America's Best Outdoor Bars

"Set at the end of Recreation Pier on the waterfront, this outdoor seasonal bar features views of the harbor, marina, and city skyline. It's an ideal spot for lounging, sipping cocktails, and dining poolside or tucked away in a private cabana. Order a 'Sagamore Crush' or 'Georgia Mule' on a warm evening along with antipasti or full dinner, or while away an afternoon with cocktails and light bites." - Travel + Leisure Editors

Google
Amazing place took my son there for his birthday and taking my mom for their Mother's Day Brunch. I love Sagamore Pendry. The Rack of Lamb and New Strip Steak is amazing. I have never been disappointed anytime I dine there.

Google
Bad experience. Great view and beautiful pool, but the service was awful. Approached the bar to place a drink order and the bartender said to return to the table and wait for the server. Waited 20 minutes and no one came to take our order. Went back to the bar and was again (rudely) told to go back to my table. We left, just don’t understand why the staff was treating people this way (they weren’t that busy).

Google
Great hotel and the pool has a potential with panoramic water views but somehow the whole thing feels very ghetto. It’s a 5 star hotel except the pool. People yelling and screaming, playing their own music from their own personal devices. I never felt so out of place. Just found out that you can buy a pool pass without staying at the hotel, well that explains everything.

Google
My husband and I visited for our anniversary and loved the place, especially the excellent food. We briefly checked out the pool but decided it wasn’t for us, so we returned to the bar enjoy more wine. 🍷

Google
Great location but attracts instagrammers and people who want to hang out. Don’t expect to be able to actually swim there. I got hissed at because i dared to swim to the edge where this girl was filming two dudes for insta. If someone from the pendry is reading this… Wtaf?

Google
This place is gorgeous! We saw the pool bar from the water taxi and decided to stop off and have a drink or 2 there. It's inside the Sagamore Pendry Hotel, but anyone can go to the bar and you can also get a day pass for the pool. Didn't get food, but the menu looked great and the bartender, Damar, was awesome!

Sagar Pokharel

Google
Great view with a good ambience. A must visit place in the Baltimore harbor area.

Chris Richards

Google
Hidden gem that feels like a vacation even for locals, right on the water. But it's a bit pricey per drink, and the service can be spotty if it's at all busy.

Yelp
Only stayed here for a night on our drive back from our DC trip, but Sagamore Pendry truly provided a top 5 star hotel service. From the valet to the front desk, everyone greeted us with such care. They offered us lemonade drinks at check in and gifted my toddler with a blue crab plush toy. Hotel was stunning with a gorgeous courtyard and our only regret was the pool was already closed for the season. We were escorted to our Harbor King room and given a detailed explanation of the room functions, including that the minibar amenities were motion sensor triggered! We accepted the offer to clear out everything immediately before our toddler got to racking up our bill. We had a nice view of the water from our room and everything felt so luxurious; the bath products smelled fantastic and while I was disappointed there was no handheld shower head, the shower pressure was excellent. It made showering our toddler a bit tricky but we managed with some maneuvering. What sets a 5 star hotel apart is the attention to details and Sagamore exceeded expectations. They were able to provide a mini fridge to store toddler's non-dairy milk and it was already set up in our room by the time we checked in. We only mentioned our anniversary in a prior email communication and they surprised us with a bottle of chilled Prosecco and a card in our room. They had both adult and the cutest kid slippers for our toddler. Location was great with plenty of food options nearby. It was such a lovely stay, we wished we could have stayed longer.

Yelp
3.5 stars. I stayed at the hotel once during the winter, and while I didn't get the room I paid for, the room was still nice. Very quiet hotel with absolutely amazing views. I have come to enjoy the pool twice via a day pass and again, the views are unmatched. With the pool pass you also get a free drink, the sagamore crush. The staff is good, however on my last visit I wanted to order food before I left and the one guy servicing everyone forgot about me and by the time I got his attention the kitchen was closed. It was only 5:00 and he said the kitchen closed a half hour prior! It would have been nice to know, especially since I told him I would order something later. Otherwise it's a great spot for a daycation. Food and drinks are pricey but decent. However, nothing really stood out. It wasn't overly crowded either of the two times I visited which was nice.

