Sagamore Farm is absolutely stunning. The staff there takes impeccable care of the entire farm. it is so cool to have a thoroughbred racing team in the Baltimore area! I really enjoyed Saturday at Sagamore and learning more about the history of the farm and their most celebrated horse, Native Dancer. Would definitely recommend being a Three Diamond Club member to hear about events on the farm and their horses!

What a beautiful place, went on a tour during the Saturdays at Sagamore. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the racing and equine industry. I love how much they care about each and every horse.

Sagamore Farm is one of the most immaculate horse farms I have ever seen. My husband and I attended their Fall Fest today. It was a beautiful day,I felt welcomed. I also have a mild case of cerebral palsy and walk with a cane. So the tour had a lot of walking I was offered a ride in a Rhinno cart. My driver Leo was EPIC he works for Mr. Plank; he added to the information the tour guy was giving; encouraged me to take a hayride which I did. AND when he was done driving the tractor he actually went and got back in the cart and took myself and my husband through the big barn with the indoor track so that I could see it for myself. THAN he took us around the farm again, he went ABOVE and beyond his call of duty and dropped us off at our car!!!! THANK YOU LEO you made my experience all the more enjoyable. The staff was and is very knowledgeable. AND you can tell that the horses come first. Well worth getting up early for. Can't wait to go back!

Sagamore Farm is a hidden gem just North of Baltimore. They are not always open to the public but they host numerouse events throughout the year where you can experience all the magic at the farm. They host yoga classes, farm tours, and festivals. Get on the email list now! The Fall Fest is FREE and AMAZING! While it is free they do require ticket and tickets are gone the first day! Every time we have attended an event we have an amazing time and the views take your breath away!

This is a great place to see some of Maryland's racing history. Take a tour of the barns, see the old track and the new ones! See some of the horses that are there, and get a feel for how much this niche industry has been a a part of Maryland for a very long time. They have events throughout the year for the public, be sure to take the trip down there if you can - it's not far from the city. Everyone there is awesome and invested in making this place a world class horse farm!

I am grateful to Mr. Plank for supporting an agricultural enterprise like the wonderful Sagamore Farm. Whether devoted to growing humble tomatoes or sleek race horses, rural American acres need protection and nourishment, not relentless conversion into faceless suburban tracts. Thanks, Plank !
