porch looked like it has seen better days but was nice to sit outside. Other desk staff were pleasant but I didn’t speak to them much. When I called about my return, Tasha personally cancelled the hold so it would return to my account quicker. Amazing property with amazing staff. Will recommend

Grabbed a room last minute. Staff was very helpful. They didn't have a regular room available so they gave me a full two bedroom condo for the same price. It was still pricy at $250, but worth it given its 2 minutes from the beach. It also has a full pool, hot tub and barbecues. This is not an upscale place like you can get in Collingwood but is the best you can get in Wasaga.

I love it here. Cottages are very comforting and the staff is very kind. It's a great place to stay for all ages. Will be back.

efficient booking, checking in and out. friendly and helpful staff. stayed in the jacuzzi suite with boyfriend for one night in saga resort. very clean and tidy room. we love the jacuzzi and tv :) full stove set and cutlery available in room, although we didn't really make use of those in our short stay. very convenient location to the wasaga beach area 1 and pretty near to restaurants and everything else.