Yelp
I love B'more and could not wait to have my first "visit Sagamore/Pendry by boat" experience. Well, we're in the middle of that experience and I don't think they could have made the trip worth if they tried. 1) Call up to get a boat slip, confirmed. Pricey, but all good. Get a phone call rRIGHT before docking 'oops, we double booked, will try to find you a space.' 1.5 hours later sitting on a boat we find something. I'd share the voice mails from Pendry staff about how "nothing we can do" but please call back if we can further assist you." Well def can't further assist, because they didn't assist in the first place! 2) Meanwhile, spouses arrive for the 3pm check in 'early' (at 240) and no rooms...fine...and at 320, still no rooms...not fine. Actually get a room and it's a cave on the first floor (but hey for $900/night what shd we expect, amiright?). Had to upgrade to get a smaller room but at least natural light (up to $1050 now) and a balcony. Of the 8 folks we've dealt with the only guy worth a damn is the bellhop and he was awesome (and I feel badly for not remembering his name). Front desk staff was genuinely rude and non-responsive at check-in...I mean like LaQuinta rude. [btw, If you decide you still want to stay here, at least make sure they put you on the 3rd floor (or at least not the 1st),] Look, mistakes happen everywhere, all the time. How you deal with those mistakes is what matters. Not a single apology for the late room, or for the crappy room, or for the no calls back on the boat slip screwups. I wd have been disappointed were all this to happen at a Holiday Inn, but disappointment isn't close to describing it when you're paying that much for a room. We are fans of Sagamore and truly wanted to fall in love with the place but they have guaranteed that we'll be back to the area, but not to the Pendry. [This all was yesterday and we're still PO'd!] End with a positive? Robes were exceptional, shower water pressure outstanding, some of the best I've ever seen, bed was comfortable, blackout shades super and a great location with a cool pool and really nice artwork. But if I want to get treated like a 3rd class citizen, I'll go to my local diner and save $1,000!

Yelp
The Sagamore Pendry is a gem. I've had a few staycations here, and each time was enjoyable. Check-in was smooth. You are given a "password" so-to-speak to use at the bar for a complimentary drink. Speaking of the bar, it is huge. There is also a lounge within the atrium with seating arrangements that promote great conversations. The rooms overlook the atrium where guests and patrons are indulging in food and drinks, so be careful with opening those curtains :-) The rooms are also very spacious. In comparing Pendry Baltimore with the location at the DC Wharf, I love both; however, the rooms are a lot more spacious at the Baltimore location. You are also in for a treat with the pool that overlooks the Baltimore Harbor. I couldn't indulge as I've only stayed in the fall/winter, but the views are beautiful. If you're visiting Baltimore or simply need a home away from home, definitely choose the Pendry.

Yelp
What a nice majestic gem for one of our society's receptions/parties. Beautiful ballroom in one of the nicer neighborhoods of Baltimore. Various food items were presented and readied in individual stations and were invariably on point. Delicious!

Yelp
What an amazing weekend at the Sagamore Hotel! We were there for a wedding, and stayed the weekend. Things did not get off to a great start because we had to make our reservation three times. The third time was the charm when Michael Curry handled our reservation. For some reason, they lost folk's reservation for the wedding party, so we had to rebook. On the day of check-in, they charged more than the promised group rate. Once brought to their attention they corrected it. Going forward the service was excellent. It was a hospitality organization whose focus was to please its customers. From management to valet they exceeded my expectations. If you are planning a wedding, it is the perfect venue with the wow factor. The food at the reception was delicious. We enjoyed, Garden Salad, Roasted Filet of Beef with Barolo jus, Maryland Lump crab cake Duet served with mashed potatoes, Pomme Puree, Heirloom carrots, Haricut Verts and Lemon and Chocolate Cake. All the staff were professional yet friendly and the food and beverages were brought out to each table in a timely manner. Our double bedroom was on the smaller side and was dimly light. However, it was nice and very clean. By the time we returned from breakfast t, our room was cleaned and linens changed. Some of the most memorable staff that made our stay joyous were Nicohla (Manager), Michael Curry (Manager) Dakota (Valet) ("spelled like the State" lol), and Damien (Valet). However, the staff members that I came in contact with provided top-notch customer service.

