"The second I step through the doors of the Sagaponack Farm Distillery, I know this dinner will be special. I’m greeted with a stunning scene of floor-to-ceiling windows revealing a garden patio lined with string lights. Just beyond is the clear star of the show: one long table in the middle of a lush field, set with a white table cloth, pink flowers, and 40 chairs. First things first, I order off the custom cocktail menu created for the evening (I go with The Farmer's Daughter, made with the distillery’s own cucumber vodka, grapefruit, lime, chili flakes, and topped with a sweet pea tendril). Drink in hand, I head outside to better take in the scenery, but I only make it about five steps before a server with an hors d’oeuvres tray asks me if I’d like a wood-roasted oyster in a butter herb sauce. I greedily slurp one down and spot our chefs from local farm-to-table catering company Fyr & Salt busy at work in the back corner of the field." - Hannah Freedman

I really loved everything about this distillery. Great staff, beautiful setting, tasty cocktails and interesting alcohol choices. They grow the grain and potatoes used in their products which is so interesting, can’t get more local than that. I have been to other distilleries and their cocktails have been less than appealing but these were very good, and they also offer beer which is a nice option. We didn’t do a tasting flight but were able to taste a couple of vodkas and whiskeys. Cucumber vodka was very good, you could actually taste a hint of cucumber. Very fun place to relax and spend an afternoon.

As a Long Island wedding photographer, I highly recommend choosing Sagaponack Farm Distillery to host your private event! The location is STUNNING and the staff was incredible!

What a lovely spot to visit while in the Hamptons. Start with a flight of their potato based spirits. Then go for a full cocktail and be prepared to be wow'ed. The menu is limited and that's okay because it allows the staff to become experts at pouring each creation offered. The highlights for us were the 11962 Bloody Mary with Cucumber Vodka. This Mary tastes like all the veggies and herbs that created her. Walk the Dune is a Vodka, Cranberry and Lime jewel colored dream. The secret weapon in this mix is their Rhubarb Liquor. Just order one and "drink" in it's beauty. On your way out pick up a bottle or a few of your favorite spirit and add a jar of the Pickled Carrots...yes carrots. Just trust me.

There's something special about being in the place where they grow, and then make what you're drinking/eating. Guess it was like that before globalization and we started buying bottles of whatever that were flown in from who-knows-where, made by who-knows-who, from GMO who-knows-what. This is the real Foster! Long Island Potato's never tasted so good!!

Yelp
The food and wine were delicious! Took a few bottles home with me! We took some beautiful pictures outside in the vineyard. My friend was a member there so we also got a discount for being a member. The service was really good.

Yelp
If you like potato based liquor, this is the spot for you. This place has a nice atmosphere with many different liquor options and many different tasting flights to choose from. I had the Old Fashioned with bourbon which was pretty good. The service is very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I could see myself coming back and bringing some friends too.

Yelp
Great vibes, yummy vodka and cocktails. Cute outdoor seating, friendly staff and amazing customer service. Perfect place to hang out when in Sagaponack. I've also been here in the Fall. They have cute seasonal drinks. I just recently visited during Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved their margarita (made with their potato vodka).

Yelp
Charming distillery with a relaxed, casual vibe. Our hostess was lovely. It was really nice to sit outdoors on a picnic table. Two people had cocktail that they really liked. One friend had a mocktail that was really good. I tried the vodka tasting. You could definitely tell the difference between potato and wheat vodkas. Apparently the distiller wants the flavor of the source to make an impression on the drinker. This was definitely true of the cucumber vodka, which had much more of a vegetal funk than Hendrick's gin does. The aquavit had a strong caraway seed flavor that I really enjoyed. They have their spirits and some merch for sale. A very nice way to have a pre-dinner cocktail and get educated on vodka.

Yelp
From seed to glass is their motto and it is in fact so. These 13th generation farmers raise the wheat and potatoes used to distill the spirits they serve and sell. Cocktails are beautiful, creative and delicious. But, the true highlight is the site, a beautiful barn and outdoor terrace overlooking a field and sunset through the trees.

Yelp
Great staff, nice views, and excellent cocktails. The snacks were great too and we loved hearing about farm history and how everything they sell is farmed / produced locally.
