Sage Bali is truly a magnificent place.
We have had an incredible experience; it’s not just a cafe but a platform for community and heartfelt communication.
We reached during afternoon hours and didn’t realize where the day passed and left at the time of the closing.
It’s a vegan cafe where they choose local and organic ingredients.
They source organic seeds and have an organic farm from where they source the majority of their produce.
They make everything they can in-house, by hand, and from scratch.
The good part is that they even compost their green waste from the restaurant and use it in their farm and gardens.
All their frying is done in coconut oil with conventional ovens, no microwaves.
The cooking is done in stainless steel and cast iron, and they have UV filters on all the taps throughout their kitchen and bar.
It’s an absolute feeling of contentment, peace, and happiness to be here.
This place will surely become our go-to place when in Ubud, Bali.
This vegan spot is a delight.
Simply amazing, and we are in awe of the atmosphere here.