Yelp
I'm reviewing the bar. Absolutely beautiful interior and knowledgeable staff. This is a gorgeous place to take a date you'd like to impress or catch up with a friend. The drinks were wonderful.

Yelp
Attending a wedding at Sagamore Pendry on a Friday night turned out to be an extraordinary experience, marked by elegance and culinary excellence. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that the hotel lacked its own parking facilities. However, valet parking was available, albeit the only alternative was street parking, which could be a bit challenging on a bustling Friday night. The wedding ceremony took place in an indoor-outdoor room that was nothing short of spectacular. It was the coolest wedding venue I've ever encountered, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere. Following the ceremony, we were treated to a mouthwatering array of hors d'oeuvres, including shrimp cocktails, lamb chops, crab cakes, and more. The quality and variety of these appetizers were impressive. After taking pictures with the bride and groom, we ascended a stairwell to the reception area, which was adorned with exquisite decorations. The ambiance was beautiful and perfectly complemented the occasion. Dinner was a culinary delight. A rare filet mignon, a lobster tail, mashed potatoes, and vegetables graced our plates. The filet mignon was a standout, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. It truly was the best Filet Mignon I've ever had. The lobster tail also shone with its well-seasoned, buttery flavor. The entire meal was simply AMAZING. Attending a wedding at Sagamore Pendry was an honor and a truly memorable experience. Despite the parking challenge, the unique ceremony venue, delectable hors d'oeuvres, and the culinary perfection of the rare Filet Mignon and lobster tail made it an unforgettable evening. The venue's beauty and attention to detail added to the overall charm of the wedding. If you have the opportunity to attend an event at Sagamore Pendry, do not hesitate. It was a privilege to be part of such a special occasion at this remarkable venue.

Yelp
This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I had a bad experience once and they have since made it right. It's in the best location, all the best spots to walk too. The rooms are all very luxurious with the best beds and showers. The front desk staff are always so helpful and friendly. This is by far the best hotel to stay at in Baltimore. I miss it when I'm away!

Yelp
I recently had a situation with Pendry West Manhattan and it put me through a whole rollercoaster of emotions (several calls, etc), but the reservation agent I spoke to was amazing, kind and went the extra mile to help me resolve me issue with the help of her supervisor and I wanted to ensure that I recognized her help/service in whatever way I could. Unfortunately, I don't know her name exactly, it sounded like "Kree" and I know she was based at the Maryland location. Anyhow, if there is anything you can do that could recognize her help and thoughtfulness, I would appreciate it.

David T.

Yelp
I may recommend this hotel for a 1/3 of the price, but that's unclear. In the room there wasn't any coffee mugs, the in room temperature controls were slow to react, and the shower had an opening which let water out and wet the floor. I also didn't find the bed comfortable and didn't have the option of Netflix and the like. I just don't understand how at what was charged, the little things weren't a priority. And then they tried to upsell me at check in. I'm happy I didn't do that. I can't recommend this hotel.

Yelp
This was our second visit to the restaurant in Fells Point. We love the city and it party like atmosphere at night. I was thrilled when the Sagamore Pendry opened. It looks like a jewel amidst the collection of bars offered on every corner. The atmosphere is very sleek and offers many cool places to sit and enjoy libations. I suggest you wander around and find that perfect spot. The food is wonderful. Funny enough, getting our check took a very long time. They must have really loved our company.

Yelp
Fantastic location, top notch staff, delicious room service and one of the best hotel pools north of Miami. I won't stay anywhere else in BMore!

Yelp
Absolutely beautiful hotel. The restaurant is fantastic, food is properly done, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely check out the cannon bar! Credit to the interior design team, wonderful decor and ambiance.

Yelp
The hotel itself is beautiful. Amazing architecture. The brick arch, when entering the building is stunning! However, the hotel falls short when it comes to service. The staff is seemingly not prepared to serve in a so called luxury environment. More training is needed all around in the service department. In addition, I had dinner at the Rec Pier Chop House and ordered the Linguini Fini and Rustic Potatoes, which was delicious. I also ordered a Guinness Stout, which came in a can. It was watery with no taste, I asked was the can previously frozen, the waiter confirmed that it was. I didn't drink it and he removed it from the tab. The service in the restaurant was amateurish and I wasn't happy with that. When I paid my tab the waiter charged me for my dinner and someone else's dinner!!! Fortunately, when I use my Apple Card, purchases are immediately sent to me via text. When I looked at my text I saw an additional $225+ billed to my card. The waiter made no mention of this to me and I didn't know where it came from. I approached the front desk to see if something was billed to the room and they assured me that there wasn't. I went back to the restaurant and asked the waiter did he know where the charge came from and only then does he tell me he "accidentally" charged someone else's bill to my account on top of my own bill! On Friday night the street was closed to vehicular traffic, so after returning from a night out on the town elsewhere, I had to show my room key to get past the crew that was blocking the streets with their vehicles, to get to the hotel. Not a 'big deal,' but it was annoying. I can go on in regards to service, presentation and professionalism, however, there's no need to. Overall, it was an ok experience. The actual structure and aesthetics were beautiful.

Yelp
Great vibe and location is unbeatable. Went by on a friday for drinks and bar food. It was packed! We managed to get a small table in the main area (not the restaurant). Even though it was busy, we got attended to pretty quickly. The staff were nice, got to try a few small plates. Good drinks selection. Overall on the pricier end, as one would expect at such an establishment, but it was a great experience

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went to Sagamore Pendry for a staycation (birthday/Valentine's Day celebration). The views and location were spot on; we had the best time walking around and eating at local food spots, along with touring Fells Point and Inner Harbor. The only downside to our stay was the valet service. Although it is preferential to get valet at this hotel due to the layout of the hotel (it's on the waterfront/pier, plus the area is a nationally preserved landmark and has limited upgrades such as space for parking), when valet took my car to park, they removed part of my key attachments to attach their ticket. My car key is a fob design, and I had my house keys, grocery/retail mini cards, and a mini flash drive attached to it. When I asked about my key attachment, the valet reps told me they usually leave the key attachments in the guest's car console. My car console only has one compartment, and the attachments were not there. I was not able to get into my home for three days (President's Day weekend prevented an open locksmith).

Yelp
The Sagamore in Fells Point is a great place to stay in Baltimore. We stayed in a king room overlooking the harbor. The room is very nice with a balcony overlooking the infinity pool and the harbor. It's roomy with a beautiful bathroom - nice tiling and cool antique brass fixtures. The room also had some classy leather furniture too. The location is awesome, and you can walk to numerous restaurants and bars, including Little Italy (which is pretty little). The best part of the Sagamore is the 5 star staff. Super helpful and friendly from the valets to the concierges. Very professional - Rob especially was so nice and helpful! I've stayed in many hotels and the staff here rates near the top. This was our first time at the Sagamore, and will definitely return.

Yelp
Wow! That is how I'll start this review because the Pendry did not disappoint. From the moment we drove up to the valet section to get our car parked, the hotel immediately had people ready to help guests get luggage out their cars, park the car, and help you get checked in and into your room. We stayed in the Courtyard terrace type room, and the courtyard was very cute and great for photos. The doors to the terrace were very very very thick so we heard nothing when it came time to sleep, so do not be afraid of this category. The room was very clean and when we needed anything extra like towels we got them very fast. We had our dog with us and this hotel is truly very pet friendly. All the staff was amazing from the valet to the front desk to house keeping. I can't recommend this place enough if ever looking to stay over in Baltimore.

Yelp
It was just iight. Service has definitely diminished. Pick up the pace guys. the calamari was not that good, that sauce - heck no. maybe next time.

Yelp
This is a beautiful property at the Harbor in Baltimore. We live nearby so haven't had a chance to stay overnight, but we've had poolside cocktails a few times and have enjoyed it. We're usually able to snag seats at the bar by the pool when it's nice weather. The servers are usually pretty busy serving guests at the pool, but it's still a nice vibe.

Yelp
Sooooo the drinks were good. But took a very long time- probably cause the bartender was in a bad mood and kept looking at his phone. He was also drinking from time to time it seemed from a whiskey shaped glass. My only issue was the bartender in the cannon room tonight. He had a ponytail and he had such an attitude. Neither him nor the other bartender ever said hi to me or my friends for the 2 hours we were here. Each time we ordered drinks he seemed super annoyed. We saw him constantly rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing after each customers order. We unfortunately left after our second drink because of him. this was my first time here and not what I expected.

Yelp
Had a good experience here while showing my friends. Its iconic and always fun to get a drink. The staff was friendly from start to finish. They opened the door and showed me the seating area. There we were able to try out some coffee. Unfortunately the wait was a little long since we had to wait 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Once we had our drinks, we made our way to the back where the the pool and views are. They have a wonderful walkway full of greenery and sculptures. I think there was a wedding reception that occurred the night before. The views were amazing and you can be right up to the water. I am looking forward to staying there one of these days.

Yelp
We stayed here last weekend for work. It is very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The room was very clean and for the most part comfortable. However, after staying for 3 nights, you notice things. When we checked in, we were asked if we would like to upgrade our room for $70/night. We did, it was nice to have the view. What wasn't nice is that it was right outside the bar, so Saturday evening we heard bar noise loud and clear well past 12:30am. This was definitely not worth the "upgrade". We were told that they had a parking lot, so when we pulled up, it was valet which was fine except for the fact that we have a double cab dully, that they struggled parking. We called before booking and were told parking was not going to be an issue. The valet staff was another issue. Some of them were very nice others looked right past us. Yet another spit right in front of me which was absolutely disgusting. Looking at the finishes throughout, it gave a nice vibe. However, when you really looked, the trim was starting to come down above the television. The bathroom pocket door was broken, there was a large chip in the trim. The couch in front of the bed sounded like it was about to break each time we sat in it. The noise was awful. These are all things that should be attended to, especially for the price of this hotel. Finally, upon check out, the person at the desk asked me how I enjoyed my stay, I said it was okay. He didn't ask what could have been better. There was a woman checking out next to me and said it was fabulous and her checkout person said he was so glad to hear that. Mine didn't want to hear that anything could have been corrected. There was a lack of consistency with the service, some staff were right on point, others were lacking. All in all, the location was good, but I feel it was overpriced for the service that we received.

Yelp
Huge thanks to the Sagamore Pendry Baltimore! The venue and the people are gorgeous, inside and out! My client hosted a convening here and they changed the date several times, I had to request several contracts Brandon remained patient and nice every time. He offered us a full tour and came to greet us on event day. Once we finally received a signed contract from the client. I started to work with Jerome who was on point from day one. Even on vacation he sent an email apologizing for the delay. Once we started working on room blocks Emoni joined the team and per usual when dealing with people their schedules changed and the hotel was sold out but she did everything in her power to help us save rooms and take care of our guest. Arriving at the hotel was top tier. The valet had on gloves, inspected the car and made you feel so welcome. I am so sorry I missed her name but it was a black woman with locks. Front desk team Nicola and Louis jumped right in to continue the top tier service. Explaining the sensors on the mini bar and giving details about the hotel. Smiling faces that made you again feel welcome. Once I arrived on the 3rd floor for set up, I meet Tiffany who is a one woman power house. She moves tables and chairs with such ease and a fun personality. The A/V team was onsite for set up and super flexible. Keaton, Ian and James are a great bunch and go above and beyond to make sure there are no tech issues. Ian signed in to the zoom and checked several times before and during event. Sandra, Sandy and Miles in banquets were smiling and helpful faces. Showing us how to use the confusing coffee pots lol and bringing extra items as requested with no hesitation. I had to run to the bar and find ginger ale for a few speakers. Maxwell was walking by and he stopped what he was doing to help me. Again, with a smiling face. Also, the events team at the hotel is under staffed which I understand being in this industry. I only mention that because I have to give another mention to Jerome who not only manages events but comes downstairs to set up tables and chairs because they are understaffed. He sent me an updated diagram with my questions at 5:30pm and was downstairs helping pull the chairs at 5:45! What a star. If you are planning an event do yourself a favor and plan it at Sagamore Pendry Baltimore

Yelp
Happy New Year! My family and I had a wonderful experience. Our waiter, Adam, anticipated what we wanted or needed before we knew what we needed. The midnight champagne toast while watching the fireworks poolside was amazing. We will be bringing in 2025 at the Sagamore.

Yelp
The sagamore Pendry offers day passes to their pool and the experience is incredible! The view is beautiful, the service is spectacular, and the food and drinks are yummy. It's a bit pricey but I recommend this experience enough!

Yelp
An absolute five star hotel in a great section of Baltimore. Located in the historic Fells Point area, this is definitely a place you want to visit and stay a few days, have an elegant meal or simply have a drink with an amazing view.

Yelp
This review is based on the bar and lobby area only. I arrived on a Wednesday evening about 4:45 pm to find the bar area fairly quiet. A coworker and I grab a very comfortable seat on the other side of the bar and had a server attend to us. I ended up getting two cocktails. The Filini Reference and the Alpina. I preferred the first, but both were well crafted, flavor balanced cocktails that weren't filled with sugar and juice. The service was good and not intrusive which is exactly what we needed for a chat and drinks together. This lobby, bar and bathroom area is stunning. I can't wait to bring my husband here for a date night.

Yelp
I'm local so there's no need for me to get a room at this hotel, especially given the price of said rooms. But I've been plenty of times to the pool area and have always enjoyed myself there. Last night was the first time I ever visited the inside bar. It is a dimly lit, expansive space that gave me a very gentleman's club vibe. I'm not a wine drinker, not a cocktail drinker - I drink beer. Sagamore had a decent selection of beers and the prices were super reasonable. Service was good, the bartenders were very attentive. The bathroom was immaculately clean. And the hotel common spaces are just lovely as always. $8 on a beer was worth it to sit in such splendor for an hour.

Yelp
Had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Pendry this afternoon and have never been so offended and embarrassed by an establishment. A frequent traveler and aesthetic enthusiastic its easy to see why one visiting the area would want to check out this harbor front hotel. When we entered the establishment, I have to admit I was immediately impressed by the decor and grandeur. I had a flight this evening from BWI and wanted to relax and grab some food before heading out. My partner spoke with two representatives and the hotel about whether we could eat by the pool to relax because I am pregnant and uncomfortable. (To be clear, we were not staying at this hotel which is why we confirmed the policy) We were told that it would be okay to specifically sit by the pool and use one of the beds as long as we were spending money. We headed to the pool and had a conversation with the hostess explaining the prior conversations and were told specifically to go ahead and IF anyone asked "to tell them she said is was ok. Now just to paint a picture, there were about 30 empty beds and 6 that were occupied. (No one was in the pool because it was drained and the hostess indicated someone had broken a glass inside.) We were given menus, a server came over with waters and my partner went to grab some tea with honey because they did not have any outside. While sitting there on a towel reading the menu, I was approached by a manager who indicated that his understanding was that we had been told by the front and the hostess that we could not sit in the area because it was reserved for guests. (Please pause for my surprise because that NEVER happened). I indicated the aforementioned and also that the hostess never indicated that she needed to get supervisor approval before we could sit down. One the way back inside, I specifically asked her in front of him if she ever said that to us. She admitted that she did not. I also asked her to confirm that she specifically told us we could sit down, and she did. Wait for the apology. Keep waiting. I never got it. I did, however, request the managers information and decided to post a review. I let them know and am letting anyone who is like me and values customer service know that the experience was completely unacceptable especially for a place of this caliber. (I mean, one minute, I was fully laid out and rubbing my belly and the next being walked out. I have never! Lol) Fortunately, the world is our oyster and cash is king. I'll take mine elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

Yelp
Nothing but great things to say about my stay at Sagamore Pendry Baltimore. I did a one night staycation and will definitely be back soon. The food, service, and amenities were top notch as expected and I will say I liked this stay better than Four Seasons, which says a lot. Every ask, wish, and like was accommodated by the staff and we barely had to lift a finger during the stay. It rained when we left and valet ensured to pull as close as possible to avoid the rain and traffic that was piling up due to an event. I will definitely be back soon!

DON'T TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO THE VALET!! The valet driver returning my brand new vehicle hit a motocycle driver turning into the front entrance. It has been over 1.5 months since the accident and the Valet company (Towne Park) is still arguing estimates from their own preferred body shop. The hotel has done next to nothing to help out, either, in spite of their promises on the day and days after the accident. Since you have to use the Valet to park your vehicle at this hotel, think twice.

Yelp
I had Such a great time today at the late night swim. I met some really amazing people. The service was great, Kiana was my server she was absolutely beautiful and very kind. My Oldbay wings were delicious and the fries???? Amazing. I'd definitely go back for another swim soon!

Yelp
Absolutely worth the money. Such a pleasure to stay. Special touches everywhere. Great food and first class service. A romantic getaway or destination wedding. It has it all!! Oh, and it's pet friendly in case you want your fur babies to join.

Yelp
Costumer service is very poor, waiters act like they are ready to go, everything goes out of the waiters way, they tend to Caucasians more than African Americans and it shows really bad. I would not recommend or return here. Don't waste your time and money. 0 Stars

Yelp
This place... don't even know where to start. The location, amazing.. decent parking with beautiful waterfront. The decor, love it! dark but large glass windows and that wall of aging steak. Now the food, mhmmm. I got a pasta, crabcake...so good! had more for leftovers with brussels sprouts. Only con was our waitress. We asked for a few more minutes to look over the menu and it took her an hour later to come get our order. I stared at her 4 times and was unsuccessful. Great spot for drinks though!

Yelp
We loved staying at Sagamore Pendry! We had an incredible experience and highly recommend to anyone visiting Charm City. At check in, you're greeted by a very kind staff and a welcome beverage that you can spike with Sagamore Rye, the namesake of the Pendry. We stayed in a Harbor Balcony One Bedroom Suite that had expansive views of the bay. Beautiful to wake up to each morning. The room was comfortable for two plus our pup. Pendry is dog friendly, and they even offered us dog bowls, a bed, and toys for our dog. We visited their bar and restaurant, Rec Pier Chop House. You can't miss it if you're staying at Pendry. The food and drink pairings were incredible. We tried a chef recommended sampling that included tuna crudo, focaccia (best I've ever had), gnocchi, sea urchin toast, 70-day dry aged ribeye, rockfish, truffle frites, braised carrots, cranberry sorbet, and cheesecake. Everything was truly *chef's kiss*. The Pendry also has incredible amenities - from a gym with two Pelotons (sweet reunion after being on the road for two months without one!) and a good Moet vending machine to a cozy lounge area and outdoor fire pits. Lastly, we got their breakfast in bed on our final morning. We tried the crab cake Benedict, French toast, and fruit platter. Amazing - best way to close out 2021. Pendry is also in a great location, right in the heart of Fells Point. There are bakeries, bars, and restaurants right outside the front doors of the Pendry. There's also a great walking path, the Promenade, that runs in front of the Pendry. Perfect for taking your dog on a morning walk. Cheers to the Pendry! Thank you for such an incredible stay. We will be back!

Yelp
I remember when they began working on the building a few years ago. The Sagamore Pendry is a beautifully decorated, classy hotel that boast a great space for hanging out and listening to our favorite DJ Ty Alexander on Thursdays. The courtyard is spacious and well appointed with sturdy wicker/rattan seating. Keep going past the giant Trojan horse through to the workout area, and you'll come to one of the most luxurious pools I've seen (that's not on a rooftop) in Baltimore! Although our DJ friend wasn't there we still had a great time in a lovely atmosphere.

Yelp
Wonderful stay in August! Fabulous place. The customer service from the moment you pull up was A+. The place is big so no one knew me by name. But nice just the same. Suite spacious and bathroom and tub excellent. Harbor view nice and pool and bar area fabulous. Had breakfast poolside/water front. Loved the fire pits at and places to lounge. I will return.

Yelp
So, day 2-3. Still no progress on items that were missing despite polite promises they would be attended to. Decor is great, pool lovely, but you knew that. Sagamore- please up your service game!

Yelp
The Sagamore Pendry is the best hotel in Baltimore. It sits on Rec Pier, which has a rich history and amazing location. The staff is phenomenal and the property is pristine. It's super dog friendly and they even provide a dog bed and dog bowls for use during the stay. My wife and I stayed in a Harbor Balcony One Bedroom Suite and really enjoyed it. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and the outdoor space was great. The bathtub was also massive and a really nice touch. The fitness room is great and has two Peloton bikes with cage pedals. Water bottles and chilled sweat towels are another highlight of the gym. The Rec Pier Chop house was also amazing - definitely get a reservation here if you're staying at The Pendry. The focaccia is to die for and all of the dishes are super unique and delicious. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay in Baltimore, look no further! The Sagamore Pendry is an amazing boutique hotel that should not be missed.

Yelp
This is a such An amazing hotel with great restaurant. Super high end , Luxurious just like I love my spot. There are several parlors which date places where you can seat and see the entire lower floor or seat and just enjoy the moment with whom You're with. The waiter did spoil me a bit with lot of free drinks and teas. I'm a tea drinker. I loved this place and I can't wait to stay there on my next trip.

Yelp
It was pretty good. I understand that hotel/restaurants have a lot of moving parts and I like the team effort here. Plus the checks and re-checks the staff does on each other, but for the amount of money this place costs, I maybe expected too much? The staff was really nice and very professional. That is their strong point. However, there were a few little quirks. First, the ceiling light wasn't working in our room and an "engineer" had to be sent up to the room. Second, when I called reception Saturday morning to inquire on what time brunch started, we were told there was no brunch on Saturdays. I told her that the receptionist that checked us in last night said that brunch was on Saturday as well as Sunday. She said unfortunately, the receptionist who checked us in was mistaken because brunch is only on Sunday. After hanging up the phone I told my wife we needed to get dressed so as to not miss breakfast. This made us freak out a little and scramble to get dressed to get downstairs before breakfast ended. We bought the bed and breakfast package and didn't want to waste a $60 breakfast credit. After only about 2 minutes (which is a long time when scrambling) we received a call back to our room stating that there was brunch on Saturday and apologized. I said no problem. Third, while at brunch, I had my cloth napkin on the divider by my elbow, and apparently the matre d did not like this, he took it saying a little condescendingly "let me get that for you" folded it into a diamond and let it drop onto the middle our table; not the placed but dropped. I said "Thank you". Another quirk was that I was told I could have the bill sent to my phone when I checked out. Maybe I heard them wrong but I swear she said that. Anyway, I never got anything. There were positives, all of the valets and the especially the Porter were very helpful and informative. The food was really good. Dinner, I had the rib eye and my wife had the the filet. For sides we got the Brussels sprouts and French fries. Unfortunately we were later told by the manager that they sold out of Brussels sprouts but they would give us two more sides instead. He was very nice. We chose the broccoli rabe and more fries. The two extra sides didn't come out but we told the waiter, who switched mid service from Gabriella to a very nice gentlemen, about the missing sides. He brought them out but the broccoli rabe was really oily. Breakfast, was really good too. Except for the glitch with the napkin, everyone was extremely nice.

Yelp
I'm still in awww from my visit to the Sagamore Pendry. As soon as you walk in, your greeted with stunning architecture in the walk way to the main room. Came here on the first stop in our night out, and end up staying for 2 hours. We started off in the main dining room ordering drinks, and small bites. From there we ventured to garden, and pool area. The garden was exquisite to say the least. The greenery, statues, and overall decor created a great ambiance. The pool area gave a spectacular view of the Bay. While going back to the dining area I stumbled upon The Cannon Room which is a whiskey lovers dream. There were tons of whiskey varieties for whisky enthusiasts. I had a great conversation with the bartender who prepared me a few cocktail. I could see myself coming back just to sample tastings in this room. Drink we're a little pricey but well worth

Yelp
The hotel is beautiful, but I don't want to talk about that. I want to talk about the valet team, as they are the first line of defense. They were absolutely...AMAZING. Sierra, one of the valet attendants, was super knowledgeable. I am new to the Baltimore area and in just 5 minutes, Sierra gave me the the most detailed history lesson about the hotel and its neighboring areas, along with activities and places to visit while I'm in town. She is SO personable; it was such a delight to listen to her. All her recommendations were spot on. Damien and Kayla were amazing too. They handled my vehicle with care. They made my visit begin and end on a high note. I also encountered some amazing staff. One in particular, a manager (Kenneth) was just...beyond words. He cared about my needs, made me feel like I mattered, and left me with only one thought: I must come back here, again. I cannot thank him and the other staff members enough for their hospitality. For me, when I book a hotel stay, hospitality is my main priority. I do love amenities, but it's the people who make the place. It truly felt like I was home away from home. As long as the staff members I mentioned, along with the ones I didn't have the opportunity to mention by name, are with this hotel, this location can count on seeing me again.

Yelp
For my money, would recommend staying pretty much anywhere else. They charge as much as or more than the Four Seasons with a worse pool and none of the amenities.
